This beautiful apartment of 165 m2 is located in the heart of the historic center of Avignon and is fully air conditioned. Decorated with care, it offers a comfortable and warm atmosphere.
You have 165 m² with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, a large living / dining room of 50m², fully equipped kitchen, an office / games room and a small roof terrace.

The location of our apartment allows you to easily walk to the different historical and cultural places of the city as well as shops without needing to use your car. At the foot of the place of the clock, 2 minutes from the Palais des Papes and the Petit Palais, the street of the tourist office, our address is ideal to visit our city. without forgetting the famous Pont d'Avignon and many more !!
AVIGNON AND SURROUNDINGS
Our apartment is located in the heart of the city of Popes of the city D'Avignon. Its location allows to visit the historic sites of the city on foot. The Popes' Palace, the Bridge of Avignon, known worldwide thanks to the song, and the walls are an exceptional group of monuments classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The beautiful garden of Rocher des Doms, next to the Palais des Papes, offers stunning views of Avignon and its surroundings as well as play areas for children and a beautiful walk for parents.
Staying in Avignon allows you to visit the region that offers many sites to see absolutely: The Alpilles (St Rémy de Provence) are 25 kms, the Roman city Arles and the Camargue are 35km. Luberon and all these picturesque villages (Gordes, Roussillon, Lacoste ...) are between 30 and 40 kms. Marseille is 80 km and its surroundings such as creeks, Cassis and its coves to discover. Montpellier and its large sandy beaches are 1 hour drive.
The TGV station is about 10 minutes by taxi from the center and train station Avignon center is 800 meters away.

Parfait!

Tout a été parfait: la communication avec nos hôtes, Christelle et son mari qui nous ont aidés à notre arrivée, l'appartement magnifique et en tout points conforme aux photos et à la description sur le site, la position on ne peut plus centrale à Avignon, les équipements. Tout ceci nous a permis de passer de merveilleux moments dans cette petite ville magique!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und top ausgestattet. Die beste Ferienwohnung, die wir bisher hatten! Sehr zentrale Lage, sodass man innerorts sehr gut zu Fuß unterwegs ist. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und kümmern sich drum, den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Wohnung eignet sich auch sehr gut, wenn man mit Kindern reist.

Amazing location. Amazing experience.

The property is well located in the heart of Avignon. Christèle was an amazing host and very helpful throughout. We were 2 families traveling and we were 9 in total...we had a lot of room. We would go again in a heartbeat.

Wir waren 2 Familien (4EW und 5Ki) für 1 Woche im August 2015. Eine tolle FeWo für 2 Familien (sicher auch 3 möglich) mit viel Platz, sehr grosszügig, gute Austattung. Hervorzuheben ist die tolle Lage (Hauptbuchungsgrund), zentraler in Avignon geht nicht! Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt (Papstpalast etc.) in unmittelbarer Nähe, der Bahnhof, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (u.a. Carrefour City, Bäcker) wenige Gehminuten. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett, alles sehr unkompliziert inkl. Parkkarte für das Parkhaus. Empfehlung!

Great apartment: spacious, luxurious and cool!

A wonderfully spacious apartment right in the heart of Avignon. Despite the hot weather the apartment was lovely cool thanks to the airconditioning. Beds are great (and clean!), everything is there for a great stay. And yes: a lot of stairs, but the view you get is great!

Wonderful apartment and location.

appartement idéal

Nous étions deux familles donc 9 personnes dont 5 enfants. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. L'appartement est très bien entretenu et très bien équipé. Il est situé à deux pas du Palais des Papes, du Pont, des boutiques, des restaurants. L'appartement est spacieux avec deux grandes chambres parentales et deux chambres enfants. Les enfants ont passé beaucoup de temps dans la salle de jeux. Nous garderons un bon souvenir de ces quelques jours passés en famille.

Spacious, comfortable in heart of old town

We stayed in this apartment for 5 nights and loved it! The location is excellent - right in the center of the old town - walking distance to all that you need and the main sites.Lots of restaurants nearby or you can easily get groceries and cook - the kitchen is well-appointed and the espresso machine was much appreciated. We booked the parking ahead of time and I would recommend that as it makes life very easy - once in Avignon, we only used our car twice for trips to Orange. Great hosts, clean and well-appointed apartment with lots of space, and a fantastic location.

Wonderful Apartment/wonderful location

5 wonderful days in an area with many attractions. The accommodations were super, much more space than our party of four needed. We stayed in 3 homes on our trip and this was the best. Our hostess, Christele was so gracious to us and all was formidable! You'll be very happy if you choose this spot!

