Large recent house, located in a quiet area of ​​a village of 6000 inhabitants in Provence. Ideally located, facing south, this bastide gives you access within an hour's drive to the main prestigious places in the south-east of France: Alpilles, Camargue, Lubéron, Mediterranean Sea and major tourist sites such as Arles, Avignon, Aix en Provence, Marseille, Baux de Provence, St Rémy and many others. You will be surrounded by hills, ideal for walks and VVT outings, vineyards and olive fields. Golf enthusiasts will find what they are looking for with the 3 surrounding golf courses: Servanes, Pont Royal and Les Baux de Provence.
The house is especially appreciated for its calm environment conducive to rest and relaxation. Its landscaped garden, entirely in bloom in summer, with its majestic bamboos brings the touch of zenitude necessary for relaxation. The swimming pool and its sun loungers will allow you to discreetly refine your summer breath while refreshing yourself during the beautiful Provençal summer days. Each room is equipped with its own air conditioning system to recover at night from very hot days.

Important informations: This property is inhabited by our 2 adorable cats Cookie and Mynos who live outside most of the time. It is customary for our vacationers to feed them (twice a day). As paradoxical as it may seem, it is these 2 adorable creatures that our vacationers regret the most when leaving the house!
On arrival, a security deposit (guarantee) of €1,500 will also be requested (undebited check or cash, your choice).
Finally, end-of-stay cleaning is charged at €100. It is not included in the amount paid via Abritel.
