Great weekend with a stunning panoramic view

Everything was amazing. Views are beyond incredible.Be careful with the fireplace as lighting the dire fills the house with smoke. Hot water can disappear after one person showers

Caro ospite ci fa piacere averla avuta nella nostra villa. Mi permetto però di dissentire su alcune delle sue affermazioni. La villa non so cosa cambi se sia a schiera o isolata , avrei voluto capirlo se ce lo avesse spiegato. Il barbecue è stato usato anche per più di 11 persone in questi anni e nessuno si era mai lamentato evidentemente non siete riusciti ad usare il forno sardo posso intuire. Per quanto riguarda l'acqua calda abbiamo sempre avvisato gli ospiti di non spegnere l'interruttore degli scaldabagni. Evidentemente il tasto con la luce incorporata piace. Non approfondiamo le iniziative prese dal gruppo durante la vacanza. Tipo mettere una piscina da 1500 litri senza chiedere il permesso. Ragazzi comunque su cui fare affidamento se avvisati su cosa si può o non fare

Lovely property, helpful owner

Lovely property and location. Owner was friendly and helpfull. However, lack of mantainance. Also inadequate cooling, felt during hot summer, in upstairs lounge, bedroom and outhouse even after ACs had been cleaned by the owner on the second day. We had to ask for 2 fans which were thankfully provided the next day. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The vacation apartment is located in a beautiful, quiet area with a fantastic view. There are also numerous beautiful beaches in the surrounding area that can be reached in a short time. The house itself offers a lot of space and is therefore also suitable for larger families or groups. We would particularly like to highlight the hosts—they were consistently friendly, courteous, and always helpful. Communication was also absolutely smooth.However, we were less satisfied with the furnishings and cleanliness. Although there are many things in abundance (e.g., towels, pots, dishes), some of the furnishings are very old and unfortunately no longer in a clean condition. For example, we found greasy pans in the kitchen and very old toilet brushes. This was particularly disappointing considering the high cleaning fee of 300 that we paid. There is an urgent need for improvement here.Overall, the negative points outweigh the positive ones for us – therefore, despite its beautiful location and friendly hosts, we would probably not book the house again.

La casa ha un potenziale da 1000 peccato che la sua resa è 10.Ho viaggiato con la mia famiglia e altre tre famiglie: 8 adulti e 7 bambini/ragazzi (dai 7 ai 13 anni).Nulla da eccepire sulla disponibilità di Salvatore che, coaudiuvato da Francesco, hanno sempre risposto, sia prima del nostro arrivo che durante il soggiorno alle nostre richieste. Il check-in è stato perfetto; siamo arrivati a tarda notte da Olbia perchè la nave ha fatto ritardo ma le indicazioni forniteci per raggiungere l'alloggio sono state ottime.Devo, però, dare dei suggerimenti a Salvatore perchè gli ospiti poi non abbiano sorprese! Se nell'annuncio vengono indicati dei servizi, questi devono essere presenti e funzionanti:- maggior pulizia quando si consegna la casa agli ospiti. Abbiamo trovato la casa con molta polvere, ragnatele, i fondi dei WC sporchi, lavastoviglie ancora carica, il forno inutilizzabile anche dopo aver tentato di pulirlo.- cambio delle lenzuola e degli asciugamani. E' vero che una volta lavati a 90 sono utilizzabili ma la presentazione non è delle migliori.- aria condizionata da sistemare. - sintonizzazione delle TV.- wifi pressoché inesistente.- zona barbecue da sistemare.- stoviglie, posate e pentolame da sostituire.Ma cosa più importante: inserire nell'annuncio che non si può utilizzare la carta igienica perché si intasa la fognatura e non comunicarlo all'arrivo come è successo a noi! Salvatore nous a bien expliquer le fonctionnement de la maison celle ci est tres jolie avec une vue imprenables sur la mer nous avons pu oberserver de magnifiques lever et coucher de soleil Francesco a toujours répondu rapidement a mes demandes et ils ont été d'une grande compréhension quand suite a 1deces dans la famille nous avons du décaler notre séjour a 5j du départ je recommande cette location pour découvrir la sardaigne je n hesiterai pas a y revenir

