The apartment is very nice, bright, panoramic, in a very quiet environment. It lends itself to any type of holiday: relaxing (swimming), recreational or cultural, given the happy position.
It 'was renovated in 2012 with finishing level.
Situated in the Riviera of the Cyclops, in the sea of ​​Cape Mills, bordered to the south and north with Aci Trezza Aci Reale. The apartment has balconies with magnificent views of both the sea and towards Mount Etna, is situated in an excellent residential swimming pool. Air-conditioned. Indoor parking (parking not guaranteed). It is about 200 meters from the sea and is also in a good position compared to major tourist destinations and places of connection (40 Km from Taormina, 50/60 Km from Etna, 20 Km from Catania Fontanarossa Airport, 2 Km from the station Acireale train).
The apartment consists of a bedroom with double bed (or separable), a living room-entry with kitchenette and a sofa (extra bed), a full bathroom with large shower.
The apartment is ideal for two adults (with one child at most).
Unfortunately at the moment, due to work in progress, there are parking problems inside the Residence.

Leuke woning op een mooie centrale plek in Oost-Sicilia

Eenvoudige woning met een 4-pits gasfornuis, koelkast met vriesvak, wasmachine, boiler. Een mooi balkon met uitzicht op zee en de Etna. Voldoende ruimte voor 2 personen . De TV was op de slaapkamer geplaatst. Het 2x-eenpersoonsbed was prima. Eigenaresse woonde naast ons en was geïnteresseerd of we het naar de zin hadden.

Dovendo dare un voto complessivo questo sarebbe 5 su 10

L'appartamento va bene , buona posizione per andare a visitare i paesi etnei,il mare dista 800 metri , peccato la mancanza di accessori fondamentali tipo pentole coltelli grandi ed una tenda parasole, ma la mancanza più pesante è quella del posto auto , perché veramente è un grande problema parcheggiare la macchina, ed andare in giro per visitare luoghi vicini e tornare è veramente un problema, perché non è possibile parcheggiare all'interno del residence , ma neppure li vicino. Per il resto tutto bene , piccolo borgo marinaro con sei o sette ristoranti ma nemmeno un piccolo negozio per comprare un pezzo di pane , punto di forza senz'altro il mare. Assolutamente da non consigliare per una vacanza di mare , ma assolutamente da consigliare come punto strategico per vedere i paesi etnei nei dintorni.

Tranquillita tra il Monte Etna ed il mare

Siamo arrivati ad Acireale per un occasione del matrimonio ceco-italiano. Siamo atteratti a Catania, dopo aver preso la macchina a nolleggio ci volevano circa 40 min per arrivare ad appartamento. La casa si trova dentro ad un villagio recintato con i posti parcheggio (fuori staggione ce n´erano, durante la staggione é un po difficile di trovare uno) e una bella piscina con i lettini ed ombrelloni. L´appartamento era pulito, con una cucina ben attrezzata e l´ ampio bagno. Ci vogliono 5 minuti con la macchina per raggiungere il Centro Commerciale Ciclope, a Capo Mulini ci sono diversi ristoranti ma il migliore é decisivamente Don Saro! Vicino si trova Aci Trezza, Acireale, Taormina, Giardini Naxos. Noi al mare andavamo sotto Siracusa ad Arenella, ci vuole un ora con la macchina ma le spiaggie sotto Siracusa sono veramente bellissime! I proprietari dell´appartamento sono veramente disponibili, non abbiamo avuto nessun problema durante il nostro soggiorno tranne un po delle formiche sul balcone.
