Outside, there is a 14 x 5.6-m pool in a secured and fenced garden, 70 and 100-m² paved terraces, and a fenced terraced garden with Mediterranean plants for a total surface of over 1700 m² plus a park of 3.000 m². Many pieces of garden furniture, a charcoal barbecue, swings for children, croquet and badminton games are provided. For rent all year round: can be rented by a small group or for a weekend (except in summer) . Shops in the village are accessible on foot. In the heart of a very touristic region: art towns, perched villages, picturesque sites, second-hand trade, festivals, the Côtes-du-Rhône wine route, etc. In winter, heating and firewood for the fireplace and in summer, maintenance of the pool and the garden are included in the rate.
