This renovated apartment, tastefully decorated, offers 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 people. You will admire, from the balcony, beautiful views of the Aravis and you will enjoy the nearby shops and services of St Gervais les Bains.

Very well equipped, this apartment of 90 m² includes:
- 1 living room with sitting / dining room 8 seats and 1 double sofa bed
- 1 large open kitchen equipped with professional equipment (with dishwasher)
- 3 bedrooms, 2 with 1 double and 1 with 2 single beds
- 2 bathrooms: one with shower, the other with bathtub and washing machine

Les hôtes sont prévenants, facilitants et charmants. Le logement est spacieux, ultra équipé en vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine, avec une vue superbe. Malgré l'affluence le stationnement a toujours été possible à proximité pour décharger et vers la patinoire en plus longue durée.

Agréable séjour à Saint Gervais

Appartement conforme à la description. En plein centre ville, avec commerces et navette vers les remontées mecaniques (chambres à l'arrière => calmes). Excellentes literies, cuisine particulièrement bien équipée. Bref un excellent séjour !

Pour la situation, on ne peut pas faire mieux! Les deux salles de bain sont très appréciables à 7! Appartement parfait avec la navette pour les pistes qui passe juste au pied de la résidence!

Outstanding apartment in excellent location

This apartment is very well equipped with modern and well-working kitchen. In 3 bedrooms there is enough room for 6 people, so it was (more than) enough for 5 of us, It was pleasant to cook and enjoy dinner at the apartment in it's well equipped kitchen and spacious dinner table. Since the apartment is right in the center of the town, it was also convenient to walk into any restaurant in town. The distance to the main lift is walkable but there is also a bus stop almost next to the apartment . All communication with the owner worked very well and everything went as agreed. Grand appartement très bien situé

Appartement tout à fait adapté pour 2 familles. Le coin nuit séparé du salon/cuisine et les 2 salles de bain sont un vrai plus. Literie de qualité. Vue depuis le salon sur les montagnes. Propriétaires à l’ecoute. Situation en plein centre ville, la navette qui dessert la télécabine est au pied de l’immeuble. Nous reviendrons.

Idéal en centre de St Gervais

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, l'appartement est juste parfaitement situé à St Gervais, très bien équipé (rien ne manque, pas même les jeux pour les enfants) et bien agencé entre l'espace nuit bien séparé du salon et de la cuisine. Toute la famille à été conquise par ce lieu et nous espérons y retourner l'an prochain pour pouvoir encore admirer la place centrale, les belles demeures et les montagnes. Merci aux propriétaires qui sont également charmants !

Appartamento molto bello, adatto per 8 persone, con tre camere da letto, tre bagni e salone con cucina annessa estremamente grandi ed accoglienti in un condominio tranquillo. Ampio terrazzo che da sulla piazza di Saint Gervaise Les Bains. Posizione comodissima nel centro del paese. Possibilità di parcheggio gratuito e coperto ad un minuto dall'appartamento. Spacieux et bien équipé

Situé au cœur de la station (commerces, restaurants et activités accessibles à pied), nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce bel appartement très bien équipé et où il fait bon vivre. Ceci est d’autant plus appréciable que nous y sommes restés 3 semaines pour cure thermale. Nous parlons déjà d’y retourner…pour la cure de l’année prochaine…

Spacious, well equiped and excellent location

Our first time in Saint Gervais and we would definitely go back and stop at this apartment again. The apartment is practical, comfortable, very well equipped, has a great outlook and is in an excellent location. We were a party of 5 and we had plenty of space and the piping hot water never ran out. Saint Gervais centre is very nice and very compact and we soon found our way around. The apartment is located in the centre of the small quiet town, ideally located for supermarkets, bars, bakery's and restaurants. It’s just a stones throw away from the tourist information centre where you can get your lift passes. There's a ski bus stop outside the apartment block but we didn't use it as it's only a 10 - 15 minute walk to the Le Bettex telecabin. There's only a few bars but that suited us, we only frequented one which was very nice and very French. There is a lot of restaurants and bistros but we ended up stopping in and cooking every night as the apartment is so well equipped and the 2 supermarkets just around the corner had everything we needed. There's also a pizza takeaway just over the road that's nice. We did consider stopping in Le Bettex area but are glad we didn't. The benefits of stopping in town far outweigh being close to Le Bettex ski hub, its so easy to get there anyway on the telecabin. Having said that, i would recommend using the ski lockers at Le Bettex, its easier than carrying skis down or skiing down to town. I would recommend this apartment in an instant.

