Has everything you will need for your short or longer stay. Just bring your suitcase. There is a king size bed in the first bedroom and bunk bed in the second bedroom. Beach chairs and umbrella provided. Condo is fully furnished with high speed Wifi and Roku service. It's central location provides an easy access to Naples beaches, shopping and dinning. Closest beach is Seagate beach, Mercato and Fifth Ave are only 5-10 min ride.
This unique community is comprised of condos and single family residences. A two mile loop around the community is perfect for quiet walks.

Perfect place to stay

For us a family with kids it was a perfect place to stay. We celebrated Christmas and New year and our son that is in high school in the USA wanted to have homecooked food and the apartment had a good kitchen. Everything was what we wanted for our long holiday, our daugther could train tennis at Casall Sanchez and it was easy to drive to different beaches and old Naples. Nice, clean and Miroslav was very helpfull with questions we had.

Wonderful spot in Naples.

We have been to Naples Bath and Tennis Club many times, and have always found it a delightful place to be. Miroslav, from whom we rented, was a pleasure to work with. The condo was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. Having access to the lovely uncrowded Olympic size pool was very important to us. We swam our laps every morning, and also enjoyed the jacuzzi. This condo is close to shopping, restaurants, and only a fifteen minute ride to the beach. The people at the Clubhouse are very helpful and the whole complex is so quiet. It all made for a very relaxing peaceful wonderful vacation.

Beautiful place to stay!

The condo is very well equipped and nicely appointed. It has a beautiful view of a pond from the back that really comes alive in the morning. It is comfortable and relaxing. The television, cable service and wifi is very good. The membership to the Olympic pool at the club house is a huge perk. Can't wait to come back!

Beautiful Naples

This condo is located in a great area of Naples, conveniently located to shopping, beach and great restaurants. The place is very nice and the owner was excellent to work with and responding to anything we needed. It is fairly priced and we are already thinking of utilizing it again next year.

Generous space, lived up to description

We enjoyed our month here (January 2016). The tennis court is accessible, the grounds beautifully maintained, the perimeter road an attractive 2-mile walk, parking easy, location great, the condo clean and carefully maintained, and Miroslav an attentive host.

Naples Tennis Club review

We stayed here the first week of March in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in a gated community. The grounds were lovely with many lakes and associated wading birds. Our lessor had access to the tennis club which was magnificent with an Olympic sized pool that was mostly empty. Great swimming! The fitness centre was well equipped for a daily workout. The condo was spacious and nicely furnished tho a few items like the microwave did not work, however, what was great was the owner had left many staples for the kitchen which was really nice because we didn't have to go to shop immediately. Often these rental places give you nothing, so this was a nice change.

Excellent location in north Naples gated community, close to shops and restaurants. Beautifully furnished and well equipped. We felt very welcome and at home. Owner was always available to answer questions and ensure everything was in order. We enjoyed a very pleasant three week vacation in this condo and would recommend it to others.
