Great location

Lovely alpine style apartment right at the st Gervais - Bettex gondola. Clean, well appointed and cosy. Under 10 minuted to walk to town/shops Would recommend.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at le petit chalet which was close to ski lift and a short walk to village however a few issues to be aware of. Communication on the lead up to our stay wasn’t good. We followed instructions given which was to phone Someone who spoke no English, making two international calls at our own expenses but didn’t get any information needed. we also emailed to explain what had happened but were just told to phone again and let them know of our arrival time which we did. All we wanted was to know where or how to obtain key or code to access promptly on our arrival. We ended up arriving at the front door of our apartment with no information of how to get in where we made a third phone call which lead to someone who arrived to let us in. The Apartment on arrival was clean however the bathroom had a used soap and very little toilet roll left over which fortunately the lady who let us in spotted and replaced. Also please note the photos show toiletries and bathrobes and slippers none of which were present so make sure to take your own which did.

Beau petit appartement pour 2 à 5 mn du Centre

L'appartement correspond à l'annonce. Il est propre et douillet. Le jardin doit être très agréable à la belle saison et permet d'agrandir l'espace.

Lovely experience

The property is extremely well managed...Mr Murat is an excellent ambassador for St. Gervais...very professional and congenial...though apt. is quite small, it is very well organized. Just a short walk to the lift so very convenient for skiing/showshoeing. Very quiet...easy to relax and enjoy the mountain view.

"Amazing little Secret"

What a fantastic little place to stay! Just perfect! The Appt. was so Stylish with typical Alpine Decor... along with a great little garden to sit out and enjoy the Magnificent view...Location right next door to the Ski lift and a very short walk to the center, where there a great selection of really good restaurants and bars. It was so clean and well Equipped, there was everything you need for a comfortable Stay. The Manager was so very nice and helpful....Would definatley reccommend and return. Thanks

Bon séjour dans l'ensemble

Nous avons passés un bon séjour . Quelques suggestions sans gravité : détartrer la cafetière , changer le sac de l'aspirateur , manque un peu de chauffage dans la pièce principale . Lors de notre arrivée il n'y avait pas de chauffage ni d'eau chaude . Donc un peu déçu au bout de quelques heures de route . Je vous rassure le lendemain tout allait bien . L'appartement et le bâtiment sont très bien conçus . L'avantage est sa situation tout près des pistes et du centre ville ( pas de voiture de la semaine ) Bonne appréciation pour cette semaine de vacances .

Io e mia moglie abbiamo passato delle vacanze bellissime in Saint Gervais Les Bains. E' una meta che amiamo moltissimo sia per la natura, le piste e i relativi impianti di risalita, che per la gentilezza e cordialità dei suoi abitanti. L'appartamento è molto accogliente, in una posizione favorevole per raggiungere la telecabine. molto ben equipaggiato in tutto. L'unica cosa che si potrebbe migliorare riguarda i bicchieri, dovrebbero essere al livello di tutto il resto. nel complesso lo giudicherei ottimo e lo consiglio vivamente.

Great apartment

Thank you for a great apartment of high quality with everything provided that we needed. The apartment was well designed with enough space for two (or a small family). We had a great sty and an easy 2 minute walk to the cable car every day.

Séjour rendu très agréable grâce à cette location

Tout est présent dans cette location pour vous permettre de passer un excellent sejour. Chaises longues pour vous reposer dans le jardin, mais aussi table de jardin pour manger face aux montagnes, sans oublier tout le confort à l'intérieur.

Agréable séjour dans ce magnifique appartement au charme savoyard, bénéficiant de tout le confort nécessaire. Calme, très bien équipé, accueil personnalisé, prestation de qualité, propriétaire très arrangeant, disponible et réactif si soucis. Vraiment un plaisir d'autant que j'y étais pour raison de santé. Je recommande vivement et reviendrait lors d'une prochaine cure ou tout simplement pour des vacances

Très bon séjour au petit châtelet durant 3 semaines (cure pour notre fille) - appartement chaleureux conforme à l'idée que nous nous en faisions, tout confort. les plus : draps et linge changés chaque semaine et le jardin clos où notre fille pouvait jouer en toute sécurité. à 5 minutes du centre ville à pied, au pied du télécabine du Bettex. Le propriétaire est très accueillant, disponible et de bons conseils.

excellent sejour au petit chatelet de la fontaine froide. au calme au pied du bettex, tres belles randonnees aux alentours, pres des thermes, pres du centre ville. piscine toute neuve a st gervais. l'appartement est fonctionnel, confortable, propre, neuf, tres bonne literie. nous avons apprecie le lit fait a notre arrivee, peignoirs de bains, draps de bains, torchons. l'accueil du proprietaire et sa disponibilite. la terrasse et son petit jardin au calme. nous y retournerons cet hiver.
