Outdoors you will have the luxury of relaxing in the six person spa or taking a dip in the heated pool (additional cost). Large trees surround the backyard; therefore, you will have plenty of privacy to relax and enjoy the sun. The home offers an expansive covered patio, resort style pool, putting green, lush backyard and RV parking.

Indoors the home appeals to small and large groups. The floor-plan is very spacious and functional. There are a total of five bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. When it comes to taking a nap or hanging it up for the night, you will enjoy the comfort of all new beds and linens in every bedroom (two master suites). Great property and area. Spent a lot of time in backyard. Beds are comfortable and very clean. Would stay there again and recommend it to others.

Spacious and well equipt

This house had everything we could have possibly needed for our family. From chef kitchen equipment, towels, toiletries, and space. The two primary rooms were great. The layout of the house made sense. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood in the mornings. Played pool and swam in the afternoon. Mark was quick to resolve our issue with the A/C when one side of the house kicked off. The next morning, we had someone out working on it and that afternoon we had it working again. Anything we encountered with cleanliness during our stay was not a deal breaker like some other places we've stayed at. I'd stay here again no hesitation.

Friends trip

We enjoyed the property. Great space for group of 5 so we all had our own bedrooms. Good kitchen space for making meals. We spent most of the time at the house on the patio and at the pool. Nice relaxing space outside with plenty of shade and sun to enjoy the Valley.

This property was as advertised. Very nice accommodations. Also this was in a great location and we were five minutes from everything we needed. Also in a very nice quiet neighborhood.

Great golf weelend

Great location and lots of space for a big group. Well equipped kitchen for those who like to cook and everything was as expected. Would come back again!

Spacious comfortable convenient

The house was perfect for our family while we were in Phoenix for my Mom's funeral for 3 nights. Lots of room. Comfortable beds. Plenty of seating and bathrooms. Well equiped kitchen. Lots of options for guests in the back yard. Garage for parking. But there are no hooks or bars for towels in the second master bathroom.

Excellent value for great Scottsdale location!

This is a very nice single-story home with no stairs so it was great for my young kids and aging parents, it had a very nice backyard and we had the pool heated and we really enjoyed the beautiful backyard including the collection of cool birds that showed up early in the morning… it was close to just about everything, within a few minutes, you could be at grocery stores, movie, theaters, topgolf was only 10 minutes away, everything was close. The house is a little older and in need of some minor repairs but it doesn’t affect the rental for what we are there for. Everything worked well. The beds were comfortable and no complaints from us!

Great house, plenty of room for all

We had a great stay! Pool is lovely, location was perfect for our group and the kitchen is well stocked with professional appliances and bonus - Ninja blender - perfect margaritas!

Don’t stay anywhere else

This property was everything as advertised AND MORE. The kitchen was stocked with the perfect utensils, pots, pans, plates, glasses, etc. Not to mention, the quality of everything was wonderful- including the kitchen stove that was a cooking dream. The rooms were large, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The pool (we requested it to be heated) was a dream for our teenagers. The grill was new and clean. The hot tub was fantastic and having two garage remote controls was amazing. This property is in an EXCELLENT and safe location. Look no further and book your stay here!

Great Stay

Sundown Ranchos is a fabulous house in the perfect location! You are only 5-15 minutes from absolutely anything and everything you need or want to go and do. Very spacious house and backyard, quiet and private. The house has an amazing kitchen and in general is very comfortable. The pool and hot tub are fantastic. Great communication from the hosts.

House needs attention to live up to potential

The backyard was nearly pitch black after sunset making it dangerous to use after sun fall. They have two mediocre sensor lights to light up the huge backyard. One is placed directly above jacuzzi making it unenjoyable to use because the light would flash on similar to a strobe light. The lights the trim the house awning and beautiful trees and pool, DO NOT WORK. The pool water feature (waterfall) doesn’t work if the heater is operating. You CAN’T use both and you CAN’T alternate. The pool table is filthy and comes with only two beat up pool sticks and no rack to rack the balls nor chalk. The footballs were deflated. The house has so much potential if they invested into it. Windows to the master bedroom and kitchen had no screen. The large window in the living room has curtains but the rod falls each time you attempt to open curtains. We found trash in the unit upon arrival and urine in the master bathroom. One master bedroom has zero closet space. This house has a great layout. The living room is stale and has not welcoming touches. The garage clicker did NOT work. Mark, the homeowner, was RUDE beyond measure when he called me. He asked if I was going to be one of those that complains about everything since I didn’t get my way when I asked about the water feature. This house is in a beautiful neighborhood yet this house is the most basic one that could use some TLC. Two beds were dirty too. I sent photos. I’ve booked other properties and felt amazed and satisfied. I was NOT satisfied with this one. Consider something else for the money and sought out experience. My home is in better condition than this rental.

Great family vacation house

Everything was clean and stocked. The pool was perfect as was the layout. The 1 acre property is very nice. Not too close to any neighbors. Very easy contact and check in. No complaints. Thank you so much!

Celebrating 75th and 50th birthdays!

There’s plenty of space and lots of activities for the whole family The kitchen was well equipped. When we had an with the electricity they responded immediately We would definitely stay here again!

Great Value & Location

We had a great stay and enjoyed the house, plenty of room and the backyard privacy is awesome. We did have an issue with the grill and the owner offered to bring out a replacement. Four of our group had never been to Arizona including me, I would recommend the trip if you have never been. Great food and lots to do.

Fantastic!

Great location, 15 min at maximum away from absolutely everything we planned. Pool was nice and cool (we're from Colorado, so we're used to the chill), the pool table and mini golf was a fun addition. Clean house and the air conditioning felt great on those hot days!

Fun family friendly home

The home was spacious, clean and very family friendly. We loved the place! There was plenty of room for seating in the kitchen/dining area. We had a family gathering for my moms 90th birthday. Mark (host) was responsive to my texts. He was generous and gracious. I would recommend this house!
