On a adore´. La maison est charmante, bien équipée, au calme mais proche des plages (il faut quand meme une voiture). Il y a un adorable petit minou, tres affectueux, qui visite la maison regulierement. André est tres sympa et répond rapidement. On reviendra!

Ein liebevoll eingerichtes Ferienhaus etwas ausserhalb von Lajares

Fred, ein Freund des Vermieters der in der Nachbarschaft wohnt, empfing uns und zeigte uns das mit liebevoll kleinen Details eingerichtete Haus. Das Haus verfügt über zwei separate Schlafzimmer, die beide direkt am großen Wohn- Esszimmer anschließen. Eines davon hat einen kleinen Innenhof, das andere verfügt über eine kleine Terrasse die hinter dem Haus liegt. Dadurch kann sich jeder der Schlafzimmernutzer auch einmal zurückziehen. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich noch ein drittes Bett, so dass insgesamt bis zu 6 Personen hier übernachten können. Der Poolbereich ist ebenfalls am Haus "um die Ecke" so dass dieser auch als weiterer Rückzugsort genutzt werden kann. Das Bad ist mit Dusche, Fön und einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet und ist völlig ausreichend. Die Küche verfügt über alles, was im Urlaub benötigt wird, sogar eine Spühlmaschine ist vorhanden. Die bunte Gestaltung des Hauses und er Räume ist sehr liebevoll und Detailreich mit einem leichten hang zum Kitsch - aber genau das macht es so wunderbar! Die Lage ist etwas zwei KM ausserhalb des Ortes Lajares, daher ist ein Fahrrad oder Auto sehr nützlich. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes und ruhiges Haus

Das Haus ist nicht sehr weit entfernt von Lajares. Es gibt dort alles was man braucht: Restaurants, Bars, Supermarkt,Apotheke.

Ein besonderer Ort

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Haus. Es hat einen wunderschönen Aussenbereich und alles ist individuell und kreativ gestaltet. Die farbige Gestaltung im Haus und auf der Terrasse ist sehr Besonders, man spürt hier ein liebevolles Händchen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, es gibt eine Spülmaschine und ebenso eine Waschmaschine. Das Haus liegt abseits von Lajares und ein Auto ist zu empfehlen. André ist es sehr wichtig, dass sich seine Gäste wohlfühlen, dies prägte den sehr netten Kontakt mit ihm. Für Fragen hatte er oder seine nette Schwester stets ein offenes Ohr. Auch am Abreisetag hat er uns die Option angeboten erst am Nachmittag das Haus zu verlassen und damit den Urlaub entspannt ausklingen zu lassen. Lajares ist ein sehr schöner kleiner Ort, hier gibt es Restaurants und kleinere Geschäft bis hin zu einem Supermarkt. Wir haben auch schon mal im Süden Urlaub gemacht, doch hier gefällt es uns besser .......obwohl der Norden feuchter ist ;-) Wer nichts von der Stange sucht, sondern Wert auf Individualität und Ruhe legt, ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Fröhliches, gemütliches, ruhiges Ferienhaus

Mein Mann und ich waren begeistert von diesem tollen Ferienhaus. Farbenfroh, mit vielen schönen Pflanzen und Liebe zum Detail dekoriert, in ruhiger Lage inmitten der wunderschönen Fuerte-Landschaft. An Ausstattung war alles da, was wir brauchten. Wir haben speziell auch den eigenen Pool und den windgeschützten, gemütlichen Innenhof sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit André war jederzeit unkompliziert und sehr angenehm. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!! :)

Comme dans vos rêves

Excellente semaine à la Casa Andre. Les photos reflètent très bien la réalité. Nous nous sommes sentis chez nous de suite. . La déco est très sympa et chaleureuse. Nous sommes bien chez quelqu'un, et pas juste dans une maison de location. Cela se sent. Maison propre et bien équipée. La piscine est entretenue. Le descriptif vous donne toutes les infos nécessaires. Nous avons versé notre petite larme le jour du départ tellement nous étions bien.

Une reve

Nous sommes une famille allemande et nous avons fait notre vacances de paque dans cette maison tres, tres jolie. Toutes est exactement comme sur les photos et dans les explications. Nous avons bien apprecie les differents sieges confortables . La vue depuis la terasse de la nature est magnifique. La maison est joliment meuble et la cuisine bien equipee. Le proprietaire est tres gentil et donne de bons conseils. D`autres attractions etaient la Plage de El Cotillo avec les vagues, la promenade de Lajares a Corralejo avec la vue sur les volcans, un voyage a Betancuria et Ajuy . Et la Pizzeria La Cancela dans Lajares. Nous serions certainement revenir a nouveau :-)