Wonderful Apartment in Avignon

We had a lovely time staying in this apartment. It is beautifully renovated and has lots of natural light. It is spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic—right in the center of the old city, with a nice view from the living room. The apartment has great amenities. (We particularly enjoyed the espresso machine.) Christèle and Aymeric are very hospitable. They were there to welcome us and help with our luggage despite our late arrival. While Aymeric showed my husband where to park, Christèle showed me how the appliances worked, the best place to shop for food, the desk drawer full of brochures about the area, etc. When we blew a fuse a few days later, Aymeric offered to come over right away. We are a family of four, with two grown children, and could not have been more comfortable. There are lots of stairs, but it's well worth it—you are on the top floors so it's quiet, and the heat is not a problem in the summer as the air conditioning works perfectly. The apartment is all that we've noted but it also has a certain ambiance that is more difficult to describe: it has been designed and renovated with care. The modern aesthetic combines well with the older architectural elements. The rooms are open and spacious yet warm and inviting. It is obvious that Christèle and Aymeric have attended to this apartment with loving care. The unit is geared for young families. But it also very much appealed to our sons, ages 19 and 23, given the easy access to a safe and interesting city, the modern furniture, tv and wifi.

Superbe!

Ne cherchez plus d'appartement à louer en Avignon, c'est celui-ci qu'il vous faut! Nous y avons séjourné à plusieurs reprises pendant le festival d'Avignon et nous y avons passé, à chaque fois un séjour formidable. L'appartement est très spacieux, avec un immense séjour et 4 très grandes chambres, dont une suite parentale à l'étage digne d'une suite d'hôtel de luxe... La décoration est classe et design, avec tout l'équipement nécessaire, aussi bien côté cuisine que côté loisirs. Un ordinateur avec une connexion internet est même à notre disposition dans le bureau et c'est très appréciable. Enfin, la situation de l'appartement est idéale, en plein coeur de la ville, sur la place de l'horloge et à quelques pas du palais de papes... Les propriétaires sont adorables et toujours disponibles en cas de question, ils pourront aussi vous conseiller sur les choses à faire dans la région. Pour résumer: On ne peut pas rêver mieux en Avignon!

Great Space in Centre of Avignon

We loved staying here, only problem was our schedule didn't allow us to enjoy a full week there. It was a great place for 7 of us to start a 2 1/2 week trip, very spacious and you couldn't ask for a more central location for taking in and exploring Avignon. You're right on the main street leading from the rail station, step out the door and a few steps bring you to the central plaza of Avignon with several restaurants and any number of options for venturing off and exploring different parts of the town on your own. It was very comfortable, clean and obviously well cared for, an excellent place for getting the jet lag kinks ironed out and making the first adaptations to life in Europe. You never feel like you're crowding or bother anyone, you can always find some privacy, and the loft space (up the stairs in the picture) sleeping two was a nice, different touch. All the appliances were spotless and very modern (it took us a little while to get the hang of some of them!), although we really didn't use much beyond the coffee machine and refrigerator. Christele was very helpful in explaining how everything worked once we got there. And very good, clear communication prior to arrival, she let us know about parking for two cars and answered every question we raised or doubt we had. The only downside is getting up to the apartment once you're inside the building. It is a fourth floor walk-up apartment, no elevator, and the staircase is narrow, winding and not well lit. You have to be careful going up and down, especially with luggage, but it's more than worth it once you get inside. Great place for a family and large group looking to spend time in Avignon. Absolutely recommended.

Comfortable and modern in a great location

very modern and comfortable apartment right in the centre of the town very close to historical sites and restaurants. Would certainly recommend, though can be tricky for families with small children because of stairs up to apartment, but only a minor issue.

Excellent in Every Way!

I stayed in this vacation home from October 23 to October 28, 2011 for 5 nights with 4 friends. I’ve stayed in many other vacation homes before in Europe and I must say this is the best vacation home ever! This is not a typical home for rental. Because the owner also lives in this apartment (the family moved away while renting out the place), the place feels like home and has everything and even more than you need. The nicest thing is the espresso machine that we got to use every morning to start our day. The owner, Aymeric, was very helpful. When I called him to ask where to find toilet paper, he actually drove all the way just to bring us some toilet papers. What a nice guy! The location of the apartment is excellent. It’s right in the Place de l’Horloge. All the shopping streets, restaurants and even supermarket are within 5-10 minutes walking distance. There are a total of 3 rooms and 1.5 bathrooms downstairs. We didn’t need to use the bedroom upstairs so we can’t comment. The place is very comfortable and spacious. It looks way nicer than what’s in the pictures. The only negative thing is that there are not enough mirrors in the apartment for 4 girls. I would definitely recommend this apartment! Thank you Aymeric!

Nous avons passé 8 jours dans cet appartement en famille avec des enfants de 8 et 12 ans. Toute la famille a aimé son emplacement en plein centre et la grandeur de la pièce à vivre.Cet appartement est décoré avec très bon goût. Les jeux de sociétés mis à disposition pour les enfants nous ont permis de bonnes parties le soir. La propreté de cet appartement et la gentillesse des propriétaires ( toujours disponible pour donner une information ) sont particulièrement appréciables. Un conseil : prendre l'option parking proposée.

Appartement idéalement situé,proche des quartiers historiques et des rues piétonnes...tout peut être fait à pied!!! La déco est vraiment super sympa, la literie d'excellente qualité et le bureau, salle de jeux a satisfait toute la famille. Nous remercions le propriétaire pour son accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité. De plus la place de parking que l'on peut louer, est un + incontestable!!!
