In the heart of the 3 valleys at MERIBEL MOTTARET 1700m; Bright, beautiful panoramic mountain views, slopes and Lake Tuéda. Completely renovated and well equipped, located in building LE TUEDA, south orientation.
Private covered parking included.
Direct access to the center of the pedestrian resort by an inclined lift from the building: shops, restaurants, cinema, tourist office, pharmacy, free shuttles to golf, swimming pool, skating rink and bowling of Méribel.
SUMMER: direct access to the hiking trails of Lake Tuéda and the Vanoise Park. From the two gondolas to Courchevel and Les Menuires, tennis and children's games at the foot of the inclined lift. Horse riding and accrobranche 15 min walk.
WINTER: Ski in ski out with direct access to the ski lifts to Courchevel, Les Ménuires, Val Thorens or Saint Martin. Kindergarten and departure of group lessons at the bottom of the inclined lift. Cross-country skiing and walk or snowshoe on Lake Tuéda. The ski room and the direct exit on the slopes are on the floor above.

Nice and covenient

One of the best frensh ski appartment we have steyed in. Straight forward arrival and parking. Easy acces to skiing and shops - we did all cooking in the apartmen - no problem. Two separate bedrooms is a big plus. Only small thing: lock on chain in parking garage was a little tricky to use - may need a replacement.

Well located, well equipped

We spent our ski vacation in this apartment for the second time. We enjoy the location of Meribel Mottaret in the middle of the skiing area of 3 Vallées. The apartment is located right on the slopes, apartment is nicely done up, kitchen is well equipped, beds are very comfortable. For us (two people) the apartment is spacious. Nice view to the mountains from the balcony. Key delivery and return very simple in a code box located directly at the road to Meribel Mottaret. For this reason no time pressure at arrival and you can leave already early in the morning- if required. Indoor parking and final cleaning included. Access from/ to the village by inclined lift (free of charge), upper station directly in the building, no fixed schedule- as required. Very fast reaction time of the owner, excellent description how to get to the apartment. The only thing we missed is a shower curtain at the bathtub. But this will not prevent us to spend our ski vacation in this apartment once again! :)

Perfect location

The apartment is exactly as described - perfect location, cosy and well equipped. Our party of 5 (3 adults, teenager and a 1 year-old baby) had great time. The arrival/departure procedure is quite convenient compared to our previous experiences with other apartments in France. We particularly liked that the final cleaning is included in the price. Loading and unloading luggage is very easy provided that your car fits in the garage of the building (1.90 m). The apartment's garage is in a different building, but is very easily accessible. The apartment itself is small, but well organised. Storage space is more than adequate. The kitchen is well equipped (it would be lovely if a fondue set is added). The separate toilet is definitely a big plus. The bathroom is convenient - I prefer showers, but our daughter loved using the bathtub after skiing. Sleeping arrangement is good - comfortable beds AND pillows!!!, warm blankets. One particular thing we liked very much about the place is that there was enough space and equipment to dry laundry. One last thing - the balcony is perfect for the sunny days!

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement durant une semaine pour des vacances de ski mémorable au 3 Vallées. D'une propreté irréprochable, l'espace disponible est utilisé au maximum avec beaucoup de rangements, matelas très confortables, réponse rapide du locateur dès le début du contact. Situation des plus enviables au coeur des 3 Vallées, accès rapide vers les autres domaines skiables, station des bus gratuits de Méribel ou provenant de Genève à 1 min.de l'ascenseur. Acheter les croissants tous les matins pour le petit-déjeuner à la sortie de l'ascenseur est un pur bonheur. Le supermarché offre beaucoup de choix, les restaurants sont tous à 5 min. à pieds ( il vaut mieux réserver ! ). Appartement est situé loin de l'ascenseur alors pas de bruits dérangeants, magnifique vue sur la montagne et pas de vis-à-vis, tranquillité et intimité assurées. La cuisine est très bien équipée si vous voudrez cuisiner. Le parc Plan de Tueda est juste en face, promenade gratuite dans un décor somptueux, les sentiers sont bien entretenus. Avec organisation et discipline, l'appartement peut très bien héberger une famille de 4-5 personnes. Nous y retournerons en vacances de pleine air sans hésitation.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines en été en famille avec 3 enfants dans cet appartement a la situation géographique idéale dans la station. La vue sur le Mont Vallon est incroyable. L’appartement est parfaitement agencé, en parfait état, complètement équipé et remplis de détails pratiques. La communication avec l’hôte et les procédures d’arrivée et de départ sont limpides.Avec notre recommandation la plus franche sans réserve.

Idéal

Appartement superbement agencé et optimisé. Vue magnifique sur les montagnes, terrasse au soleil. Tout à proximité : casiers à ski, parking, pistes, supérette, arrêt de bus pour Méribel centre et la gare de Moutiers. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire, à l'écoute, procédure d'arrivée facilitée. A recommander.

