"inforamtion": Luana Development Parters LP will be building 72 townhomes in the area. The work will be in the empty grass field on the east side of Honua Kai (non-ocean side) beyond the path that circles the bowl between the two towers. These are 2 story townhomes. A fence will be constructed to limit dust and views of the work. Construction starts on Feb 5, 2018.

This construction does not affect this condo.

Wonderful Family Friendly Location

The entire experience from the time we opened the door to the property to the time we left was amazing. 3 large bedrooms that easily fit for adults and a little one. Beautiful balcony for dinners and just gazing out at the ocean.

We had 4 adults and one child (4). Plenty of room and space for everyone. My granddaughter LOVED the pool and slide!! She couldn't get enough of it. The location was perfect , just a short walk to the beach and Duke's restaurant.

Centrally located between two buildings, easy walk to the beautiful courtyard.

Fereshteh Tali was pleasant to work with. Would love to stay here again!

Great family vacation

The unit was a perfect fit for our family of 6, with 2 couples taking the 2 king bedrooms and 2 kids sharing the middle bedroom where the king was split into 2 twins. It was nice to have the separate a/c controls for the different areas of the unit. The unit was clean, with newer, high quality furniture and appliances. Good views from the lanai and a nice wall of "nana" doors that opens the living room to the outdoors. It was very convenient having the beach towels available in the machine in the lobby - easy to pick up and drop off. The beach was a bit rocky to the right of the property (you can buy water shoes in the convenience store in the lobby), but more sandy to the left with good snorkeling, we even saw sea turtles a couple of times. Both Fereshteh the owner and Kalea the property manager were nice, professional, and easy to deal with. It is honestly difficult for me to find any fault with this property and I would not hesitate to recommend it.
