Every venue in downtown and most restaurants and bars are within a 5-10 minute walk. Also within walking distance are the Phoenix Convention Center, the symphony, the theater (Herberger), 2 major concert halls, and 1 smaller concert venue that regularly features indie bands.
All appliances are included: large fridge, microwave and stove, washer/dryer, 1 bathroom with shower, heating and/or air-conditioning. There is free wifi. There is a relatively large balcony with tables and chairs, that overlooks Chase Field (Arizona Diamondbacks, not inside the stadium though) and Talking Stick Arena (home of the Phoenix Suns, most major concert events). A comfortable queen-sized bed is included. For larger parties, there is an additional roll-out couch bed.
The condo is about 25 yards south of US Airways Arena, and 2-3 blocks from the closest light rail train stop. The condo comes with 2 free parking spaces. The condo building is located in a safe area, adjacent to the headquarters of a public relations agency on one side, an architecture firm on another, and a federal job corps training facility on the other.

I'm an assistant attorney general. I lived in this condo as a bachelor for 10 years, until I married my wife and moved into our new home together, also in town. I was born in Canada but have lived in Arizona since childhood. My wife's a Texas-born Michigander who moved here for her residency at Mayo Clinic, where she is now a physician.

Why Owner chose Warehouse District
I loved living in downtown Phoenix, even in the early years when there wasn't as much going on as there is today. It's not Manhattan. But this downtown has its own charm, supported by tons of fun venues depending on your interests. Having lived here for so long, feel free to use me as a resource of information and tips on where to eat, drink, and people watch.

Great Location, Felt Like Home
The property was very convenient for my work at Chase Field and for the restaurants in nearby downtown Phoenix. The place felt very home-y with nice couches and chairs as well as up-to-date kitchen appliances, washer/dryer. The view was even better than the photos. Neil was a great host, making sure I had everything I needed but for the most part staying out of the way! I would definitely stay here again.
3-month stay at the Loft in Phoenix, AZ.
The property is well located for down-town activities. It is fully furnished and spacious and the home owners is very responsive to renters needs .
We enjoyed our stay and look forward to a repeat stay the next time we plan to visit Phoenix.
Enjoyed my stay
The loft is comfortable and conveniently located to restaurants, entertainment, freeways, and downtown. It was nice to be in a secure rental with gated parking. I liked the ability to do laundry in the unit. I would book this location again.