Très belle location

La maison se trouve perchée sur une colline accessible facilement en voiture. Pas de "vrai" parking mais plusieurs places sur la route en face de l'entrée. La vue sur la vallée et la mer au loin est superbe ! Vous en prendrez plein les yeux avec les couchers de soleil qui sont plus beaux les uns que les autres. La maison est très confortable et spacieuse. Tout est en palier pour descendre de la rue vers le fond du jardin. Nous étions 11 et nous avons chacun eu notre espace à nous tout en profitant des espaces communs. Le jardin est vaste et plein de plantes. Une petite mare avec des nénuphars complète le paysage. Amis des animaux vous trouverez des chats sauvages qui partagent le jardin avec vous tout en restant à l abri des touristes de passage. Salvatore a été un hôte agréable et à l'écoute. Petit bémol : équipement cuisine à compléter par une vraie cafetière et une bouilloire et quelques bassines pour le linge seraient appréciables. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Bella struttura ma...

Abbiamo soggiornato in 10 persone dal 14 al 23 luglio in questa struttura, la casa è comoda e si adatta bene a gruppi di più famiglie, giardino ben curato, veduta spettacolare e con la macchina si raggiungono molte spiagge meravigliose in 15/20 minuti. Qualche consiglio però lo vogliamo dare, probabilmente è stata la settimana più calda ed era praticamente impossibile dormire senza condizionatori, questi però sono un po' datati e faticano a fare fresco inoltre su richiesta del proprietario dovevamo spegnerli quando non eravamo a casa. Il fatto che non si può usare la carta igienica nei bagni era segnalato in una recensione però crea parecchio disagio soprattutto perchè in alcuni bagni non c'è pressione degli scarichi e bisogna aiutare buttando un secchio d'acqua nel wc. La cosa importante però da segnalare anche nella descrizione della casa è la presenza di tantissimi gatti perchè se qualcuno è allergico si rovina la vacanza. Ce ne sono tantissimi, occupano e rendono impraticabile la zona barbeque oltre all'odore che purtroppo si sente anche se il Sig. Salvatore passa tutti i giorni. Una sera abbiamo dimenticato nel tavolo fuori una borsa e alla mattina si vedeva palesemente che qualche gatto aveva controllato il contenuto. Ultimo consiglio....togliere tutti i mobili recuperati e accatastati all'esterno....non fanno un bel vedere.

Belle et grande maison avec du potentiel, propreté et équipement à revoir

Belle et grande maison avec du potentiel, une vue superbe, une belle terrasse où passer de bons moments. Perchée en haut d'une colline, il faut utiliser la voiture pour aller en ville ou à la plage. La propreté laisse à désirer, il n'y a pas assez d'ustensile de cuisine, la déco et équipements sont vieillots... Nous avons eu un problème d'égouts qui sont remontés dans la douche pendant notre séjour, qui a été réglé dès le lendemain par notre hôte. Il y a 2 chambres en sous-sol sans fenêtres... elles sont fraiches en été, mais pas très agréable à vivre. La maison est assez spacieuse mais pas très bien agencée. Le prix est honnête.

Quelle déception... Serviettes de toilette et draps déchirés, usés. Pas d'eau chaude pour se doucher. Infiltrations, fourmilière, toiles d'araignée dans les chambres . 3 chambres en sous-sol dont 1 sans fenêtre. Dommage très belle vue. Du potentiel.

Amazing place for rest.

The views are unearthly. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The house is clean. However, access to the house is very troublesome, google maps searches the wrong address. Without a car there is no chance. Unfortunately, the owner does not speak English, which causes a few problems.

Casa panoramica con vista mozzafiato e una divisione degli spazi che permette di trascorrere le vacanze con più nuclei mantenendo comunque la propria privacy. Posizione un po' fuori mano ma il viale che conduce all'abitazione è illuminato. I proprietari gentili e disponibili .

Everything was great!

The house was perfectly located with great views to the ocean and at night you could perfectly see the stars. Enough beds and bathrooms for all of us. The location was close to a supermarket and in car you could easily get to the beach. Communication with Salvatore was excellent, everything clear since the beginning and he was very pleasent and helpful. It was perfect for our vacations

We had a good time at this house. Salvatore is a good host - he accommodated our very late check in (2:45 am) as our flight was delayed. The house is well located, is very spacious, and has all the basic necessities. The weather was hot and the ACs are not very powerful. While there are portable fans, we wish there are more fans and ACs are better.

Soddisfatti ma più attenzione alla pulizia

È una bellissima casa ma un po’ trascurata, raccomando a Salvatore, che è gentilissimo, una maggiore attenzione alla cura degli spazi e alla manutenzione. Comunque ci siamo trovati bene!