Es war eine tolle Zeit

Top, ein im Detail durchdacht, stilvoll und liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartement, passt alles. Der Check in kann für Ausländer, z.B. Deutsche, deutlich einfacher gestaltet werden, aber das würde ich dem Vermieter gerne persönlich via Mail mitteilen, falls möglich. Gemütliches Appartement mit ansprechender Aufteilung

Sehr schöne, gemütlich aufgeteilte Wohnung, die oberhalb von Mottaret mit einem schnellen Schrägaufzug erreicht werden kann. An- und Abreise gestalten sich sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Man kann das Auto vor der Residenz leicht entladen und dann unten im Ort perfekt in der Tiefgarage parken. Da die Wohnung eine Etage unterhalb des Eingangs zur Residenz liegt, hört man die elektronische Eingangstüre sehr deutlich, was vor allem Nachts etwas störend sein kann. Angesichts des sehr netten und angenehmen Kontakts mit dem Eigentümer sowie der top gepflegten Einrichtung der Wohnung ist das jedoch verschmerzbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Prachtig zicht, goed comfort

Het appartement is goed bereikbaar, al was het even zoeken, het sluit goed aan op de pistes en ligt vlakbij het centrum maar het is er toch rustig. De uitrusting is prima (voldoende en goed keukenmateriaal), al vonden wij dat we er met z'n vijven nogal krap zaten. Naar ons aanvoelen is 4 volwassenen het maximum, want veel bewegingsruimte is er niet - maar dat is ook niet het belangrijkst op een ski- of bergvakantie. Het terrasje is een meerwaarde, het zicht is geweldig. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf.

Bon avis général suite à séjour été 2020

Le logement correspond à sa description (nous n'étions que 3, ce qui me parait un maximum pour être à l'aise bien qu'il y ait 6 couchages, mais à chacun ses critères de confort). Il était propre et bien équipé. bon contact avec le propriétaire. Petit bémol sur le parking qui est en fait situé en bas de Méribel-Mottaret et accessible par un ascenseur incliné (sorte de télécabine sur rail), donc assez lent, mais beaucoup plus long encore à pied (pas d'escalier et route en lacet). A l'arrivée, nous avons pu nous garer en haut pour décharger. C'était plus compliqué pour le départ (sans doute parce-que nous sommes partis tôt). La station de Méribel fait payer (cher) ses remontées mécaniques l'été. Celles de Courchevel (à 30 mn) étaient gratuites. Donc nous avons choisi de consommer davantage sur Courchevel pour soutenir cette décision. Belles randos dans les deux vallées, et sur les sommets pour ceux qui sont en jambes (et en poumon).

Onze ervaring.

Ons probleem was, dat wij niet in de gaten hadden dat het appartement in een heel ander gebouw zat, als de garage. Er was niemand die ons hielp. Pas na telefonische interventie van de eigenaar werden we geholpen naar het andere gebouw. Het had ook te maken dat wij geen Frans of Engels spraken.

En Haut de Meribel Mottaret

L'appartement est petit, mais impeccablement organisé. Placards, prises, séchoirs, bravo au bricoleur. L'appartement était propre, et bien équipé en vaisselle. Prévoir les aliments de base (sel, poivre, sucre) Boutik Service est efficace pour certains services supplémentaires Il est à une volée d'escalier du local à ski et un petit peu plus du funiculaire qui amène sur le front de neige et des commerces. Du local à ski à la piste rouge la plus proche, il y a 2 volées d'escalier et 50 mètres, ça va vite. Par contre pour un enfant qui ne prend pas la piste rouge, il faut compter 10 minutes pour aller au rdv de l'ESF, un peu plus si le funiculaire est en heure de pointe Le parking n'est pas attenant à l'appartement, il faut prendre le funiculaire - c'est pas grave du tout, on fait tout à pied. Il est couvert et max 1m90. Il y a une bonne solution pour décharger sa voiture tout près de l'appartement qui est décrite par le propriétaire. La connexion wifi n'était pas fiable, pensez à une alternative 4G si vous en avez besoin

Angenehme Wohnung in tollem Skigebiet

Plus: + sehr komfortable Matratzen + kostenloser Schrägaufzug zum Ort direkt im Haus + schöne Einrichtung des Wohnraums + schöner Blick vom Balkon + Piste direkt von der Anlage aus zugänglich ( ca. 50 m vom Skiraum) + problemlose Schlüsselübernahme und Schlüsselabgabe in einer Code- Box + sehr gute Anfahrtbeschreibung vom Vermieter + sehr schnelle und freundliche Antworten des Vermieters auf Anfragen ( jeweils innerhalb 1 Stunde) + Endreinigung inbegriffen Minus: - nur wenige Auto- Stellplätze direkt vor der Anlage, deshalb Gedränge vor/ in der Tiefgarage beim Ausladen des Gepäcks am Samstag nachmittag. - keine Duschabtrennung / kein Duschvorhang an der Badewanne Neutral: °Tiefgaragenstellplatz konnte von uns leider nicht genutzt werden, da die Zufahrt nur 1,90 m hoch ist, unser Auto mit Dachkoffer jedoch 2,10 m; aber kein Problem, genügend Außen- Stellplätze unten im Ort, nahe dem Schrägaufzug ° Wohnung für 2 Personen im Skiurlaub ausreichend groß ( wir waren zu zweit), max. 3 Personen wegen Skischuhen und Stauraum mit Skibekleidung ° Ausstattung gut und entsprechend der Beschreibung ° Gute Lage von Méribel-Mottaret in der Mitte der Trois Vallées, schnelle Erreichbarkeit von Courchevel und Val Thorens °in Mottaret kaum Gelegenheiten zum Shoppen
