Large character farmhouse in the countryside with swimming pool, quiet

You are looking for a quiet house, offering large living spaces in a green environment (property of 50,000 m2) close to famous tourist sites (classified villages of Luberon or Monts de Vaucluse, Mont Ventoux (Le Géant de Provence) made famous by the Tour de France cycling (an ascent to try if you have good legs! or by car!).The sea and its famous Cote Bleue with its coves with turquoise waters, hiking in the Luberon, the Alpilles (Saint-Rémy-de-Provence) nearby, the Camargue, Avignon and its Palais des Papes, its festival, Aix-en -Provence, in short, enough to fill your eyes and compose a magnificent album of memories. This house being our main residence you will find a maximum of equipment there.
We have just set up a bowling alley in the shade, under the trees, provide the boules for the "pétanque" and put bikes at your disposal because you are in the immediate vicinity of a "bicycle-route" freshly furnished.

The house faces south with its back to the famous Mistral (the ancients knew how to set up houses in order to benefit from the best sunshine).
The entrance is through the large living room-TV (55m2), on the ground floor, then the fully-equipped kitchen-living-room, facing south, then you reach the huge living-dining room ( 75m2) in which there are two large tables, an equipped table tennis table, a fireplace.
This room opens, to the south and west, onto the terraces through French windows. Also on the ground floor is a shower room-wc as well as the utility room with the washing machine, the ironing equipment and a second fridge-freezer (the other is in the kitchen).
Upstairs, four bedrooms: three doubles with separable or joinable twin beds the fourth with a single bed. On the mezzanine of the living room are two additional beds. However, the rental being planned for seven people, no linen will be provided for these two beds. Also upstairs there is a bathroom with an independent wc, plus a shower room with wc.
Outside, terrace to the south with stone table and chairs, shaded, another terrace with canopy to the east with wrought iron table and chairs, ideal place for evening meals. Large plane trees provide shade in front of the house during hot summer days. To reach the swimming pool, you cross a small bridge that spans a small stream (it crosses the property).
The 12m x 5m pool has a beautiful terrace with sun loungers and lounge chairs. An arbor gives you shade if the sun is too hot. A manually retractable pool enclosure allows swimming in all types of weather.

The property (almost 5 hectares) allows you to walk or play sports in peace because a 600m course is maintained for jogging, cycling etc ... The arrival of vacationers is scheduled for 4 p.m. and their departure for 10 a.m. to allow the house to be restored to very good condition for the following vacationers.
