Large house renovated in the middle of the mountains near the 7 laux

Large family house tastefully renovated. Near the Prapoutel les sept Laux resort. Stone construction, wood stove. Very nice view of the Belledonne chain and the Prapoutel resort.
The house is on one level open on a beautiful plot of 1200m2 with 5 bedrooms upstairs.
Beautiful living room of 60 m2 with very large bay windows. Very bright room, fully equipped open kitchen.
1.3 km from the village of Theys (with shops) Medium mountain atmosphere guaranteed ... Located in the Belledonne chain, 20 minutes from Chartreuse and 45 minutes from Vercors.
Fully equipped, the house is comfortable in summer and winter.
Beautiful walks and many activities in the region
The house is on 3 levels. The 5 bedrooms are on the 2 upper levels, each level having a toilet and bathroom. There are 3 bedrooms with double beds and 6 single beds distributed in the 2 remaining bedrooms (2 and 4). Tea towels and hand towels are provided, sheets are not, but can be rented for € 8 / single bed or € 14 / double bed for the entire stay. On the ground floor, the kitchen is open to the living room where the stove is located. The large bay windows give lots of light to this large space.

 weekend from Friday afternoon to Sunday: € 500/2 nights + € 80 cleaning fee
week (if school holiday period from Saturday to Saturday): 1200 € / 7 nights + 80 €

Séjour à Theys

Disappointed by two things in particular-firstly the photos clearly show a bathroom however the owner has removed the plug so that it cannot be used. One shower and one shower tap attachment is not enough for the size of accommodation. Secondly we were strongly requested not to change the radiator thermostats and to pay an extra 60 euros to use the wood burner. The house was cold mornings and evenings and we felt is was unfair to charge 60euros to use the stove. Overall the house was ok but the advertisement does not inform of the lack of bath and additional payment for heating which we felt was a real let down as otherwise everything was ok.

I am sorry that you have been disappointed. I am not sure though to understand what led your disappointment.. You wrote that 2 bathrooms are not enough for the size of the house but when you read the add you saw that 2 bathrooms (1 per floor) and 3 toilets were mentioned..🧐. If you thought that it was not enough for your group then why did you book I wonder ? You suggest that having a bathtub instead of a shower would have resolved the problem. Imagine the time spent by each person taking a bath, not sure it would have made things easier!. This is without mentioning the water issue .I was hoping that in 2023, we were all slightly water conscious and aware that 12 persons taking a bath everyday for a week ( to soothe backache 😳) would be a heresy. In every message sent I write «don’t hesitate to call me if needed”, you never called and you have been cold. Why not call ? I would have told you how to boost the heater.But I guess for some of us it is easier to criticize than to communicate.. Regarding the wood for the fireplace , I do suggest a financial participation, advising an amount. I do not force anyone to participate, it’s very rare that people don’t understand that it is fair to participate as it is not included in the rent.. Happy to read that otherwise everything was ok. Entre amis (6 adultes et trois enfants) nous voulions passez un moment ensemble en montagne à l occasion du jour de l'an. Et nous avons trouvé la maison idéale. Des chambres pour tout le monde, une salle de bain et wc à chaque niveau, un grand espace de vie . La station des sept laux à 10 mn en voiture. Cadre super sympa...au top quoi!

Gîte parfait pour une grande famille

Le gîte est vraiment adapté à une famille et aux enfants ! (Jeux , livres) ! Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire qui est réactive à toutes questions ce qui est très agréable. Le gîte est très propre et rien ne manque. Petit bémol : le jardin n’est pas tout à fait aussi bien entretenu que la maison ! Mais notre halte y fut très agréable !

Maison parfaite pour un groupe d'amis de 10 personnes. Bien que les propriétaires ne soient pas sur place, ils ont été disponibles et réactifs pour toute demande. Gîte bien équipé. Le seul bémol est l'absence de rideaux occultants dans le dortoir du 2ème étage.

Merci véronique pour vos appréciations. La forme particulière et originale des fenêtres oscillo batantes du dortoir ne permettant pas de faire monter les rideaux occultants jusqu’en haut des fenêtres il reste en effet quelques centimètres non occultés sur le haut. Ce qui laisse rentrer un peu de jour. Je n’ai à ce jour pas trouvé de solution...si vous avez une idée ou suggestion je suis preneuse..

Même sans la neige nous avons apprécié ce séjour entre cousins dans la Maison d’Anne qui est très propice aux retrouvailles familiales ! Belles prestations, et bien équipée!

La propriété de Mme Mauve est atypique : belles décorations qui donnent envie de voyager et a été restaurée avec goût. De plus, elle est très bien équipée (appareils ménagers et vaisselle, serviettes et torchons) et on s'y sent bien, le poêle complète l'ambiance cocooning. De plus, l'endroit est très calme. Belle propriété pour se retrouver en groupe et se reposer

Grande maison pour familles

Maison agréable. Le jardin attenant au salon permet aux enfants d'y jouer et de s'y relaxer avec de jolies vues sur la montagne. La maison est assez grande pour accueillir au moins deux familles. La propriétaire a pensé à tout et rien ne manque pour y séjourner. On se sent bien dans cette maison.

Nous étions une 12 aine de personnes âgées mais encore en forme . Le gîte est très bien situé et le grand beau temps nous a permis de vivre à l'extérieur . Un regret cependant que la tonte de la pelouse n'ait pas pû être effectuée avant notre arrivée à cause de la pluie . Nous avons regretté également de n'avoir eu que peu de contacts avec la propriétaire , très sympa au demeurant .

Madame, Comme vous pourrez le remarquer vous êtes la seule personne a avoir mis 1 étoile en 6 ans de location. Faut-il donc que je publie le fait que vous êtes venus à 13 personnes sans me prévenir (location max 12 personnes ) ce qui est tout à fait illégal et contre votre engagement pris envers le site de location et que vous êtes partis de la maison sans me prévenir que vous aviez cassé une lampe et qu'il a fallu que je vous appelle pour vous en demander le remboursement ? Vous avez utilisé 18 serviettes de toilette pendant votre séjour... Cordialement
