About this property

Quiet and Cozy Cottage in Nature

Traditional country house with swimming pool and private garden. Fully renovated, equipped and comfortable, accommodates four people in two double bedrooms. Wi-fi 30 Mb/s. TV SAT and air conditioning in both bedrooms and pool house. Cot bed and high chair provided.

The property is located in a small village, surrounded by fields and forests. The area is extremely safe and quiet, and just moments away from the main road.

You will have exclusive access to the house and detached kitchen. Three bathrooms.

Park with trees of approximately 2 acres. Trampoline for the younger ones.

You will need a car. There is almost no public transport. Also it gets a bit cold at night, even in summer.

Pets are welcome with a surcharge of 10 Euro per day of stay per pet.

HOUSE RULES:

Check-in is after 4 pm.

Check-out time is 10 am.

No smoking in the house .

Smoking is ok in the kitchen and outside.

Please lock all doors when leaving.

Switch off all appliances.

When the air condition is on, please close the windows.

No loud noise after 11 PM.

White towels are not for the pool – you get beach towels.

Please cover the sun beds with beach towels.

We mow the lawns and clean the pool once weekly or when necessary.

Great place

Friendly, high quality, super clean, very quiet, lot of space. I can recommend this beautiful place. Many good restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores in close proximity.

Das Ferienhaus war einfach ein Traum. Ein perfektes und authentisches mediterranes Landhaus mit einem wunderschönen Pool. Die Lage im nordwestlichen Istrien war für uns ideal, da wir von hier aus nicht nur die schönen Städte und Küstenorte in Istrien erkunden konnten, sondern auch in Slowenien und sogar zweimal Italien. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber, es fehlte uns hier wirklich an nichts. Sogar ein kleiner Weber Gasgrill inklusiv Gasflasche stand uns zur Verfügung. Ganz besonders toll war es, dass bei unserem 2-wöchentlichen Aufenthalt nach einer Woche das Haus einmal zwischengereinigt wurde und die Betten neu bezogen sowie die Handtücher gewechselt wurden. Wenn wir eine Frage rund ums Haus oder den Pool hatten konnten wir die Hausverwalterin Kandida immer anrufen oder per WhatsApp kontaktieren. Sie hat uns mit großem Engagement und immer höchstfreundlich und hilfsbereit geholfen und bei Bedarf unterstützt. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei, der sich hier auch jederzeit wohl und sicher gefühlt hat. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Nochmals vielen Dank an Kandida für die herzensgute Betreuung.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Das Haus ist super sauber und wunderschön. Wir waren göttlich essen in der Konoba Buščina. Und Kandida hat uns bei allen geholfen, ob es der schöne Hundestrand war bei dem keiner wie sardinen nebeneinander lag und bei allem andern auch. Ein superschöner Urlaub.

Entspannter Urlaub in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir haben 10 Tagen in diesem wunderschönen Objekt verbracht. Es war alles sehr sauber (Häuser und Pool wurden 1x gereinigt, Handtücher/Bettwäsche wurde gewechselt), das Schlafhaus war dank der Klimaanlage angenehm kühl und die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Da es sehr warm war, haben wir die überwiegende Zeit im bzw. am Pool verbracht. Der war echt toll...über eine Treppe kam man ins Wasser. Auch wenn die Sonne zu sehr scheint, findet man überall auf dem großzügigen Gelände ein schattiges Plätzchen. Ob unter den Sonnenschirmen am Pool, unter der mit Wein bewachsenen Pergola oder den großen Bäumen auf der Rückseite der Häuser. Die Kommunikation mit Erika von der Hausverwaltung war reibunglos und sehr gut.

Perfekter Entspannungsurlaub

Sehr schöne und vorallem sehr saubere Villa mit eigenem Pool, der sogar ca. alle 3 Tage gereinigt wird. Sogar Handtücher, Bettwäsche etc. wird bei längerem Aufenthalt gewechselt. Das Haus hat eine schöne ruhige Lage und man kommt von dort aus überall schnell hin. Allerdings ist in dem angrenzenden Ort nicht viel geboten. Goran ist ein sehr netter und aufmerksamer Vermieter, gab es Fragen oder Problem, wurde dies gleich beantwortet oder sofort gelöst. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub. Auf jedenfall empfehlenswert!

Sehr professioneller und zuverlässiger Vermieter! Hat auf Fragen sehr zeitnah geantwortet und war sehr darum besorgt, dass alles passt ohne aufdringlich zu sein! Wohnbereich und Essbereich räumlich getrennt in zwei verschiedenen Gebäuden (Entfernung 2 Meter). Alles sehr, sehr sauber, Handtücher in ausreichender Zahl, Ist genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Ruhige Lage. Wir kommen wieder! Vielen Dank!

Fantastische Villa mit eigenem Pool !!!

Super schöne Villa, sehr gepflegt, alles vorhanden was man benötigt, von den Spülmaschinentabs über sämtliche Handtücher, Bettwäsche (welche sogar bei längerem Aufenthalt gewechselt werden) über Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen ... Sehr netter Vermieter, der einem mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht, von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bis hin zu Restaurants, Strand ... Alles top - sehr gerne wieder !!!

Very calm and comfortable acomodation. Several teraces serve your convinient.

Ideal location for visit inner Istria. In Momjan you can discover top vineries,Kabola, Kozlovits and Prelac.Oprltalj,Groznjan,Motovun and Buje in short distance gorgeus towns with amazing view.The house is convinient for a family. The pool is cristal clear and is check weekly basis.We enjoyed our stay very well.The owner, Goran was very helpfull and gave advice for restaurants and wineries. We will return.

Why they chose this property

This property is part of a larger estate which has been in the family for generations. The house was knocked down to the ground in 1992, and the original stone was used to rebuild it from scratch. We renovated it in 2014. It is very calm and quiet. It has an aura of tradition combined with some of the perks of modernity: fast internet connection, dish washers, satellite TV, pool.

What makes this property unique

The house has a garden and park that guests are welcome to use. On these 2 acres of pristine land. My previous guests have nicknamed it 'the house for tourists who don't like tourists'.
