Nicht zu viel erwarten

Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin vorab war sehr nett und herzlich. Es gab Empfehlungen für Sightseeingtouren, Restaurant etc. und auch die Übergabe verlief einfach und ohne große Probleme. Zum positiven: Das Haus liegt direkt am Meer mit fabelhaften freiem Blick. Es war herrlich sich auf der Terrasse und den offen Räumlichkeiten des Hauses aufzuhalten und den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten. Auch wenn wir eine Etage des Hauses (Wohnzimmer, Musikzimmer) gar nicht genutzt haben. Insgesamt gibt es viel Fläche und viele Sitzmöglichkeiten zum Aufhalten. Aaaber… Leider ist das Haus nicht wirklich so gut in Schuss, wie es auf den Bildern zu sein scheint. Es ist eher abgewohnt, eines der Badezimmer im unteren Bereich ist nicht renoviert, die renovierten Badezimmer in den oberen Etagen sind dafür eher schlecht als recht renoviert worden. Türen schließen nicht oder nur schwer, inklusive der Terrassentüren, sodass es doch ganz schön kalt nachts wurde. Die elektrischen Heizkörper funktionierten zwar, konnten jedoch nicht nachts ausgeschaltet werden (gerade bei den Kindern), da die Wärme gleich wieder rauszog. Die großen Fensterfronten waren nicht geputzt und die Rahmen vom Küstenwetter sehr in Mitleidenschaft gezogen. Die Küche war nicht sauber, die Spülmaschine lief an den ersten Tagen aus. Staubsauger funktionierten nicht oder hatten volle Staubsaugerbeutel. Der Pool wurde täglich mit Meerwasser (laut Vermieterin) über eine Pumpe befüllt. Anscheinend hatte diese jedoch ein Leck da die Poolmauer feucht war. Es war aber darüber hinaus eh viel zu Kalt um den Pool im Oktober nutzen zu können. Leider war es uns nicht möglich sich außer mit dem Auto fortzubewegen, da die Straße sehr stark befahren ist und über keinen Gehweg für Fußgänger verfügt. Wir haben es einmal gewagt zu Fuß in die nahe gelegene Innenstadt zu laufen. Das war eher gefährlich. Es ist dann noch die sehr enge Einfahrt zu erwähnen. Wir haben unseren Bully leider vorn an dem schweren Eisentor zerkratzt , da es mit einem Größerem Auto ohne Einweisung sehr schwierig ist die Einfahrt zu passieren. Am Ende gab es noch eine saftige hohe Stromrechnung, die völlig unverhältnismäßig war. Im Großen und Ganzen war es für uns leider eher enttäuschend und würden das Haus nicht noch einmal für den aufgerufenen Preis mieten.

Urlaub am Meer

Tolle Woche mit unseren Freunden verbracht. Ganze Woche zusammen gekocht, da sie Strasse nicht für Fußgänger geeignet ist und wir froh waren,daa wir am Haus parken konnten.Sehr eng. Direkter Ausblick zum Meer, schafft kein Restaurant. Nur mit Badeschuhen ins Meer und am besten Tauchmaske. Dann sieht man,wo man hingeht.

Ein wundervoller Ort

Wir sind begeistert von diesem Haus - die Lage ist atemberaubend schön. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Die Betten sind gut und sauber. Die Badezimmer sind komfortabel. Wir haben nichts von der "erwähnten" Bahnlinie gehört - es ist absolut ruhig. Danke für die unkomplizierte und tolle Betreuung durch Camilla. We are thrilled with this house - the location is breathtakingly beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped. The living room has a beautiful view of the sea. The beds are good and clean. The bathrooms are comfortable. We heard nothing of the "mentioned" railway line - it is absolutely quiet. Thank you for the uncomplicated and great service by Camilla.

Great location directly at the seaside

We had a great vacation in the Tuscany. A lot of space in and around the house, very kind support from Camilla who cares for the house and its guests phantastically. I personally liked the many nice terraces around the house and the pool. The house and the location are just great and povide everything you need. Excellent place for a group of up to 12 people. For our kids, all older than 9y, it was ideal as well.

Schöne Lage!

Das Haus liegt an einer Bahnstrecke, die jedoch nicht stört, man nimmt eher das Rauschen der Brandung , als die Bahn wahr😊 Die Bäder sind teilweise etwas renovierungsbedürftig, aber alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Bei Problemen kümmert sich der Vermieter sofort. Für Urlaub mit größeren Kindern gut geeignet, da das Haus großzügig geschnitten ist und Platz für alles bietet, auch bei schlechten Wetter. Wir würden sofort wieder hinfahren.

Ein unglaublich tolles Haus mit wahnsinnigem Ausblick!!! Bei ruhigem Meer ein toller Spot zum schnorcheln. Ansonsten chillen und Pool und Aussicht genießen! Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen!!!!
