Luxury villa for 8/12 persons with large pool (12.5x5.5m) with islet, heated Jacuzzi in the indoor and intimate patio, gazebo with sport equipment and relaxation, flat screen TV 52', home theatre, satellite TV, telephone, broadband with long range Wi-Fi, fax, panoramic views over the sea and the Marie Galante and Saintes Islands, with direct access to a small beach 80m away (by the Hotel Toubana) and next to the Caravelle beach (Club Med). The Yin Yang villa was entirely modified and renovated in 2008 in a modern, minimalist and sleek style, inspired by the luxury villas of St-Barth and its luxurious yachts: wide openings, natural ventilation, deck conceived as a ship's deck, many noble materials, glass, stainless steel, deck in red Ipe wood and floor in Courbaril. Design kitchen with central island. Varied and complete indoor and outdoor lightening. Flat 2200 sq.m property maintained and planted with trees, overlooking the sea, which is 30m lower.
