The attractive apartment building "The Kursaal" is located on the beach at the corner of the promenade and the lighthouse square. The Kursaal is the oldest (1906) apartment building in De Panne. A beautiful nature area is a fifteen minute walk along the beach. The first French resort is located about an hour's walk.
