Beautiful villa with 2 bedrooms, for 5 pers., at only 200 m. from the beach, in the best area of La Llosa Cambrils. In Villa Sonia you will enjoy a wonderful holiday with the convenience to be at walking distance to the beach and the port of Cambrils, where you will find many quality restaurants and nice shopping area. This is a very nice house, very comfortable, with air conditioning in the living room and in one bedroom, free WiFi Internet access throughout the house and outdoor parking. The house is very spacious, on the ground floor, and consists of a large living room with air conditioning and satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, etc., two bedrooms, bathroom with bath, veranda and is surrounded by a large garden with BBQ. A lovely beach house to enjoy with your family.

Het is een heerlijke plek om te verblijven! Leuk huis, dichtbij zee. Auto alleen nodig voor water kopen en evt uitstapjes, want verder is alles op de fiets of lopend te doen. De ligbedden in de tuin vervangen!

Casita encantadora, cerca de la playa y con mucha tranquilidad.

La tranquilidad, el espacio, el jardin (ideal para nuestro perro), la cercania al paseo marítimo y a la playa. El canvio de banyera a ducha ha sido un acierto. Solo hay un mando para el aire acondicionado en toda la casa. Hemos encontrado a faltar el videt.

Ein wirklich wunderschönes Ferienhaus! Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen und angenehmen Urlaub braucht. Die Räume sind gemütlich und sehr sauber, alles ist gepflegt und ordentlich – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und wohl. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet, die Betten sind bequem, und auch draußen gibt es schöne Möglichkeiten zum Entspannen. Einziger kleiner Nachteil: der Weg ins Zentrum ist etwas weiter. Aber das Haus selbst ist so schön, dass man das gerne in Kauf nimmt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können dieses Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Wie immer sehr zufrieden

Zentral gelegenes FH mit großer Terrasse, wir waren schon letztes Jahr in diesem Haus und nach unserer letzten Anmerkung „es fehlen Liegen“ waren diesmal zwei Liegen vorhanden. Wie gewohnt super Service! Wir kommen gerne jedes Jahr zweimal zu Parque-Mont-roig in verschiedene Häuser und waren bisher immer voll zufrieden.

Es la tercera vez que la alquilamos y como las otras veces no ha defraudado. Tranquilidad, cerca de la playa, cerca del centro, ideal para nuestro perro pues tiene un patio brutal, muy bien equipada... Repetiremos... Normalmente nunca hemos tenido ninguna queja, pero esta vez, hemos tenido problemas de cucarachas en el baño y según nos dijeron, el ayuntamiento había fumigado las alcantarillas y estos animales han intentado escapar por los desagües de las casas. Nosotros como ya nos había pasado algo similar, tapamos los desagües con vasos y los escapaderos de emergencia de pica y bañera con cinta americana y las pudimos tener a raya. Entendemos de que los gestores de la casa no tienen culpa pero si que creo que deberían tener un plan por si esto vuelve a suceder. Por lo demàs todo ok.

Le logement est spacieux dans un quartier calme, la cuisine est bien équipée. La climatisation très appréciée car il a fait très chaud. Logement propre à notre arrivée. Bonne relation avec l’agence. Il manque un arbre à l’arrière du jardin pour avoir un peu d’ombre.

Alojamiento perfecto para una estancia tranquila en familia

Hemos estado genial, en un barrio de la Llosa super tranquilo. A 3 minutos andando de la playa. Alojamiento ideal para familias. Nosotros llevamos a nuestro perro, ya que aceptan mascotas, y a sido un alivio poder tener el enorme patio que tiene la casa. En definitiva para repetir. Hay mucha vegetación alrededor del perimetro de la casa donde hay muchos mosquitos. Esto hace que no se pueda gozar con tranquilidad del genial patio que tiene la casa.

L'agence immobilière pour cette location est sérieuse, serviable, et donne de bons conseils sur les visites et expéditions aux alentours. En Avril c'est parfait, il ne fait pas trop chaud et malgré les vis à vis nous étions quasiment seul dans le quartier. Il est très calme et facile d'accès a centre ou à la plage à pieds. La Villa était propre très fonctionnelle et fidèle à la description.

Excellent séjour, maison conforme à la description (sauf la salle de bain qui est noire car elle donne sur le garage fermé....) Le quartier est calme (fin août-début septembre) à proximité de la plage et près du centre ville. Par contre il manque cruellement de vaisselle , plats ....seul reproche NOUS REVIENDRONS

Amplitud de la estancia para cuatro y ubicación. Cocina bien equipada. una mesa con sus sillas en el porche de la puerta principal, que es donde hay sombra a la hora de comer. O sombras más amplias en el patio.

Netter Bungalow in ruhiger Umgebung

Im Grunde war alles super. Alles hell und geräumig mit nettem Garten. Man ist zu Fuß innerhalb von 15 Minuten im Ort, aber man hat trotzdem seine ruhe. Der Strand ist ebenfalls zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Sehr empfehlenswertes Haus. Auch wenn es nicht mehr ganz neu ist, innen ist es renoviert und man hat alles was man braucht.
