Just what we needed!

Lovely spacious villa with beautiful outdoor spaces, had everything we needed. Good location for short drive to the coast. Catherine was very helpful and available if needed. With a four year old and two Cockapoo’s (one puppy!) Catherine was very welcoming!

La maison est magnifique!!! Il n’y a pas de critique négative sur cette propriété ou sur sa propriétaire! Tout est propre, tout est facile et pratique, bref tout est bien pensé! Belle maison spacieuse, lumineuse avec tout le confort. Jardin méditerranéen magnifique avec une belle piscine avec pool house et très bien équipé . Très bon accueil de la part de Kathy. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Bien pour se detendre

Grande piscine tres propre. Une propriete entierement fermee pour pas se faire des soucille avec un chien. Proprio a cote et vite disponible. Chsque chambre avec sa douche. Bien situe pour visiter tout dans les allentours sans traffic

Tout ce qu'il faut

La villa est très bien située, proprio très gentille et disponible. L'extérieur est top avec grande piscine, terrain de pétanque et même une table de ping pong, cuisine extérieure et barbecue. L'intérieur serait à mon goût à rafraîchir mais cela dit très pratique, chaque chambres disposent d'une sdb.

Propriété superbe dans un environnement idéal

La maison est très bien conçue, notamment avec ses 4 chambres avec sdb indépendante, son vaste séjour donnant sur l’extérieur. Mais c’est surtout ce dernier qui est tout autant luxuriant que pratique et idéal. Nous avons passé notre temps en bord de piscine, autour du ping pong, de la pétanque, et tous les apero-repas-soirees dans le pool-house, très bien équipé . Je recommande donc vraiment cette villa, d’autant que sa propriétaire est très accueillante. Conclusion: Idéal pour passer une semaine paradisiaque dans un cadre sublime.

Maison extrême bien faite notamment l’extérieur avec piscine et cuisine le top, très pratique. Très bien équipée en mobilier et en électroménager. Rien à se soucier à part profiter. La propriétaire est toujours disponible.

Beau jardin et piscine agréable, maison confortable.

Nous avons particulièrement aimé le beau jardin et la piscine. Chambres confortables et 2 petites salles de bain neuves très appréciables. Dommage pour la fermeture d'une des 4 chambres et la climatisation inexistante dans la cuisine, cela a mis un bémol à notre séjour qui a été malgré cela très agréable dans l'ensemble! Le village du Plan de la Tour à 8 minutes en voiture est charmant.

Superbe villa, magnifiquement arborée, un cadre idyllique pour passer un séjour en famille. La villa offre tout le confort, et même plus!!.. la piscine possède une taille parfaite pour que tous en profitent. La cuisine d'été est complete. Nous avons réservé la villa à l'occasion d'un séjour entre amis et nous n'avons vraiment pas été déçus ! La proprietaire est très accueillante et met tout à votre disposition pour passer un superbe séjour. La villa est splendide, la piscine très agréable, la cuisine d'extérieur parfaite pour profiter du beau temps et les chambres toutes équipées de leur propre salle de bain. Que demander de plus ?

Agréable séjour , maison pratique et confortable pour toute notre petite famille !!!

Propriété tout confort avec une bonne situation géographique ( proximité du golfe de St Tropez, Ste Maxime) laissant ainsi la possibilité de faire plein d’activités notamment aquatiques, découvertes de la région et de toutes ses richesses, balades et bons petits restaurants comme « La Ciboulette «  à GASSIN, petit resto convivial avec un accueil sans faute , une bonne cuisine et surtout une vue magnifique sur le golfe !! En conclusion, un séjour que je recommande volontiers à tous ceux qui veulent décompresser au calme tout en ayant un certain confort... de vraies vacances 👍👍

Absolutely Fantastic Vacation

We stayed in Villa Les Gooneys in June/July 2017. The villa is absolutely stunning, both inside and out. The location is so tranquil and relaxing with nothing to spoil your view and the property was spotlessly clean. The hosts Cathy and Jean-Paul (not forgetting Joli) were extremely welcoming and couldn't do enough for us but without being intrusive at the same time. The location is central so you can drive into St Tropez, Ste Maxime and all the surrounding areas. We can't wait to go back to Villa Les Gooneys in the very near future. Thank you Cathy and Chef Jean-Paul Debbie, Richard, Harvey and Enzo x

Geweldig vakantie verblijf

Reeds enkele jaren huren we deze villa en steeds keren we terug met een gevoel van thuiskomen! Alles is aanwezig om er een fijne vakantie van te maken! De eigenaars zijn steeds te bereiken en zorgen er voor dat je je vakantie kan beleven zonder zorgen! De rustige omgeving geeft je de kans om alles opzij te zetten en tot rust te komen! Vijf km verder vindt je de drukte, de winkels en alles wat je nodig hebt! Wij keren zeker nog enkele jaren terug om ons verlof op deze geweldige stek te consumeren! Alain & Karin

Kathys Villa is super

At Kathys it is super, we came here 4 times! It is clean and very comfortable and you have got everthing you need : many oportunities to sit outside and inside, the two kitchens, the beautiful garden,the pool. we enjoy very much, that it is so quiet and save here. Kathy is very friendly and helpfully. We come back next year and we can recomand her house to all friends and france-friends. 8 austrian girls
