Our privately owned, nicely decorated Villa is located steps from the beach with a large terrace and private entrance to the Beach. This Villa has 3 levels of living space with a large private top terrace on the 3rd level that overlooks for miles the beautiful aqua blue-green waters of the Caribbean.
Enjoy our fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with a flat Smart- TV & a bar area. Living room is only steps away from the large terrace overlooking the silky white sands of the Caribbean Beach. This Villa features 3 bedrooms, each with a walk-in shower. The master bedroom has a king size bed with large master bath plus a private terrace to enjoy the sunrise. The other 2 bedrooms features are: The second one has two twin beds and the 3rd bedroom has two double size beds. Each room is air-conditioned minisplit + TV with Cable.
The main swimming pool is only steps away from your front door.

Miriam was an absolutely fantastic host! She reached out to see if we needed transport from the airport or if we had any questions. She welcomed us personally at the gate & showed us around the villa & resort.The villa itself was beautiful! It was well maintained & clean, beds were comfortable. We loved the convenience of being on the beach & would definitely stay here again! Oh, and they had filtered water to the fridge, so we had ice...so fantastic!I felt comfortable with the resort security, someone was always at the gate & they checked id, so make sure at least one person in the group has their id on them & that they're on the villa's guest list.

Our family of 7 had the most amazing time in this lovely beach Villa. It was comfortable and spacious for us all. We loved the terrace and the private beach access just steps from the villa. The outside shower was super convinent. It came with a bbq grill, however one of the legs was a bit unsteady and not sturdy. The beds were comfortable.Cleaning service was included. Miriam was wonderful, responsive, and super accommodating. She was there to greet us upon arrival, helped coordinate a shuttle to and from the airport, and stocked our kitchen with essential items before arriving. I would highly recommend. Also the bus stop was just steps from the main entrance of Solymar hotel. Thank u Miriam & staff!

This is a beautiful and well equipped villa! Right on the beach with gorgeous views. Our host Miriam was so helpful and available any time we needed her! She gave us local recommendations for food, grocery etc. it is on the south end of the hotel zone so a bit quieter, which we loved!

The villa is great. Rooms are nice and view is amazing. The food and drinks at the resort bars and restaurants are completely disgusting but we went to the grocery store and made meals or walked 5 or 10 min to local restaurants which were great. Pool was clean and Miriam, the property manager was amazing to deal with. We will be back!

Wonderful visit to cancun

Overall the house was great. It is a bit dated but the cleanliness and the location more than make up for it. The rooms are all good size. Plenty of bed options and the views are spectacular. You are right on the beach! Easy access to everything in town. Bus ride or quick uber get you everywhere. Miriam is wonderful and was a lifesaver for us. We arrived in two separate groups and she took care of all the arrangements. She even grocery shopped for us so we could have a meal when we arrived that evening. I highly recommend.

Miriam was wonderful. The communication was detailed and attentive. We loved the restaurant recommendations. The villa has a million dollar view and conveniently located. Wonderful stay

First time to Cancún - wonderful time - it’s easy to get around on bus and safe! I was worried about my daughters going downtown by themselves but it was perfectly fine. Condo is right on beach and we loved the views. Mirium is wonderful and is a wealth of information and always available to answer questions. The pictures represent the condo very well - very comfortable and beach is spectacular.

Location was great, right on the beach! We had a wonderful time, took advantage of the bus, you can catch it right in front, plenty of busses and they're always willing to pick you up. Miriam and Felipe (at your service) were fantastic, anything you needed, they were just a phone or text away, very accommodating. There is a restaurant right next door, good food and drinks. What a great place to stay in Cancun! We loved staying at Villa Solymar. Very comfortable home with the most fantastic location on the beach. Miriam was there to welcome us when we arrived and was quick to respond to any need we had throughout the week. The bus stop is just out front of the resort. We used the bus every day and it's quick and cheap. We really liked the restaurant La Parilla at La Isla Mall. Yummy food and if you go between 6:30-7:00 you have front row seats to the sunset.

We had a wonderful time . The location and having direct beach access was my favorite part. The location was wonderful easy to get anywhere needed the neighbors were friendly. Miriam was such a dear, so helpful and communication was wonderful. They helped recommend a transport company and it was the perfect one . I can. It say enough good this about his place our first vrbo in Mexico exceeded every expectation.

This villa is fabulous!

Our stay in Dec-Jan 2021-2022 was wonderful. The villa is spacious, clean, and well appointed. Our hostess, Miriam, was amazing, very responsive to any request we had, whether for information or additional items (such as more water). She arranged for a nurse to come to the unit to give us our required Covid test for entry back into the States, which was very convenient. I highly recommend this unit for your visit to Cancun.

Perfect

The property is beautiful and right on the beach. Not in the Zona Hotelera, but not far. Which provides a little more seclusion. Not necessarily a bad thing. We had one minor issue and Miriam had it fixed immediately. Miriam was the perfect host.
