Lovely condo

Great condo within waking distance to many restaurants, grocery stores, beach and local transit. Very clean and well maintained. The patio over looked the pool with sunshine in the afternoon. Great apartment

The photos do not do this property justice. It's bigger and brighter than it looks. The apartment is in excellent condition and a great location. A few minutes walk to Los Boliches station to get to the airport. We arrived out of hours and the key pick up was straightforward. Bakery and supermarket next door and the beach is across the road. Use the local bus L1 to get to the main bus station if you don't feel like walking. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Nice garden area with pools. We have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Comfortable beds, very nice shower,, well equipped kitchen.

One small problem occurred that was remedied quickly. The electric kettle blew a brand new kettle was supplied. Very nice we have booked to go again, thank you Francisco and Mercedes.

Great winter getaway

The condo was great, overlooking the pool got the afternoon sun. Quieter than being in town and with the bus and train only 10 minutes walk away was great. Nice to be directly on the promenade and the beach. Condo was very roomy and clean and the girls at Royal rentals were very helpful
