Recently remodeled, you'll find attention to detail throughout and charming touches sure to delight. Savor a cup of coffee on the spacious back deck, the swaying and rusting of the leaves serenading you with a twittering natural symphony. Cherish some family time spent in the great room watching movies and enjoying the warmth of the fireplace. Kids will love battling each other on foosball table located at the top of the spiral staircase. Looking for on-the-water fun? Your private dock is the spot, whether you enjoy swimming, fishing, boating, or simply appreciating the view. Not too far off the beaten path, you'll find area activities close by, like state parks, golf, skiing and restaurants within a short drive. Blue Spruce is sure to be a family favorite for years to come!

TOILETRIES & PAPER PRODUCTS: Bed linens and bath towels provided w/rental. No soaps, toiletries, paper products, trash bags, etc. will be provided with the exception of a welcome bag including a few starter items. Please pack accordingly.

NOTE: A copy of the contract holder's Photo ID, a signed contract, and a list of your full travel party (names/ages of all attending) will be required to complete your booking. If booking last minute, you may be required to stop by our main office to show your photo ID and the credit card used on the reservation. This policy is in place to help combat fraudulent activity that is more likely to occur in last-minute arrivals.

Great spring getaway!

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and offers enough space for all to be comfortable. We loved the access to the dock and spent alot of time there. We will certainly look to book this property again.

The property was beautiful! Even though there are neighbors around, it still feels isolated which is amazing. The house was great, there was so much to do! The kayaking was the most fun for all of us!

The home was exactly as pictured, if not better. Wonderful location on the lake. Within 15 minutes of every off water attraction we did. And having our own dock was the icing on the cake. Great experience.

Good place to stay with friends for the weekend. But the sheets in 1 of the beds had dried blood on them and the maintenance was rude about replacing them. No apology or anything. Phone orperatornneeds better training.

The house layout was very neat. Plenty of room for our seven (7) occupants. The furniture was comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, very nice having a fire pit up by the house and down by the lake. Spent lots of time on the private dock...coffee in the mornings, wine at night and all day fishing. Dinners at the large table and sleeping under the stars at night in the upper bedrooms. My only suggestion for Blue Spruce would be that I think it could use some additional lighting under the cabinets in the kitchen. Other than that, this house was 5 stars in my book!

Girls trip

Perfect location for what we were looking forward. Enjoyed being right on the lake. House felt very cozy with 2 separate living/family rooms to hang out in. We cooked all of our meals in and the kitchen was nicely stocked (both drip/k-cup coffee maker, crockpot) and lots of baking dishes and pots and pans. The outdoor space was what we were looking forward to and it didn't disappoint. Only thing I would point out and it wasn't an issue for us but there are no blinds over the skylights which were right over the beds upstairs. if you are staying any length of time be sure to bring basic household items(paper towels, toilet paper, zip lock bags, foil, plastic wrap, laundry pods, dishwasher pods). They give you maybe a day supply of some of these items. We knew this going in and again no issue for us.

Loved the property, but not sure why you cannot access it with a code instead of a key in 2021. Staff person was rude when I asked if we could pick up the key early and agree not to enter until 4:00. “No” I get, but rude I don’t. It was just a question.

The house is on a great part of the lake and has a lovely little wooded area down to a dock. The house itself is almost perfect. As other reviews note, there’s lots of room to spread out. It’s very comfortable, has a great room well stocked with games, and beautiful views. The upstairs bath didn’t get enough hot water for a warm shower. When I called to report this, I was on hold for a long time, prompted to leave a callback number, and when someone called back, the call disconnected, she never called back, and I was left to start the process over again. Also be aware, you need to pick up and drop off keys at the management office, which adds a bit of time.

Nice house, good location and relaxing but hot tub was not usable

The place was nice. Relaxing and quite. However you should not advertise the hot tub if it is not usable. It was so dirty you could not see the bottom of the floor. We purposely got this place because of its location and hot tub for the kids so that was disappointing.

The house was nice and we enjoyed our stay. However, the multiple heaters inside the house were difficult to set for the pleasant temperature. Also, outdoor jacuzzi was not maintained properly. We had to call the maintainence to replace water, and they replaced it. But, the jacuzzi with newly filled water was not clean at all. We gave up using it.

We ABSOLUTELY loved the Blue Spruce. It had everything we needed and more. The kitchen had EVERYTHING you would ever need. Beautifully decorated . It looked like something from House Beautiful magazine. TV in every room games, puzzles ,books ,and movies . Two fireplaces, and we had both going🔥the snow❄ just added to the beauty. We had two other couples and we all love our bed rooms and the beds were comfy. We will definately come back next year, hopefully add a few more days. I hated leaving. We hope to go back in the summer and enjoy the lake the fire pit and relax in the hammock and the Adirondack chairs. Thank you for a PERFECT getaway 😊
