Cascades is a modern renovated and very comfortable studio apartment, on the top floor (8th) that receives a lot of natural light and has fantastic views of Signal Hill, the V&A Waterfront/Harbour and the City form the open balcony.
It is perfectly situated, as the apartment is two minutes walk from restaurants, coffee shops, clubs and is literally across the road from the Cape Town Stadium. The V & A Waterfront is also in walking distance, as is the new and uplifted De Waterkant area, also known as the gay village of Cape Town.
Clifton and Camps Bay beaches are a short distance from Watergate Cascades, and can easily be reached by car or public transport.
This air-conditioned 45 m2 apartment Sleeps up to 2 and it comes with a secure, reserved underground parking bay on the first floor.
The bedroom is furnished with two single beds that can either be made up as one big King size bed or at your request the room will be made up with two single beds. Please indicate your preference.
The kitchen is well equipped inclusive of a washing machine, microwave and many more.
In the lounge area you have a LED TV with Satellite channels and a DVD player.
The bathroom with has a shower, situated over the bath.

Car: Not Necessary
From the N1 / N2 highway, keep on driving straight into town until you reach Somerset Road, (the third traffic light on Buitengracht street). Turn right into Somerset Road. Keep traveling for 1.1km until you reach Vesperdene Road on your left, (Vesperdend road is after Wessels road, keep on the left lane and when you pass Wessels road you can start indicating to turn left at Vesperdene) just before ‘Mano’s’ restaurant. Turn left into Vesperdene Road. You will see 'Cascades' on your right. It is the only high rising red brick building on this dead end road and is about 150m from the corner where the MANOS Restaurant is. At reception you can press 805* on the intercom system to call me or you can sign in with security and they will show you how to find unit 805 Cascades. Go to the lift and press 8 to go to the top floor, when you exit the lift turn left and look for unit 805; the first unit when on your right hand side when you walk down the passage.
Please note that the intercom system is inked to my mobile phone. By pressing 805* on the intercom I will receive a telephone call and I will be able to talk to you even if I am not at the apartment.
