Lake Front Home with community boat ramp. Private, close to marinas and town.

Roomy, pet friendly lake house on beautiful Lake Cumberland overlooking needle point. House features 2 bedrooms(queen in master ,queen in 2nd bedroom, sofa bed in living room) 1 bath, and lodging for 6. Ample parking. Room for the entire family or cozy enough for a romantic getaway. Boat ramp/launch within minutes so you can do it all on the lake; boat, ski, fish, wakeboard, tube or just meet friends. The community boat ramp has plenty of parking so you can hit the lake any time of day. Lee's Ford and Burnside Marinas, two of Lake Cumberland's largest, are within a 15 minute drive.

However, if you would rather just relax, enjoy the massive deck overlooking the lake. The home is nestled in the shoreline trees that surround the lake with an incredible view from the master suite, kitchen and living room. Enjoy watching birds and wildlife or read your favorite novel. We have tried to provide for all of your needs, including streaming tv, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, and all linens. Large gas grill , new gas fire pit and dining on the deck.

Nice restaurants, shopping( Kroger Marketplace, TJ Maxx, Mall) all within a 15 minute drive. Somerset hosts Somernites Cruise car show April-October, and the Master Musicians festival in July, among many other events. Explore Cumberland Falls, Stearns railroad, and other attractions close by. Great hiking at our public park and Natural Arch, Cumberland Falls, Daniel Boone National Forest.

Still glowing in the bask of our stay, seriously. It provided exactly what we needed. A beautiful setting, stunning view from main living area, a well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, upscale bedding, never had to run to the store realizing we needed a spatula or whatever. The owner was accessible to answer questions immediately making us feel comfortable and welcome! Can’t wait to return and see it during spring and summer. Thank you

This spot is an absolute gem! Morning coffee on the deck with a gorgeous view is just what the Dr. ordered. The place was very clean and is pet friendly. Communication was easy with Linda and she checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. For me, this place is a 12 out of 10.

Perfect little getaway

The property perfect for my wife and I! With the open kitchen to the living room to the view of the lake, we loved the charm and feel! We spent a lot of time on the big balcony just relaxing with the view of the lake, surrounded by trees, and very private. We’ll definitely try to go back soon!

Making Memories

My sister and I, along with our husbands, took our parents for three nights to spend time with one another and look back at all of our summer memories spent on Lake Cumberland. Hosts, Linda and Robin, helped make our stay comfortable and relaxing in their beautiful, clean lake cabin. The view of the lake was phenomenal!We are so thankful we booked early. Recommendations will definitely be given for this place to family and friends, with us planning to return ourselves!

The flooring in the kitchen really does need replaced, and maybe a better window covers in the second bedroom, too much light comes in from the pole light outside. Trim trees so the branches do not slap against the roof and cause so much noise the customer is not waking up off and on all night.

We had a long weekend at the cabin and had a very relaxing time. Found a very good restaurant at the Cumberland Grill also cooked some food and all was well. The bed was very comfortable! The couch, not so much. We really liked listening to all the birds and seeing the Lake.

We are a local couple who live only a mile away from this property. We love this area so much we decided to offer travelers our little slice of paradise! Having spent my own teen years vacationing here, we just HAD to get the house when my parents retired to Florida. It still holds lots of fond memories and is the perfect place for you to make your own great memories. With ALL the benefits of the lake (skiing, boating, fishing, etc.) our property is also great for just a getaway. We enjoy a leisurely afternoon on the deck looking at the lake and reading our favorite novels! For us privacy is a must and you get it all with our property. The brand new kitchen means you can entertain your friends or make a nice meal for yourself. Thank you for choosing our property and we hope you enjoy!!!
