Nice apartment with open view of the interior garden, swimming pool and tennis court. Clear and calm. Pleasant terrace-loggia for dining. Close to all shops and historic old town. 10 minutes from the beaches (car or bus) and the airport (Toulon-Hyères). train station (TER to Toulon, Marseille ...) and TGV (direct Paris) 10min walk. Fully equipped, comfortable. Bakery, press house, convenience store around the corner: ideal for a great breakfast on the terrace, before or after a dip in the pool!

Appartement dans une résidence arborée proche du centre-ville

Bel appartement dans résidence verdoyante avec piscine. Proche du centre mais au calme. Il mériterait amplement d’être mieux équipé, avec de vraies chaises , un micro-onde, grille-pain et bouilloire électrique. Accueil adorable par Elizabeth et contacts personnalisés avec le propriétaire.

Appartement qui pourrait être très agréable avec des sièges plus confortables. Les petits tabourets en plastique des années 70 c'est rigolo mais peu recommandé à des seniors.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix

Descriptif totalement conforme à la description et aux photos. Lit escamotable dans le salon très pratique. Infrastructures de la résidence très appréciables : piscine très grande et très propre, tennis et terrain de boules très bien aussi. Seul petit bémol : la vaisselle, les casseroles sont très usagées mais comme nous n'avons pas cuisiné, cela ne nous a pas gêné. Si vous recherchez un appartement dans le centre de Hyères, n'hésitez pas! Le propriétaire et la dame sur place sont très agréables et répondent rapidement aux messages.
