Sehr entspannter Urlaub

wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft entsprach, genau wie beschrieben, den (hohen) Erwartungen. Die Vermieterin war nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Orosei mit seinem langen freien Sandstranden, ohne Parkgebühren, empfanden wir sehr gastfreundlich. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei und haben nur die besten Erfahrungen gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Grosse Wohnung mit wunderschöner Aussicht

Great location and spacious

The villa at Orosei was perfect location for us, within 20mins drive of Bidderosa, 5mins of the Orosei beaches and an hour from various interesting prehistoric sites inland. There's a supermarket literally 10 mins walk. The facilities of the house are excellent, and with plenty of safe space for our 2 year old to explore.

Es gab nichts zu meckern. Wohnung wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen, ruhige Lage aber trotzdem in 5 Minuten Fußmarsch im Zentrum, sauber, wundervolle Aussicht vom Balkon und mit drei Schlafzimmern, zwei Badezimmern und einem riesigen Wohn-Essbereich wirklich groß. Absolut empfehlenswert.

esperienza sicuramente positiva,la casa ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre esigenze: molto spaziosa,luminosa e dotata di ogni confort. Monia si e' dimostrata una padrona di casa disponibile e attenta,sempre pronta a rispondere a qualsiasi richiesta. Orosei e' un paese piccolo ma che offre tutto cio' che puo' seervire e le spiagge sono meravigliose. Schönes, großes Appartment mit allem was man braucht :)

Sehr gute Lage: zentrumsnah (ca. 10 min zu Fuß), Supermarkt (ca. 5 min), nah an der SS 125 gelegen, sodass verschiedene Strände und Ausflugsziele schnell erreicht werden können. Appartment: sehr großes Appartment mit sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche (nur die Spülmaschine spült nicht so gründlich) und riesiger Terrasse mit tollem Blick auf die Ebene um Orosei, zum Teil auch bis zum Meer.

Es ist eine wirklich schöne, saubere Ferienwohnung mit allem ausgestattet, was Selbstversorger benötigen. Die Wohnung liegt im oberen Teil von Orosei und der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist einfach herrlich. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Super Ferienwohnung mit tollem Ausblick

Wir ( 2 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) wurden sehr herzlich von der Vermieterin begrüßt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, alles da was man so braucht, Platz genug für 6 Personen, besonders auf der riesigen, schönen Terrasse. Die Vermieterin war für Rückfragen jederzeit über Whatsapp erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Sehr schöne Wohnung.

Schöne FeWo im schönen Orosei

Sehr schöne FeWo. Schöner Blick von überdachter Terrasse auf kleines Tal und einen Zipfel des langen Strands. 2 Bäder! Die Zimmer sind gut geschnitten. Es ist alles in einem guten Zustand und sehr sauber. Sogar Geschirrspülmaschine und Waschmaschine waren vorhanden. Lediglich eine Kaffeemaschine fehlt. Diese kleine Investition sollte die Vermieterin dann doch einmal tätigen. Das Elternschlafzimmer ist mit relativ alten, "barocken" Möbeln ausgestattet. Das ginge natürlich auch etwas schöner & moderner, aber man kann damit trotzdem gut leben. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und zuverlässig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ein durchaus weiter zu empfehlende Unterkunft

Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war vorhanden, was man für einen Urlaub im Ferienhaus so benötigt. Bettwäasche, Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe und Pfannen, Reinigungsgeräte und -mittel, Waschmaschine - einfach alles, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern waren wir (5 Personen) bestens untergebracht. Die Über- und auch die Abgabe der FeWo waren völlig unklompiziert. Wir würden die Ferienwohnung jederzeit gerne wieder mieten! Orosei an sich bietet durch seine gewachsene Struktur ebenfalls alles, was den Urlaub angenehm macht: einen schönen langen Strand, mehrere Supermärkte, zweimal die Woche Markt (Dienstag und Freitag), diverse Lokale und Cafes, Kultur und Geschichte. Ebenfalls mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen waren die Strände Cala Libretto und La Caletta. Auch Cala Gonone ist gut mit dem Auto ohne lange Fahrt zu erreichen, von wo man die schönsten Buchten der Ostküste per Schiff erkunden kann. Es gibt auch ein paar kleine Punkte, die nicht unerwähnt bleiben sollten (trotzdem 5 Sterne, weil es eben nur Kleinigkeiten sind): - Eine Kaffeemaschine, wie auf der Internetseite ausgeschrieben, konnten wir nicht finden - Die Aussicht von der überdachten Terrasse auf das Meer ist leider nicht mehr so, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Die Bäume am Nachbargrundstück sind schon zu hoch gewachsen und versperren so den Blick in die Ferne - Die jeweiligen Vormieter haben teilweise ihre angefangenen (geöffneten) Lebensmittel zurück gelassen. Wir haben sie nicht genutzt, da wir nicht wussten, wie lange sie schon in der Wohnung standen. Wie eingangs schon erwähnt: Kleinigkeiten ... ;o)

Location conforme au descriptif,située dans une belle région authentique,pas trop touristique d'ou le prix très raisonnable! Propriétaires sympathiques et pas très intéressés.ex:nous avions réservé en 2010 et donc versé des arrhes mais le volcan irlandais nous a empêché de nous y rendre.Nous avons de nouveau réservé en 2012 et les propriétaires ont considéré les arrhes versés en 2010 (et donc en principe perdus)valables pour 2012 ! pas très courant quand même !

La casa è molto bella, fresca e spaziosa con 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni e un salone grande...la terrazza(molto grande con 2 dondoli comodissimi) vista mare è il punto forte della casa che noi abbiamo sfruttato a pieno:D!!! Barbecue in comune con l'appartamento al piano di sotto...in 6 siamo stati benissimo!!! La posizione è ottima. I proprietari sempre gentili e disponibili. Consigliatissimo!!!

Das Haus liegt in einem W...

Das Haus liegt in einem Wohnviertel in Orosei am Ortsrand. Die Aussicht ist schön, die Lage ruhig und die Entfernung zum Meer ca. 4 km. Da wir im Herbst dort waren, konnten wir nur wenig die Terasse nutzen. In der Küche fehlten leider ein paar Werkzeuge (z.B. scharfes Messer, Quirl). Die sanitären Anlagen sind OK, ebenso die Betten. Über warme Decken hätten wir uns allerdings gefreut. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und bei kleinen Problemen (z.B. kein warmes Wasser oder Kochgas alle) prompt da, um zu helfen.
