THE PARK condominiums are ideally located in the Old Town "Zona Romantica" area of Puerto Vallarta. Our 5th Floor condo is located in one of the newest and most sought after location in Vallarta, the building was completed in the fall of 2014. The building has a rooftop terrace with a 25 meter (80 feet) salt water infinity pool, BBQ Grill, two Jacuzzis, plenty of lounging and sitting area, sun or shade area to please everyone. 360-degree views.
THE PARK condominiums building is just one block from the best beaches and the El Malecon seaside boardwalk. Our location offers all the conveniences of city living, yet a few steps to Los Muertos Beach. No hills. Outstanding nightlife, excellent restaurants, beachside bars, shopping and much more.
Located on the 5th floor, this modern condo is 940 square foot, has upgraded designer finishes and decor and awaits your arrival. The master bedroom features a relaxing king size bed Tempur-pedic mattress. The bedroom also has an en suite bathroom equipped with extra large walking shower.
The second bedroom offers a comfortable double bed and a small armoire. It also has an individual air conditioning unit for our guest comfort.
This condo comfortably sleeps 3-4 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with high end appliances: gas cooktop, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, granite countertops. You like to cook? everything you need to prepare a good meal awaits you. The entire building has filtered water from the tap or the refrigerator/icemaker. This also makes for a soothing water while showering.
The living room has a large comfortable sofa plus an individual seater. It also have a large LCD flatscreen TV, a Blue Ray DVD player and a radio.
This unit has 3 silent and efficient mini splits air conditioning units that works separately for everyone comfort. Other features include Wifi throughout the unit and a phone line for free calls to the US, Canada and Mexico. Sliding doors to the balcony open completely for those who want to feel the Puerto Vallarta mild wind.
Forget about the cold winter, pour yourself a glass of wine and enjoy. Life is short!

We love the Romantic Zone for it's incredible selection of Restaurants, beautiful beaches, the safety of the area and mainly it's 'ambiance'. This quiet neighbourhood is easy going, secure and short walk to the beach (one block from Los Muertos Beach).

Location, decor, comfort...perfect place to stay!
Can't complain about a thing with our recent stay at The Park. Well appointed condo, everything we needed, walking distance to wonderful shops and restaurants. The salt water infinity pool was the icing on the cake. Fantastic stay! Friendly staff too. Would definitely book this rental again!
Beautifully Decorated and Equipped Condo in the Heart of it All!
I have stayed in several properties in PV and Diane's Condo at The Park is at the top of my favorites. The amenities in the building can't be beat and staying in Diane's condo puts the icing on the cake.
The location was The Park in old town
We loved the apt it was nice,people at the frount desk were excellent, the rooftop pool area was exceptional and we used it every day , public areas were very clean , we loved the very convenient spot ,close to everything,excellent restaurants,shopping.we walked down to the pier every night and along the Malacon it was just wonderful.i would for sure stay again and again ! One thing worth mentioning though is there is a very noisy pop up bar right below the apt that is very very loud until the wee hours! Take earplugs for those nights
Great condo in a great location!
This condo is beautiful and the pictures and descriptions are very accurate. It is perfectly located and The Park is an amazing building.
This is my 5th time to Puerto Vallarta in 2 years and will contact Diane again for my next trip. Even with my last minute change in travel plans, she was responsive and helpful.

This place is a gem!
We loved Diane's place at The Park. It was all we'd hoped that it would be and more! The condo was a great size and all amenities were very new and nicely kept. It was fantastic to have a full service kitchen; as both my wife and I love to cook! The location was exactly what we wanted as well...the walk to the beach took only minutes and there's fantastic restaurants and shopping nearby as well. What really made this place for us was the rooftop saltwater pool and lounge and grill areas. We spent a lot of time up there relaxing and taking in the amazing views! We've never used a pool area at a resort as much as we used this one! We had a fantastic time and are already planning a return trip!!
Exceeded expectations
This apartment was brilliant and the roof terrace was mind blowing! Fantastic pool, hot tubs, barbecue, fridge, ice machine, loads of loungers and a nice shaded seating area. I can't wait to go back!!!
