Absolutely stunning Veranda unit with indoor outdoor living at it's best. Pocket doors open to the beautiful outdoors with a pergola with seating around a fire pit, large wrap around terrace with built in BBQ, fountain, dining area, bar area, private infinity pool with jacuzzi, chaise lounge chairs and Hammock for relaxing by the pool. Beautiful gardens with tropical plantings and flowers. Outdoor lighting and lanterns creating a romantic ambiance. This villa was professionally decorated with all furnishings custom made. Beautiful art work throughout. Each bedroom has a themed beach decor. It is a complete merging of the sand and sea both inside and out. All three bedrooms, each with a king bed open to a terrace with private doors. There is a large outdoor built in BBQ with a dining area next to a soothing marble fountain with a bar area where you can mix and serve drinks for your family and guests. Take in the quiet mornings with the birds singing, lunch by the pool, and catch the evening sunset with a drink lounging by the pool or sitting around a warm and cosy fire pit. Take a swim night or day, whenever you feel like it with a hot jacuzzi afterwards. You can even sit in the jacuzzi at night and watch the fire works that go off every night at 9 pm on Medano Beach. My veranda is located in building #5 which is right across from the spa, gym, and beach club. You can step outside in the morning and get your complimentary coffee at the small outdoor cafe next to the gym. Located in the newly built Prestigious Hacienda Beach Club Resort on famous Medano Beach with ¼ miles of white sand and the most swimmable and safe beach in all of Cabo on the beautiful Sea of Cortez. Take a few steps and you are in the center of all the beach action, including the famous “Office” Restaurant and Mango Deck. Exit the gated exclusive resort in the opposite direction and you will find yourself in the middle of the world famous Marina where you will find all that Cabo has to offer: fabulous shopping, fine dining, and all the exciting night life that Cabo is famous for.

This residence is fully equipped with all high-end appliances. The kitchen has everything you might need to cook with or you can hire a private chef to come in and prepare fantastic meals for you. There is Satellite TV with flat screens in all three bedrooms and the living room, in unit washer and dryer, zoned AC, and dual temp vine refrigerator. The master bath has a spacious tiled shower and separate whirlpool tub with a walk in closet.
Amenities on property include a spectacular Beach Club with infinity pool and separate lap pool with soothing waterfalls. There is the signature restaurant, Cocina y Cantina overlooking the Sea of Cortez offering authentic Mexican cuisine. The fully staffed Beach Club offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, and poolside and beachfront service. There is a Kids Club and complimentary beach activities, including stand up paddleboards, kayaks, beach volleyball,putting green, snorkeling equipment, and board games.

The Hacienda Spa and Fitness center invites you into a tranquil haven away from the liveliness of Cabo. The full fitness center boasts top of the line equipment and the full service spa features couples suites, dry & wet saunas, plunge pools and an extensive menu of renewing and invigorating treatments with top of the line natural products. There is a small cafe located right outside the gym where you can get complimentary tea and coffee every morning. Smoothies, snacks, and fruit are served all day until 4 pm.
