-プライベートエリアにある改装済みのアパート。運河とグリモーの村を見下ろす大きな南西テラス（16m2）
 サントロペ湾にある国際的に有名な湖sideの街で、砂浜とPort-Grimaud Southのプライベートビーチに近い、とても静かで快適なホテルです。
近くのショップやハイパーマーケット、村の中心部で週に数回の市場、多数のレストラン、バー、パブ
レンタルに含まれる集合駐車場（24時間のビデオ監視）。
6月中旬から9月中旬にかけて、「ウォーターコーチ」と呼ばれる小さな水上バスを利用して、湖sideの町の2つのビーチ、市場、教会、Place du Sud、湖sideの街をご覧ください。
道路交通を避けてサントロペとステマキシムに行くシャトル
近くのすべてのウォータースポーツ。
多くの文化活動（「グリマルディン」ラマチュエル演劇祭、シャトードゥラムテでの音楽祭）

Overall very pleased with the apartment, its situation and views. Whilst we missed having a morning sun easterly view, we did enjoy the sunsets instead and particularly enjoyed the large terrace. There were a couple of maintenance issues which should really be dealt with, but we didn’t let these impact our enjoyment of our holiday. We love Port Grimaud. Wish we’d thought to take a mosquito net, and also a tea towel.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Die Wohnung war schön und gut gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß. Verschiedene Strände zu Fuß oder mit dem Boot zu erreichen.Die Vermieterin war auch sehr nett und ist uns mit der Ankunftszeit sehr entgegengekommen.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nous avons été très bien accueillies par Anne qui nous a donné les clés et montrer son appartement. Le fait que ce soit elle qui gère nous a permis des flexibilités qui étaient les bienvenues. L’appartement est propre, aux goûts du jour et bien équipé ce qui est malheureusement rare dans les locations de nos jours. La grande et confortable terrasse avec vue sur les canaux permet de passer des soirées privilégiées et des plus agréables. L’appartement est situé dans ce que je pense être une des plus belles rue de port grimaud. Le stationnement n est pas devant l appart donc cela demande un peu d aller-retour mais ça se fait bien. Très bien placé pour vivre port grimaud.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt.Vom 1.7- 15. 7 waren wir Mieter der Ferienwohnung. Trotz der extremen Hitze konnte man Nachts gut Schlafen.Für etwas Klimatisierung sorgt ein Bereitgestellter Ventilator mit Wassertank.Man hat einen herrlichen Ausblich direkt auf den Hafen von Port Gromaud.In 10 min erreicht man den Strand Plage de Grimaud.Man bekommt vom Vermieter Karten bereitgestellt, die zur Nutzung des Wassertaxi berechtigen.Der PKW wird auf einem Fussläufigen Parkplatz abgestellt der in 5 min erreichbar ist.Wir empfehlen die Ferienwohnung von Anne gerne weiter und kommen gerne wieder .Vielen Dank Fam. Sehr gern wieder

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin klappte bereits im Vorfeld unserer Reise wunderbar. Wir wurden von Anne herzlichst empfangen. Sie hat uns alle notwendigen Details erklärt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sauber, der Balkon ist groß, wir haben jeden Morgen draußen gefrühstückt.

Abritel aurait du nous donné l'adresse exacte de notre appartement immédiatement après l'acceptation de la réservation. Ca nous a laissé trop de jours d'incertitude. L'appartement avec sa grande terrace et sa jolie vue des environs était extremement confortable, bien placé, et très sécure. Notre communication avec la propriétaire était très agréeable, facile et efficace. Port Grimaud est une belle adresse pour des courtes vacances au soleil.

In the interests of balance to counter the ‘wonderful’ 5 star reviews, we have to point out the realities of this flat. There is only one bedroom, NOT two. There is no air conditioning, only a fan. The flat is up a very difficult flight of stairs. The car has to be parked over half a kilometre’s walk away from the flat. The smoke detector can be found in a drawer without a battery. The toilet has been set too high on the wall, making it very uncomfortable to sit on. Anyone smaller than 5’7” would have their feet dangling. The ‘small flush’ is inoperable. The seat is wobbly and has a tendency to fall down if up (not good for a chap). Some electrical sockets are ‘only just’ attached to the wall. The oven is unfathomable. One of the two outside lights does not work. We had to pay an unexpected €84 for bed linen, towels (which were old and bleach stained) and cleaning. The pillows were small squares and one of the pillow cases had white paint on it. The wine glasses were chipped and the corkscrew was bent and did not work. The terrace needed a good clean in the corners and the pegs for the clothes stand were old and decrepit. Bear in mind that the total size of the flat is 388 sq ft (36 sq mtrs), To say it sleeps 4 must be a squeeze as the size of an average UK double garage is also 36 sq mtrs! Of all the issues, the walk to the car and the flight of stairs were a killer for an arthritis sufferer!

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans ce bel appartement confortable et bien équipé. Belle terrasse bien exposée pour les repas, pour se relaxer ou bronzer. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les couleurs des rideaux, des draps, des serviettes et surtout de la vaisselle qui donnent de la gaieté, ça change vraiment du traditionnel blanc de beaucoup de locations. Nice apoartment in a nice neigborhood.

We really enjojed our stay in Port Grimaud. The appartment was nice and the contact with the owner very easy and smooth. We stayed here during the hot days when France experienced temperature records and it was nice to be able to walk to the beach for quick dips. Port Grimaud has a very nice center that lives up during eavenings. Thanks Anne!

Ferien Port Grimaud

Wir haben nun bereits zum zweiten mal unseren Urlaub in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, gut ausgestattet und die Lage ist genial. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn wir auch unseren nächsten Urlaub wieder dort verbringen dürften.
