Free Wifi fiber optic, Smart TV connected to internet. Splendid and spacious apartment overlooking the pools and gardens. The apartment has 80 m2 with two spacious bedrooms where there is one double bed and two single beds in another and two bathrooms, lounge with dining area, TV with satellite receiver, air conditioning cold and heat, full kitchen equipped (Cooker, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen accessories) and a terrace where you can relax. It has a private garage, extensive gardens with a tennis court and paddle courts, two pools and two kiddie pools, and a good gym. In the garden there is also a kids playground. 400 meters of the building there is a long promenade of 8 km with many shops, restaurants, shops and beach, and on the other hand there are several supermarkets that have everything, a pharmacy, banks and various shops.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was very clean, perfectly located, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.We would also like to thank Javier for his availability, responsiveness, and kindness throughout our stay. One of the best stay i’ve ever been to. Location is nice, place is spacious, host is welcoming and helpful. They provide us with beach supply, they have icepacks in the freezer and the kitchen is complete. Large balcony with pool and mountains view. I highly recommend this place, especially if travelling with kids!

Fab apartment in quiet residential area, but close enough to everything.

Fab apartment in a quiet residential area. Just a walk from the beaches, shops and restaurants. There was everything we needed in the apartment. Absolutely great. Javier, the owner was very helpful and always responded to emails. Definitely highly recommended.

Fabulous apartment

The apartment is exactly as advertised, very spacious for a family of four adults, I would even suggest that it would easily accomodate six people with a sofa bed in the lounge, there is everything you could possibly need. Javier the host, was very welcoming and friendly and I'm sure would have been very helpful with any problems had we had any, we didnt. There is a five minate walk to the beach, bars and resturants, and a supermarket is a ten minate walk away. The pool areas are lovely but dont open in low season. We had a great time at Javiers, and will be booking again, its like home from home.

Nice apartment. Good location.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. Two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. Nice living room and kitchen and large balcony area with outdoor dining table. The complex had two private pools but no sun loungers. The gym was basic so I simply went to a local gym which was 5 mins walk away. The beach was ten mins from the complex and the town centre was about 25 mins walk. All in all we were very happy with the apartment and would recommend it for couples or young families.

Very nice apartment close to the beach with super friendly host

We have been staying in Javiers apartment for one week and everything was perfect. The apartment is fully equipped, the kitchen has all necessary tools including a dish washer and a washing machine. The rooms (kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, livingroom and balcony) have a good size and it was super clean. Towels are provided as well. There is a tennis and paddel court and Javier had some rackets and balls for us to play. Its about 10 times by feet to the beach and the beach area is not as crowded as in the center of Torremolinos, so pretty nice. The other way you can reach the train station to Malaga as well in 10 mins, which brings you to the city center in about 15 mins and 7 mins to the airport. Communication with Javier and his wife was really easy. All in all, we would definetly stay here again. Gracias!!

L'appartement est très bien agencé, équipé, super propre et confortable, tout est là, exactement comme sur l'annonce. La résidence est idéalement située toute proche de la plage, de la gare et des commerces, restaurants. Un endroit calme, un jardin luxuriant, deux piscines superbes. Javier est un hôte accueillant et ponctuel, tout à fait réactif. On y reviendra avec grand plaisir.

L'appartement est spacieux et dispose de toutes les commodités nécessaires avec une cuisine est bien agencée pour cuisiner. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. La localisation dans une zone résidentielle calme est idéalement proche de la plage, des petits commerces, des restaurants et de la station de train pour tout faire à pied. Apartamento excelente

Una experiencia maravillosa. El apartamento muy completo, con todo el menaje necesario. Las camas muy cómodas y el aire acondicionado genial. La plaza de parking un plus en la estancia. Toller Aufenthalt

Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr ruhig und es war alles so vorhanden, wie es in der Beschreibung war. Alles hat tadellos funktioniert. Die Wohnung und die Anlage waren gepflegt und in einem Top-Zustand! Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Schöner Aufenthalt in Torremolinos

Wir wurden bei Ankunft von Javier in Empfang genommen und er zeigte uns die Wohnung . Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, hat alles was man sich wünschen kann, es wurde sogar an einen Regenschirm und einen Einkaufsbuggy gedacht. Zum Strand und der schönen Strandpromenade sind es etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuss und zu der Zugstation Colina auch etwa 10 Minuten. Wir können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Väl fungerande lägenhet med bra läge i Torremolinos. Stor trädgård innehållande 2 pooler, gym, tennis-och padelbana. Lugnt läge med några minuters promenad till stranden.

Agréable séjour

Logement agréable et bien équipé, dans une belle résidence très bien entretenue et au calme, avec parking privatif. Les beaux jardins, piscines, cours tennis et salle de sport à disposition sont très appréciables. La ville de Torremolinos est charmante et bien située pour découvrir la region. Una estancia muy tranquila

Es un alojamiento perfecto, cercano a la playa, dotado de todo tipo de servicios. Piscinas, zonas verdes...Además el apartamento tiene de todo lo que puedas necesitar y en buen uso. En definitiva una estancia completa y donde nos hemos sentido muy comodos y contentos.

Clean & convenient

Booked here for ten nights with husband, daughter & 5 month old granddaughter. Very clean and nicely furnished. Plenty of kitchen untensils so easy to cook meals. Washing machine and a drying rack to put out on the balcony. Underground car park with dedicated space. Close to a train station for easy access to other local towns and Málaga. Only downside was that the mattresses were very basic and not very comfortable when you are of a larger size.

Séjour à Torremolinos en juillet
