What a Gem!
The pictures online do not give this place justice. It is like a postcard every direction you look. Located in a very remote area filled with wildlife. The property is stunning! The owners are some of the nicest people we have met. The cabin has little quarks about it all over and it’s filled with entertainment. Hundreds of movies, games , books and much more. I have 4 little girls and NOT once did they say the famous words all parents know “I’m bored” and that is VERY impressive hahaha. We have no complaints and will for sure be renting the Tinmann retreat in the future.
It was a beautiful place and wonderful people. Scenic beauty.
So peaceful and relaxing! Ken and his family are extremely welcoming. I’m thankful for the time spent in their home.
Wonderful Place to Get Away
We recently enjoyed a long weekend at the Tinmann Retreat. A lovely place to get away from it all and just relax. Fires in the fire pit, walks in the woods, and peaceful surroundings. Absolutely loved it!! Would recommend it to anyone wanting to get away from it all.
Beautiful surrounds but roaches were challenge to say the least
The grounds were beautiful and very relaxing. Now on to the cabin - upon arrival there were roaches everywhere in the kitchen. Even going up the side of the coffee pot that had not been emptied after the last use.
So sorry about the roaches. We have had this cabin for 15 years and never had this problem. Sometime in The last two months, they arrived with someone and we have been baiting them, fogging them and spraying them since. We appreciate you letting us know about them, and we promise to rid the house of them.about the coffee pot, we apologize for that oversite. Usually every appliance is checked and cleaned. Again we apologize and hope you will give us another try in the future.
It was a nice cabin
It was off the beaten path and quite.
