Para aquellos que quieran disfrutar del paisaje tranquilo del golfo de Fondachello y la maravillosa costa siciliana entre Palermo y Cefalú '.
La casa tiene 2 habitaciones que se comunican entre sí, una de las cuales tiene una habitación doble con vista al mar y la otra con dos camas. Ideal para una pareja o familias con hasta 2 niños.
Para acceder a la habitación doble hay que pasar por la habitación con las camas, no recomendada para 2 parejas adultas.
Hay 2 baños, uno en el dormitorio y el otro con acceso externo.
La estructura está rodeada de césped verde y ofrece un amplio estacionamiento en la propiedad.
La sala de estar está equipada con ventanas correderas que se abren y transforman el entorno en un exterior.
En la parte posterior, una escalera típica permite llegar a la terraza panorámica para un aperitivo romántico.

Warm and cozy stay in Casteldaccia

It was perfect. The Host gave us a warm Welcome with lots of drinks and also a fresh baked cake. The House is great, has everything you need and has a fantastic view over the bay/sea.

Perfect base for exploring north west Sicily.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The villa is well situated for exploring this part of Sicily and only minutes away from Casteldaccia. A great deal of thought has been given by the owners into the decoration and furnishings making it an ideal holiday villa. Friendly and welcoming hosts, we really appreciated the cake, pastries and wine they left for us. Recommended.

A delightful Autumn break

The house was lovely and the weather (in Oct) wonderful - temperatures of 25/30 deg C all week! The sliding windows made it easy to step out and enjoy the outside space. Our thanks to Marcello’s wife who baked a delicious cake for us, and for the excellent bottle of wine! We had a delightful stay and were very comfortable in this house.

Relaxing days in a beautiful holiday home

We spent about two weeks in this beautiful holiday home enjoying the sea view and the meditterranean garden as well as the modern and clean furnishing and décor. In some minutes you can get to the seaside and from there it is easy and quiet near to get, for example, to Palermo or Cefalu. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We really appreciated that.

Private glass cottage with lovely ocean views

A lovely modern cottage near Palermo on a quiet road looking out at the ocean above Santa Flavia. The living space was very comfortable and had an extremely well equipped kitchen. The outdoor space was lovely as well. Restaurants and cafes were just a short walk down the hill. We also found it easy to take the train into the city. A great place to relax and enjoy the north coast of Sicily.

Absolutely the most beautiful house. Architecture and interior design are amazing. Beautiful view of the ocean. Very clean and well stocked for cooking. Wonderful expresso machine. The house is surrounded with lemon trees, olive trees, cactus.

High recommended for a calm retreat next to Palermo

We loved to have breakfast with this lovely sea view surrounded by lemon trees. The house is modern and cozy furnished and well equipped. There are a few restaurants within 10 min walk downhill at the see, but we highly recommend to have a rental with you for anything else. Our Hosts were very kind (thank you again for the cake and the wine !) and the communication was easy and helpful.

Wonderful view between lemon trees

We had a great time in Marcello's beautiful, little house. The view of the sea is fantastic and the whole garden is full of citrus fruits, fantastic. The equipment is good, nothing is missing in the kitchen. When there was a technical problem, it was fixed immediately. We would come back at any time.

Cannot say enough good things about this property and the property manager who worked with us, Marcello. The house is so lovely with such gorgeous views of the water and surrounding hills that you almost don’t want to leave to visit other sights! Marcello went beyond helpfulness … warm and welcoming and helped us with an issue we encountered that had nothing to do with the VRBO and our stay there. Linens on beds were beautiful, lovely and thoughtful decor inside, including cactus plants. Kitchen had everything, including espresso pods and an espresso machine. Complimentary pastries and wine and large bottles of water (still and frizzante). Indeed, we did spend some of our 11 days there just enjoying the tranquility and views from the house. Recommend very highly. Need a car to get around but can use train to Palermo and everything is easily reached by car (we went as far east as Siracusa). Would LOVE to stay here again.

Just grate

We spend 4 weeks in this lovely house near Palermo, just about 30 min to Palermo central with train also train station near, (5 min with car) but not too near, house is situated in slope about 80 meters above sea level with good sea view and nice breeze so it was cooler, owner very nice and helpful when needed but you have full privacy even there is other houses near. Highly recommended.

Great accommodation and host

Our host could not have been more helpful and welcoming The villa is spacious, for 2, and well equipped. It has nice views over the coastline. It is situated on a very narrow road which was not easy to find, even with Google maps and instructions from the host On the whole the villa location is quiet and you soon get used to the howling of dogs in the distance at sunset and a train going by from time to time (the railway line is 500m away) Sadly during our second week building works were being carried out at the neighbouring property and there was loud drilling for part of the day The coastline close by was a little disappointing and 'down at heel' but we found nicer areas a little further afield in Mondelo, Cefalu and Castellamarre de Golfo A visit or two to Palermo is a must and the best way to get there is by train from Santa Flavia Station

Perfect Stay – More Than We Could Have Hoped For!

We absolutely loved this house—it was exactly as advertised! The property is set in an orange and lemon grove with a stunning view of the sea. The kitchen was well stocked, and the fantastic espresso machine (with pods provided) was a great touch. Sitting on the patio, enjoying the sea view in such a peaceful country setting, was incredibly romantic.Though the home feels wonderfully secluded, it’s still close to town, making it the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. The homemade welcome cake was such a thoughtful surprise, and it’s easy to see why this property has a perfect score in reviews.A special thank you to Guisi and Marcello, who truly went above and beyond when we had a medical emergency. They not only took my husband to the doctor and picked up prescriptions but also arranged for their friend, a nurse, to visit the house three times throughout the week to check in. Their kindness and support meant the world to us, and we can never thank them enough.We loved our stay and would highly recommend this incredible place!

la casa es ideal para la estancia que buscábamos , fuera de Palermo ciudad pero cerca a la vez y con el sabor de la tierra de Sicilia: el mar, los limones, el sol .. la casa está muy bien equipada , funcional y muy agradable, con mucho gusto y atención al detalle, limpia y cuidada. El campo de limoneros y cactus que rodean la finca están sumamente cuidados y cumple a la perfección lo que cita : Casa de campo con vistas.

Casa muy bonita pero lejos del mar, la playa mas cerca a 20min en coche, el pueblo no tiene nada.

La casa es bonita y está muy bien decorada, pero el mar está muy lejos, y las playas de esa zona son privadas (no hay acceso a ellas) y la playa más cercana está a 20 min en coche. Está situada en una urbanizacion con casas alrededor y la autopista justo al lado, dia y noche se oye el tráfico. Cogimos esta casa pensando que estaba cerca de la playa y no es asi. Demasiado lejos de todo. Bien para los que quieran estas alejados.

I write the information on the location of the house. The house is less than a kilometer from the sea and the private beaches (Lido Fondachello and Lido La Navicella) you can access by paying a ticket. Close the lido "La Navicella" there is a public beach, open to all, which is about 900 meters from the house. About 5 minutes drive you can be in the public beach "I Gelsi" is accessed from the SS113, follow direction Altavilla there are other access public beaches. The house is located inside of my property of 2500 square meters, with parking and private gate access. Nearby there are 3 houses located outside of my property. The motorway is at the back of the home, to about 500 meters away as the crow flies. At about 700 meters from the house there are pizzerias and restaurants (La Rotonda, Cafè 113), bars (Casetta Bianca, La Rotonda, Cafè 113) and open-air disco (Kioskito).
