Perfect place to enjoy Sainte Marine off season

Walking distance from the small harbor where restaurants are open off-season. There is also a convenience store on the other side of the street where you will find all you need!

Excellent Location in Delightful Sainte Marine

The location of this property is excellent and within easy walking distance of the port area with a wide range of restaurants to choose from. Charming and small is an accurate description of Sainte Marine. Our accommodation was well furnished and provided plenty of space for two people with a lovely outdoor space to relax. Perfect!

The rooms were clean. The location was excellent. Having a private parking space was excellent. Less good: the bathroom was on the ground floor; no instructions were provided for the oven, which was an unusual type; the bed was not very comfortable.One particular concern was that although the host had asked what time we expected to arrive and we had provided that information we received an email the day before our arrival from an unknown person asking the same question. The email was not addressed to us by name, referred to "the house" but did not name it and we were unsure whether the mail was genuine. The owner confirmed it was but it would have been helpful if he had informed us that we would be contacted by this person (who met us on our arrival).We will visit Ste Maine again (we have been several times) but will not stay at this property or use Vrbo.

I'm finally taking the time to respond to Richard's review. First, I acknowledge Richard's 8/10 rating and the house's cleanliness, as well as its "excellent" location. Regarding the bathroom on the ground floor, it hasn't been a problem in the 17 years we've rented it out; its location in the entrance hall is even quite appreciated when returning from the beach (immediate access to the shower). As for the bedding, its quality is, on the contrary, frequently highlighted in reviews. Concerning the check-in process, we've never been in favor of a "check-in" system using a key box: we always have someone to welcome our guests, as was the case for Richard. This person contacts prospective guests directly a few days before the start of their stay to find out their arrival time and be there to greet them (as Richard noted, I was able to immediately confirm the authenticity of the message). This personalized welcome, which we have maintained since we began renting in 2009, is particularly appreciated by our tenants. Loïg and Morgane

Unfassbar schönes Haus, in großartiger Lage und fantastischer Ausstattung. Einzig die Ablage Möglichkeiten (nur Kommoden, kein Kleiderschrank) und die begrenzte Wohnflächen (nur bei schlechtem Wetter) sind bei einer Belegung mit vier Personen überschaubar.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Sainte-Marine. Das Ferienhaus ist hervorragend gelegen und verfügt über einen eigenen Außenbereich. Der Strand ist etwa einen Kilometer entfernt und unserer Meinung nach der schönste weit und breit. In unmittelbarer Nähe ist auch ein Hafen mit kleinen Restaurants sowie ein kleiner Supermarkt.Auch die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich, und der Check-in verlief reibungslos. Wir können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Gute Zeit

Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Wochen in diesem modern und vollständig eingerichteten Haus. Die Lage ist perfekt, kleiner Supermarkt, Bäcker und mehrere Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir konnten die Fahrräder in der Garage nutzen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr gut mit Anfangsschwierigkeiten

Die Adresse 60 Rue Menez in Sainte Marine besteht aus drei Häusern mit zwei Eingängen und einer Durchfahrt zu einem Privatparkplatz. Der Vermieter konnte angerufen werden nach dem die Ländervorwahl +39 gegen 0 ausgetauscht wurde. Er gab den PIN für die Schlüssel des mittleren Hauses, der aber nicht funktionierte. Tatsächlich befindet sich das Ferienhaus mit der Nummer 13 nach Durchgang zum Ende des privaten Parkplatzes der hausreihe Nr. 60, wo drei kleine Reihenhäuser stehen, darunter das Mittlere Nr. 13 wo dann auch der PIN genutzt werden konnte. Am ersten Abend fielen alle Sicherungen aus. Es konnte dann ein Kurzschluss für eine Lampensicherung festgestellt werden, die Ursache aber nicht gefunden werden. Am nächsten Tag wurde dann von dem Vater der beauftragten Verwalterin festgestellt. dass die Außenlampe zum Garten nicht mehr eingeschaltet werden durfte, da dann ein Kurzschluss bestand. Kontakt zur Verwalterin sehr gut. Würden gerne das Haus wieder buchen. Bilder der Gebäude Nr. 60 und des Hauses Nr. 13 kann ich bei Interesse übersenden.

Wunderbar

Dieses kleine Ferienhaus in Sainte-Marine hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Für zwei Erwachsene ist es ideal und mit zwei Kindern sicher auch noch in Ordnung. Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Sehr ruhig und doch ist man in zwei Minuten zum sehr idyllischen Hafen gelaufen. In den dortigen Restaurants und Crêperien kann man ganz hervorragend essen. Der Kontakt zu Monsieur Gourvennec war sehr nett. Auch vor Ort befindet man sich in guten Händen und hat jederzeit einen Ansprechpartner. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen und kommen bestimmt wieder!

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir verbrachten eine wunderbare Woche in Sainte Marine. Das Häuschen ist sehr geschmackvoll renoviert und gut ausgestattet, wir fühlten uns vom ersten Augenblick an wohl. Für uns als Familie mit einem Kind war die Unterkunft perfekt. Auch ohne persönliche Übergabe hat der Check-In (und Check-Out) sehr gut und für uns absolut unkompliziert funktioniert. Die Terrasse hat zwar keinen weiten Ausblick, dafür schaut aber auch niemand rein, der kleine Garten ist wie ein zweites Wohnzimmer. Die Lage ist zentral in Sainte Marine und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Man ist in wenigen Schritten am hübschen Hafen mit Restaurants und Crèperien, direkt gegenüber der Einfahrt befindet sich eine gut sortierte Epicerie. Zur Verfügung stehen vier Fahrräder für Erwachsene sowie verschiedene Größen für Kinder, auch Helme sind vorhanden. Toll, um die nähere Umgebung zu erkunden, man ist in wenigen Minuten am Plage de Kermor. Im Umkreis von etwa 15 Autominuten haben wir alle Strände sehr genossen. Auch weitere Ausflugsziele wie Quimper oder Penmarch sind sehr gut zu erreichen.

Return to Sainte Marine

My mum and I always have a summer trip away and have visited Sainte Marine before which is a superb location. The property was lovely and had been decorated well with well designed kitchen and shower room. We had all we needed and the outside space was outstanding especially the addition of an awning which was invaluable in the hot weather. We did not know the bathroom and toilet would be downstairs which was a disadvantage especially at night. The large bedroom was lovely but the bed did squeak when you turned over. The smaller bedroom had too very narrow beds which could not be put together because of the design of the room. Would be great for small children but I found as an adult sleeping in there uncomfortable. All of this said we will return to Sainte Marine it is a beautiful place to stay and a great base to explore from.

Ceci était notre deuxième séjour dans le logement de Loïg. Nous sommes tombés sous le charme de Sainte Marine et de la maison. Prestations toujours au top avec en bonus des nouveaux vélos. Jamais deux sans trois!
