An apartment in an old building completly restored. Air Conditioning. Garage availability and booking will need to be confirmed.You dispose of six single beds that you can turn into three double beds of 1.60m x 2.00m. You are in the center of Lisbon, within a couple of paces from two of the most spectacular view-points of the town: Nossa Senhora do Monte (80 m) and Miradouro da Graça (300 m). The street breathes the calm of a small village, and though, all kind of shops, restaurants and transports are a few steps forward. The famous tramway nº28 which drives you to the main centres of interests crosses the street. From that hill, the highest of the capital, you can get to the lanes of Alfama, the castle São Jorge. A lot of restaurants are waiting for you, and they propose typical plates such as sea-food and grilled fish. You can eat eat in the neighbourhood for six euros per person, we have good restaurants to commend you. Welcome to Lisbon!

Our host was welcoming and explained all that was needed with helpful suggestions to be found nearby. This apt is all about location, location, location. Clean apartment with elevator and AC. Good location with restaurants close by. Use trams and Uber to get around as the hills are very steep. If you have a car reserve parking early. I would stay here again.

Nice apartment in great location. Lots of bars nearby to watch the glorious sunsets. Juano was very accommodating for check in and met us directly after our flight landed.Photos accurately reflect the apartment. Only negatives are air conditioning was problematic in one of the bedrooms and the locks/keys are difficult to use.

I regret that the guest only informed me by email at check-out that there was a problem with the air conditioning in one of the bedrooms and not before. I always test all air conditioning units before guests check in, making sure to switch to Celsius or Fahrenheit depending on the guest's nationality, and they all worked. After the guest checked out, I tried the air conditioning in the bedroom that supposedly wasn't working and didn't detect any problems. I honestly don't know what happened, but no other guest has complained to date. Regarding the locks, I think the guest referring to the building's entrance lock. Sometimes you have to turn the key a few times to open it, but I usually warn guests and show them how to open the door. The building's lock is the condominium's responsibility, and I've already informed management. This is the ansewr

Only a couple of blocks to one of the best views in the city. View from the apt was also very nice. Everything we needed could be found close by and it was 15min walk to many of the sites on our list. Found great local eats nearby too. Great stay

This apartment/condo was an absolute gem! The location was perfect. The apartment had everything we needed and was exceptionally clean! It was a spacious apartment with exceptional views. The three bedrooms were large and comfortable, though the mattresses were quite form- something that seems to be typical in Europe so far. The owner met us at the apartment and gave us a quick tour. The AC worked great!There is a grocery store 1 minute away and plenty of good food nearby. When we come back to Lisbon, we will stay here again!