le ++ : appartement proche de toutes commodités

Nous sommes restés 3 semaines dans cet appartement (cure thermale), qui présente tout le confort nécessaire (équipement de cuisine de qualité, rien ne manque). L'espace nuit et l'espace jour sont bien disctints, idéal pour la sieste des enfants ou pour faire la grasse matinée. Les chambres sont à l'arrière du bâtiment, bien au calme. A noter la superbe vue sur les Aravis du salon avec en prime le coucher de soleil les jours de beau temps ! Nous avons vraiment apprécié de pouvoir nous rendre dans les commerces ou dans les restaurants de St Gervais sans avoir à utiliser notre véhicule, surtout avec les enfants. Un parc de jeux est également proche de l'appartement (400m), ce qui a bien plu aux enfants ! C'est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons !

tres bel appartement nous etions 9 personnes en 2 familles avec enfants. tres tres bien reçu par la proprietaire . appartement avec superbe vue. seul bemole les places de parking , mais parking municipal pas loing. a conseiller je pense que je le relouerais.

Merci d'avoir apprécié notre appartement. Nous mettons tout en oeuvre pour que nos locataires passent d'agréables vacances. En ce qui concerne les places de parking, nous bénéficions d'un parking gratuit et couvert à 300 m de l'appartement, ce qui est fort agréable l'hiver surtout lorsqu'il neige beaucoup comme cet hiver.

Ce logement est idéalement situé, à proximité de tous les services mais également des navettes pour se rendre skier. Nous avons été surpris en bien par le calme de la résidence ainsi que par l'aménagement de l'appartement. En effet, celui-ci est bien organisé et très bien équipé à tout niveau, vaisselle, couvertures .....En plus, nous avons eu à faire à des propriétaires extrêmement sympathique. Encore merci !

UN JOYAU DANS UN ECRIN

Que du bonheur dans cet appartement luxueux à souhait, il ne manque rien, de grande qualité dans toutes les pièces et l'équipement est plus que parfait. Nous étions grands parents, enfants et petits enfants (9) aucune gène, tout le monde a trouvé sa place. Nous avions en plus un temps magnifique. Sans oublier la proximité des commerces. Merci Mme et Mr Les propriétaires de nous en avoir fait profiter. Nous serions heureux de le conseiller autour de nous.

Un appartement parfait.

Il y a une vue du salon dégagée et les montagnes sont spectaculaires. L'appartement est grand, propre, et confortable et la cuisine est bien équipée pour préparer les repas Savoyardes. L'arrêt de navette qui va a la station de ski est très proche. Cet appartement est bien situé dans le centre d'un village charmant; bien sûr, j'ai vraiment envie d'y revenir.

Perfect in many ways.

I can't say enough about this wonderful apartment. The view of the mountains is spectacular and the location can't be beat-- right in the heart of the charming village of St. Gervais. There is everything you could possibly need in the house and if you want to cook meals this is the kitchen to have; it is well equipped. The shuttle to go to the mountain is visible from the apartment and is less than a block away. St. Gervais is a quaint town; just the right size with a nice selection of restaurants and shops but not too big and commercial like Chamonix, for example. If you want to visit other villages though, St. Gervais is well situated and is only 10 mins. from the motorway.

Un appartement parfait , très spacieux avec beaucoup de rangements. Tout y est et c'est très bien décoré. On a l'impression d'être chez soi et les propriétaires sont supers . Situé idéalement pour les commerces et la navette qui nous mène aux remontées mécaniques
