Elegant JUST RENOVATED APARTMENT overlooking the SEA with private beach, beach umbrella and sun loungers. It belongs to a small and pretty 3-storey building facing the sea. Near Piazza Aurora, a few meters walk from Piazza Mazzini, but more peaceful!

The Location of the apartment is right to the beach, right to the city, there are plenty of restaurants in the area, with the bikes we had a larger action radius, great! with the air conditioning in the apartment you could keep your perfect temperature. In the Kitchen everything there for cooking. perfect!

Family vacation

The apartman is very good it was perfect for my family. we had only one problem when we arrived, can't check in because the cleaning company not started the cleaning of the apartman. we had to wait 3 hours after the 7 hours trip from Hungary with 3 children. Except this everything was fine. The beach is beautifull and the place of the apartman also. Emanuel was helpfull and very good host. We loved the big balcony door if opened the whole livingroom looks like a large balcony with see view.

Super Kommunikation. TOP Lage. Ob zum Strand oder zur Einkaufstraße. Super Aussicht. In der Wohnung ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Vom Geschirr, über die Kaffemaschine bis hin zur Waschmaschine :-)Eine bitte: dringend an den Fahrrädern arbeiten, die sind in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Ansonsten nicht anbieten ;-)

Eine äusserst empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. Besonders beeindruckend (für Italien) die umfangreiche Küchenausstattung, ein großer Kühlschrank, große Terrasse und Balkon mit Meerblick,Begrüssungspaket. Van de plek, het appartement (met parkeerplaats), de mooie grote balkons, de ligstoelen op het privestrandje de zee zo dichtbij hebben wij enorm genoten. Het appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles aanwezig, er ontbrak niets. We voelde ons zeer welkom en de snelle communicatie met Emanuele was erg prettig. Voor een strandvakantie echt een top plek, met supermakten, restaurants, winkels, ijszaken om de hoek. Strand en straten zijn heel schoon.

Wir waren das zweite Jahr in Folge in Lido di Jesolo, wo wir wieder bei Emanuele und seiner Familie gebucht haben. Die ideale Lage und die liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung am Meer hat uns wieder einen schönen Urlaub beschert. Auch der Kontakt funktionierte stetig einwandfrei und kann daher nur jeder Familie diese Familie bzw. FeWo mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Zumal alle Hausgeräte vorhanden sind, welche man benötigt. Hier reicht für die Waschmaschine nur ein halber Koffer. Da bleibt mehr Platz für Urlaubserinnerungen

Perfekte Lage für den Familienurlaub

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Jesolo dank dieser Unterkunft sehr genossen. Emanuele war sehr hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar und entgegenkommend! Das Apartment hat alles was man braucht und ist super ausgestattet. Am Privatstrand hat man seine Ruhe und hat nur einen kurzen Gang zum Meer, für uns als Familie perfekt. Der grosse Balkon war ein Highlight da man zum einen nicht den ganzen Tag die Sonne hatte aber trotzdem mit Blick zum Meer sitzen konnte. Der Strandabschnitt der direkt anschliesst war mit Abstand der sauberste sowohl am Strand als auch im Meer! Wenn wir wieder kommen dann nur in dieser Unterkunft. Danke für die gute Zeit!

Perfekt ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Sehr schön ausgestattet Wohnung bei der man merkt das sich die Besitzer viel Mühe bei der Ausstattung gegeben haben. Es wurde auch an die vielen Kleinigkeiten die den Urlaub so viel entspannter machen wie Adapter für die Steckdosen, Verlängerungskabel und sogar Ersatzbatterien. Es war alles wunderbar sauber und entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Der Vermieter ist jederzeit per Mail erreichbar und reagiert auf Fragen sehr schnell.

8 Tage Aufenthalt in Lido di Jesolo

Hi, unser Aufenthalt in Jesolo war super. Die Kommunikation mit Emanuele war sehr gut. Zeitnahe Informationsaustausch über sämtliche Anfragen war gegeben. Leider ist die von ihm gebuchte Reinigungskraft nicht das wahre, was ich ihm ordnungsgemäß erklärte und ihm es sichtlich unangenehm war. Verbesserungsvorschläge hat er gern entgegengenommen und hat sich dafür extra aus seinem Wohnort ( 2,5 h) zu uns auf dem Weg gemacht um sich zu entschuldigen. Er kam uns entgegen, was gar nicht unsere Absicht war. Im ganzen kann ich es jedem nur empfehlen, der mit Kindern die Nähe zum Strand sucht und um die Ecke das Nachtleben erleben möchte. Ich möchte mich an dieser Stelle bei Emanuele und Familie bedanken und hoffe das er noch viele weitere Jahre diese Ferienwohnung anbieten wird, so dass viele Familien einen wunderschönen Urlaub haben. Wir kommen wieder und wünschen bis dahin Emanuele und Familie alles Gute und nur das Beste 👌👍✌

Wir können all das Positive, das von anderen hier bereits geschrieben wurde nur bestätigen: Die Wohnung liegt hervorragend, direkt am Strand mit eigenem Parkplatz direkt auf dem Grundstück. Die Aussicht auf das Meer und den Strand sind gigantisch. Die Wohnung ist für uns (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) perfekt gewesen, sehr sauber und der große Balkon mit ebenso hervorragender Ausstattung ideal. Emanuele war für uns stets erreichbar gewesen und war in allen Fragen sehr hilfsbereit. Herzlichen Dank Emanuele!!! Wir kommen wieder!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in bester Lage

Sehr schöner Badeurlaub

Es war alles wie beschrieben. Nur der Aufgang (Aussentreppe) war leider für uns nicht so geeignet, wegen Höhenangst und bei der Übernahme der Wohnung war niemand anwesend, der uns TV erklärte, so dass jemand vorbeikommen musste. Ansonsten hatten wir wunderbare Ferien.
