A place to relax

If it’s peace and calm you are searching for then look no further. Even a couple of goats which had escaped from next doors yard and had found sanctuary in the back garden could not disturb the tranquility of Vista Calm.

Es war alles absolut in Ordnung !

Wir fanden das Haus absolut in Ordnung. Die Einrichtung ist traditionell aber zweckmäßig. Viel wichtiger ist es für uns, dass alles gepflegt und sauber ist und das war es sehr. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht ( Handtücher zum Duschen, fürs Pool. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Der Außenbereich mit dem Pool war auch schön. Man hatte einen schönen Weitblick. Die Vermieterin war sehr sehr freundlich und kam direkt vorbei und hat ein Problem mit der Wasserpumpe und wärmeren Bettdecken sofort gelöst. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen, wenn man nicht soviel Wert auf eine stylische und hochmoderne Einrichtung legt, sondern die Prioritäten eher bei Sauberkeit, Zweckmäßigkeit und einer netten und persönlichen Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin liegen. Als einzigen Kritikpunkt und Anregung möchten wir die etwas ungemütliche Beleuchtung drinnen und draußen nennen. Ein wärmeres Licht, gerade für den Außenbereich, wäre schön gewesen aber nicht ausschlaggebend für die Bewertung.

Lazy days in Lajares

A well equipped property, not luxurious but what is to be expected for the price. The pool is not heated which means none but the brave will swim in the winter months. A very quiet area, but the town is only a stroll of 1km away for cafes bars and shops. Communication with owners excellent when required.

Perfect villa in perfect location

The photos don't do this villa justice, the mountain views are beautiful. From the minute you arrive you feel at home, immaculately clean and very comfortable. Would highly recommend if wanting to visit this area, a perfect place to share with friends

Un paradiso!

I proprietari della casa sono gentili, sempre disponibili e per niente invadenti. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato la casa pulita, accessoriata e con tutto il necessario. Panorama mozzafiato e zona comoda ma allo stesso tempo isolata e tranquilla. La casa è talmente bella che dalle foto non rende, ci è rimasta nel cuore! Ringraziamo Nino e la sua gentilezza!

Le calme dans un environnement typique de l'ile

Très bonnes prestations conformes à l'annonce. Accueil très sympathique et disponible. Un peu frais en février dans la maison mais les radiateurs électriques ont permis une bonne adaptation de la température.

Muy recomendable

Hemos quedado encantados con la villa y con el trato recibido tanto a la entrada como a la salida. Solo varios apuntes, mejorar las zonas de jardin que las vimos un poco desangeladas, y que cuando vengan a limpiar la piscina avisen para no llevarnos una sorpresa por favor. Una mosquitera en las puertas de acceso a la piscina ayudarían mucho sobre todo por si hay muchos mosquitos. Pero que esto no desmerece lo bien que lo hemos pasado, relax, tranquilidad, en un entorno increíble y la villa una maravilla, la limpieza de la misma, como esta equipada, la atencion que tuvimos a la llegada, etc., ayudo mucho. La piscina maravillosa y la barbacoa estupenda. El tener WiFi ha venido muy bien sobre todo por los niños. Han sido unos días increíbles, se han pasado muy rápido! 😀

Toller Urlaub

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, bietet großzügigen Platz und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen, auch längeren, Urlaub benötigt. Sogar diverses Spielzeug für den Pool ist reichlich vorhanden. Die Außenanlagen sind liebevoll angelegt, passen zum Haus und in die Landschaft und sind sehr gepflegt. Der Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt und gewartet. Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal. In wenigen Minuten sind diverse Strände mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Restaurants, Geschäfte, Apotheke, Cafes und ein Supermarkt sind in nächster Umgebung und sogar fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und einwandfrei. Er war jederzeit für uns zu erreichen, war sehr hilfreich und stand für Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Besonders hat uns das kleine Willkommesgeschenk gefreut. Ich kann jedem Fuerteventuraurlauber dieses Haus und den sehr netten Vermieter uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Everything you need is there and all as described. Great location, walk into Lajares 10 minutes and 15 minute drive to cotilla beach. Great place to relax and kick back.

