Nice property, just over the road from the beach. Plenty of restaurants a short walk away. Very clear directions regarding arrival at the property. and helpful instructions for use of TV, WiFi Very pleasant and helpful owner.

Eine schöne Unterkunft in El Cotillo

Die Ferienwohnung kann man uneingeschränkt weiter empfehelen. Sie ist sehr geräumig, ordentlich ausgestattet und alles war sehr sauber. Auf kleinere Probleme, die während unseres Aufenthalts auftraten, hat der Vermieter umgehend reagiert und sich sich gekümmert. Ein kleines Manko ist die Lage unmittelbar an einer gut frequentierten Straße; manche Passanten ließen es sich nicht nehmen, genau zu schauen, was auf der - im übrigen sehr schönen und großen - Terrasse vor sich geht. Aber das tut dem insgesamt sehr postiven Eindruck keinen Abbruch.

"Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet und der Vermieter ist bereit, zusätzliche Wünsche zu erüllen. Durch die beiden Balkone und die große Terrasse, hat man den ganzen Tag die Möglichkeit in der Sonne und während der Mittagszeit im Schatten unter dem Sonnendach der Terrasse zu sein. Ich würde diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder mieten,"

"Bei der Ausstattung fehl...

"Bei der Ausstattung fehlte uns der angegebene Liegestuhl. Das Apartment befand sich nicht in einer Doppelhaushälfte sondern war Teil einer größeren Anlage.Die Lage "direkt am Meer" war so nicht ganz zutreffend, da direkt vor dem Haus ein Brachgelände mit Bauzaun den Blick aufs Meer etwas einschränkte.Insgesamt war die Unterkunft aber sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben dort einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub verbracht."
