Meet our cozy and confortable 3-bedroom apartment in the perfect location for families looking for a comfortable and well-equipped stay in the heart of Lisbon. With an area of 130 m², the apartment offers enough space for up to 5-6 people.



The 3 bedrooms include one suite with 2 twin bed and a private bathroom (with bathtop, wc, washing bin), one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with 12 single bed. Access to the double bed room is through the smaller bedroom (passage room). The apartment has another bathroom with shower, wc and washing bin. In total there are 2 bathooms, ensuring privacy and convenience.



The fully equipped kitchen, with a refrigerator, washing machine, cooking utensils, coffee maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher and toaster, allows you to prepare homemade meals during your stay. Additionally, the apartment has air conditioning in all areas, ensuring ideal comfort throughout the year. An elevator is available from the 1st floor level (not groundfloor).



With access to Wi-Fi, TV with English and Portuguese channels, and a balcony, this apartment offers all the amenities necessary for a pleasant and relaxing family stay.



The location is excellent, with easy access to beaches, golf courses, nature parks and Lisbon's main tourist attractions. Supermarkets, train and metro stations are just a few minutes' walk away, facilitating your mobility around the city.

Great central location near everything we wanted to do. Communications with the host were very good with lots of information shared and very responsive when we had questions. The apartment itself is clean, spacious and more than suited our party of five, and it has air conditioning, which made the hot weather more tolerable. The elevator came in handy for our luggage as the unit is on the third floor. We appreciated the host connecting us with a driver as we landed at the airport very late at night, and he took us right to the VRBO, made sure we had the code for the door and got inside. We would definitely stay here again.

Family of 5 adults and it was wonderful! Plenty of room for all. Charming apartment. Comfortable beds, clean linens. Apartment was very quiet for being in such a great location, close to shops, restaurants and attractions. Air conditioning/heating in each room. Great communication with host.

The condo is beautiful, very spacious, kitchen is big for italian standards and well equipped. The building is old, I think 250 years. We love the charm so were able to look past the first set of stairs to an extremely slow elevator. I would definitely stay there again - - the location is great, safe and close to transportation.

Our host was very gracious allowing us early entry because our plane arrived in the morning and we just went out and had a nice lunch and came back and the property was cleaning and ready for us. He was very helpful in getting us a tuck tuck tour, pick up at the airport and the tour to sintra which we really enjoyed.Very helpful and I definitely would take his recommendation for Damion for the Tuk Tuk tour

The check in was easy and the managers very responsive to any questions. Great location in Baixa with many shops and restaurants nearby. Tw o of us are in our late 80's and our 2 grandkids in their 30's. The first floor has stairs but then there is an elevator to the upper floors. No problem for us. Thank you Martin.

Great place

This space was perfect for our family. A spacious living room and separate rooms for the kids. I would have preferred to have a dryer, but hanging the clothes on the balcony worked ok. The proximity to shops, sightseeing and parking was perfect for our family.

Great Apartment-Lisbon

Property location was outstanding. Very roomy and comfortable. We used it as mainly a place to sleep, but has sufficient kitchen and amenities. Luis and Martin were extremely good at communicating and provided great local options. We had a great time!
