It's perfect for a family/couple looking to get away and relax for awhile. It was clean, comfortable and packed with personality. The owners were warm and welcoming. Even the drive was relaxing and scenic. We all got a little upset that we couldn't stay for longer and started planning our next visit on the drive home.
Had a great time at the cabin took my girlfriend and her kids. We went hiking in the woods, sat by the fire pit, played on the playground. Good for kids so they can be outside doing stuff. I would really recommend the cabin more for couples or 2 couples to just get away and enjoy the peace and outdoors. The owners are really nice friendly people they live in their own cabin next door. They infomed us that the cabin was hand built by them and most of the wood was reclaimed. Beautiful peaceful place we will be back.
Some places will always hold a special place in your heart, this is one of those places. The cabin and forrest are magical! I would highly recommend this place to get out of the city to slow down and smell the roses.
Very relaxed, secluded location with awesome hosts. Cabin was clean and stocked with adequate supplies. The pool and firepit were nice. No cellphone service, but access to a home phone was given to make and receive calls. We even bought our ATV and UTV to ride which was a added bonus for us. We really enjoyed and will definitely be back!
