We are a family of 5 and this has been our home for the last 7 years. We have moved close by in the area and love hosting renters. We have three beautiful sons and love renting to other families or couples looking to get away and enjoy all that Scottsdale has to offer. The great thing about this home is that it is kids safe and kid friendly but designed to rent during high season so all the kid toys and safety can be stored away and bedding changed to welcome couples who are looking for a kid free vacation.

Why they chose this property

Location location location. We dealt with real estate for 3 years and had been all over the valley and this became our primary residence because we can walk to so many places. It’s a short drive to any of the major shopping areas and attractions and located close to lots of hiking trails and golf courses. It’s both relaxing, but also next to Scottsdale road, so you have access to get anywhere in just minutes.

What makes this property unique

Because this has been our home you will get a fully stocked house. Mini wine fridge, coffee maker, blender, towels and Linens, pool toys and floats, full ZOOM ROOM which is an add on office with a desk and work from home set up. We can leave bicycles for little ones and adults, a fancy dog cage if you are traveling with a pet, pack and play for babies. One guest bed has two twins and one trundle and the other guest bed can be a twin/full/king with just a mattress switch. Pool out back with BBQ grill and a fire pit. All the bathrooms have been gutted and redone in the past year. Very Large walk in closet in master as well as a rainfall shower and large soaking tub for master bath.