We are often in lajares, the ideal surf location. The house is very nice, quietly located and has a nice pool. The owner is a super host.

Ein wundervoller gelungener Urlaub in schönem Haus mit Pool

Das Haus war für uns als Familie perfekt! Tolle Lage, nah dem Zentrum und auch alle anderen Aktivitäten & Meer in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war reibungslos und stets hilfsbereit. Super nett auch der Empfang mit lokalen Köstlichkeiten für unsere Anreise. Der Urlaub begann sofort bei Ankunft und fühlten uns ganz wie zu Hause. Vielen Dank für alles und sehen uns bestimmt wieder...

Hätte nicht besser sein können!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Lajares, abseits des Trubels. Als Empfang gab es eine Rundumversorgung mit ersten Lebensmitteln, so dass wir erst Mal genießen und entspannen konnten. Das Haus war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt und hat eine große Terasse mit Liegen zum Relaxen. Wir haben alles Nötige zum Kochen vorgefunden und Lajares bietet mit seinem Supermarkt, Cafes und Restaurants alles, was man braucht, zu Fuss in 10-15 Min.zu erreichen. Der Kontakt mit Nino auf englisch ist problemlos und sie steht einem hilfreich zur Seite , Stichwort: Calima. Wir bedanken uns noch einmal und denken mit vielen schönen Bildern im Kopf an unseren Urlaub zurück.

Perfect location

The house with the large and completely fenced garden are the perfect location for holidays with a dog. We, including the dog, absolutely loved the place. There was such a kind welcome-present consisting of wine, water, bread and a lot of other things. That's really what makes a difference. Lovely location, peaceful, quiet, well equipped, just what we needed.

Vista Calma is a super place to stay, the villa is well equipped and comfortable in an ideal location. We love Lajares, this is our second visit and we loved it again. The villa is in a quiet, peaceful location and had everything we needed. Nino left us a wonderfully thought out welcome pack which was most welcome. Thank you for a lovely stay in your house, we are missing it.

Well maintained and equipped villa perfect for peace and relaxation

This villa is well maintained and has a well equipped kitchen. The villa is clean and spacious with a lovely outdoor eating area as well as an indoor dining area. Nino the owner is very helpful, prompt replies to any queries. We came across this villa after a mix up in dates at the last moment and Nino was very helpful supplying a good welcome pack and bottle of Rjoja. The villa is in a quiet road on the edges of Lajares is only a few minutes drive or 10/15 minute walk from the centre with its range of shops and restaurants. We would rebook this villa

a great place and very helpful and kind owners

the house is ideally located close to a supermarket and some restaurants. We spent a lot of time around the pool area which was very nice. And we enjoyed using the bbq. We arrived on Christmas and Nino and Nelly provided a lot of welcoming supplies which was handy for us and very thoughtful by them. The house is well equipped with a dish washer and a washing machine.

The owner had provided a substantial arrival pack which was much appreciated as we arrived quite late. The wifi was perfect. Everything functioned brilliantly and the pool was spotless. A well loved and supported villa.

Perfect!

Nino - thank you very much for welcoming us to your home in Lajares. From the minute we arrived - to the welcoming bottle of wine and supplies which was very thoughtful. The house is extremely well equipped with a fabulous pool area. We loved the covered dining area and spent many hours chilling there. We also used the barbecue. There were great views of the volcano from the roof terrace with spectacular sun rises. Lajares is the perfect base for a holiday - with a bakery within walking distance. A supermarket and pharmacy also close by. We also walked down to the Saturday morning craft market. Beaches in El Cotillo and Corraljeo are both easy to get to. We took a drive to Betancuria to see the warriors. What an amazing view - it was definitely worth the nerve wracking drive on the mountain road on the other side. We would absolutely love to return to Lajares and would have no hesitation in booking this property again!
