Great house and in a quiet location. Hiking trails within walking distance and close to shopping and restaurants in North Scottsdale. Very clean and great communication with owner. Would stay here again, my family had a fun vacation.

It's always great to have families like Tessa's stay and really enjoy the pool, yard and amenities at this property. The location with miles and miles of hiking and mountain biking trails starting just 1/4 mile up the road in Scottsdale's "McDowell Mountain Preserve", make it a perfect place for those who love to be outdoors and get in touch with nature. Tessa and her family were great guests who we would love to host anytime! Thank you much for choosing our property and taking time to write a review.

Really nice home in a safe and peaceful neighborhood--excellent location with even good trails nearby. Super clean and well-stocked, beautiful pool and outdoor area. Vince was one of the best hosts we've had the pleasure of working with.

Great stay!

Stayed with a large family and a toddler, having everything on one level was nice. Communication with host was great, went out of his way for us, very clean place located in a safe neighborhood.

Great location

House & pool/patio area was very nice. Great weather so we were able to leave glass doors open the whole time. House was super clean and well appointed.

Sensational property! The house is amazing and the two family room spaces turned out to be wonderful! The kitchen is perfectly stocked! Bonus perks include surround sound throughout the home and pool patio, hot tub attached to the pool, ambient lighting indoors, king beds, pool floaters and fun beverage plasticware for outdoor drinks! It was a true paradise vacation! Vince is great and very helpful! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home!

Great Place and Vince was very helpful

The property was great and was in a great location. A lot of hiking very close by and easy travel into town. Vince was very helpful. We will definitely rent again.

It is always so enjoyable as Vacation Property hosts, to have guests like this family come to Arizona in the winter months from the northern cooler climate and take full advantage of all of the outdoor activity lounging in the backyard and pool, the very nearby hiking and biking trails and golf! It was great to see Ron and family truly enjoy our property and all that Scottsdale offers for their choice in a re-energizing vacation and we welcome their return whenever Scottsdale sounds good in the future.

Great property!

The house is open and spacious. The pool is right out the back patio, it’s large and well kept. Great neighborhood: close to hiking, golfing, restaurants and shopping. The host was very attentive and thorough.

Beautiful Scottsdale Home

What a beautiful home! Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Love the layout of the house. We enjoyed the pool and the outdoor space. Vince communicated well and made our stay very enjoyable!

Everything we needed, and more

We decided to stay here instead of one of the Scottsdale-area resorts and are so glad we did! The house, with its huge space, pool table, 2 lounge areas, ample patio area, putting green, and gorgeous pool and hot tub is really its own, little resort. The house itself is kept extremely clean, has privacy and Is close to trails, and Vince was more than helpful for anything that came up. We would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous, clean home!

We loved this house! So much room for all 9 of us to have our own space. Pool and hot tub were so great! Vince met us the first day and walked through everything which was super helpful! We'll be back at some point!

Great vacation property

My family of four (2 boys 7 and 12) stayed at this property for 2 weeks and recommend it as a great vacation property! It Is close to all of the sought after shopping/dining/activities but is still in a private location. Home itself has open floor plan great for entertaining and spreading out. Backyard was the best feature for my family- bigger pool than most with putting green, lots of seating areas, barbecue, etc. The owner Vince and his wife were so great- very attentive to any inquiries and just all around great people.

Home was welcoming and beautiful. We were in Scottsdale for appts at Mayo Phoenix and Mayo Scottsdale. House was convenient to both. Neighborhood was quiet. Landscaping was pretty. Kitchen and laundry room well equipped. It was really nice to be able to park inside the garage. Beautiful home. Communications between property owner and us was excellent. Thank you for hosting us.

Great Spring Break Getaway!

Our family loves Scottsdale for Spring Break. Staying at this house was wonderful as the location and amenities were just right for enjoying our week. We travel with our children and the house worked well in that the master bedroom is on one end of the house and the children's bedrooms are on the other. The kitchen/dining area was spacious and well stocked with appliances and items to make eating in a great option. The pool area is awesome with the crystal-clear pool, spa and grill close by. It was great having breakfast out by the pool each morning. We had a great time shooting pool and putting on the putting green. They have all the "toys" needed to enjoy your stay without having to bring all the extras. In April it's awesome to turn off the AC and open up the sliding doors out to the pool and have a great open-air space from outside to inside. We made it up to Sedona one day, played golf and tennis, hiked in the lost dog trail network (trailhead located at the end of the street) dined out several times and most of all relaxed away from the busyness of the grind. We would recommend this property as a great place to get away as a family. It has all the amenities to make your Scottsdale trip memorable. Vinny was a great landlord and really cared about making us comfortable during our stay. Recommend his property!

Excellent location. Great rental unit house.

Very nice, safe neighbourhood. Easy walk to some great hiking. Great host. Quick responses to all our questions. The place was exactly as posted - even though some things are getting tired. For the price paid - as some things needed to be updated - we couldn’t give an overall 5 stars.

Great place, great host

Renting this property was nothing short of excellent. The house is in a great location close to major routes. Kitchen was very well stocked with all of the necessities. Patio, pool and yard were all as advertised and where we spent the majority of our time. Vince was the best host we’ve ever had the pleasure of renting from!
