Set in beautiful Pelican Bay, minutes from the gulf/beach, with all the amenities offered to owners— beach access with free tram transportation across the scenic berm, complimentary beach lounges, umbrellas and cabanas, free kayaking in the gulf, free canoeing on the inlet waters, access to two private beach restaurants, (entertainment on Thursdays), complimentary tennis courts and workout facilities. Many socializing opportunities available in Pelican Bay and Laurel Oaks.
Our condo has recently been renovated with new cabinetry, new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops in kitchen and bathrooms, 19" diagonal floor tile The living area and master bedroom offer a stunning view of Oakmont Lake! New furniture in living area, 47" flatscreen TV. 16- foot sliding glass doors to the screened in lanai open extra wide to create a spacious connection with the outdoors and beautiful Oakmont Lake. A separate breakfast lanai lets you start your day with the warm morning sunshine.
Lake view from living room, master bedroom, and lanai. Our condo is equipped with its own laundry room, 3 ceiling fans in high vaulted ceilings, and a large walk-in master closet. Return from a day at the beach and enjoy the heated outdoor pool and hot tub, or just read on the lanai with a relaxing view of the lake.
Kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking and eating needs. Serve your meal in our dining area, breakfast bar, or enjoy a meal on the front lanai. Outdoor barbeque grills are available at the community building.
Living room is equipped with sleeper in sectional sofa, 47" flatscreen tv. Perfect for enjoying the morning sun on the lake or just a cozy evening with lights sparkling from across the water. Opens wide onto screened lanai.
Master bedroom has view of the lake, king size bed, private bath with double-sink, granite vanity, and shower. Opens onto lanai. Extra bedroom with queen bed, full bath with tub and shower.
Beach and pool toys available for children (of all ages!) wave boards, too. Free kayaking in the gulf off the beach and free canoeing on the inlet waters.

Perfect getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was well maintained, clean and in a great location. The owners were extremely helpful in assisting us with completing the necessary paperwork and checked in regularly to ensure we had everything we needed. The property was clean and the location was excellent. The home is centrally located in Naples and part of Pelican Bay which includes private beach access. Had a great time and would stay there again.

We were very pleased with everything this condo and location had to offer. The condo was well equipped and had beautiful views of the lake from the lanai. Pelican Bay is a well organized community with something for everyone. The owner was very helpful and responsive. TV’s in the bedrooms would be our only recommendation for obtainable a five star rating.

A Winner!

We really enjoyed our month. It was the perfect size for my husband and I with a beautiful view of a lake. We found it to be very convenient to everything - the beach, the gym, restaurants, shopping malls, tennis courts. It was the perfect spot for us in Pelican Bay.

If your looking for a great condo with a beautiful view off the lanai and within walking distance of the beach, this is the perfect rental. The owners are very helpful and responsive should you ever need anything. Five Star all the way!! We are definitely coming back.
