Perfect place with Kids

Very clean and big Riad with terrasse. The housekeeping and woman which prepared food was very friendly and welcoming. The area is very safe and has some stores and restaurants which is perfect if with kids. Unfortunately during Ramadan the pool was not open. The kids miss that, though differently communicated.

Quiet Riad

Being outside the medina the property was quiet and secure. However the major drawback was that the advertised swimming pools were empty. also cooking and other kitchen utensils were poor. Kettle did not work. Water dribbled out of the taps in the second floor bathroom.

Riad très bien situé

Riad bien placé tout était à porté de mains. Restos, épiceries sur place ainsi qu’une agence de voyage qui nous a bien aidé pour nos déplacements. Les taxis étaient à quelques pas de l’entrée du Riad. Une embranche très chaleureuse dans l’ensemble. Seul bémol, le Riad était vieillot et aurait besoin de rénovations, mais très propre.

Riad bien situé

Difficile de trouver l’endroit puisque nous n’avions pas le nom de l’emplacement exactement. Autrement tout était pres .les cafés nombreux et épicerie. L’appartement était un peu vieillot mais l’eau chaude ne manquait pas. Bon séjour et gens très sympathiques. Très tranquille le soir et sécuritaire.

Emplacement ideal nous etions a 2.5km de la place. Riad suffisamment grand pour 6 plus un bebe. Kadhija est tres a l ecoute et serviable. Merci !

Correct pour le Budget

Bon emplacement, le Riad est correct mais l’environnement immédiat est moins bien. Trop de véhicules aux abords et beaucoup trop de monde. Après 11h la piscine est trop fréquentée et après peu de place pour poser sa serviette . la climatisation de la chambre du 3eme niveau est à changer .

Endroit idéal pour city trip

Rapport qualité prix très bon pour cet endroit. Bon séjour, enrichissant et belle découverte d’une ville pleine de saveurs et de parfums. Accueil et organisation de Khadija remarquable… des plats le soir et des petits déjeuners justes incroyables et delicieux!

Logement ne mérite pas d'être sur Abritel

Très bon accueil de Khadija, sa cuisine excellente. Par contre logement sale ( moutons sous les lits, poussière sur les lampes de chevet, chasse d'eau des toilettes cassé , draps déchiré et jaunis, vaisselle sale) pas de chauffage d'appoint, on s'est gelé😡 5 degrés la nuit à Marrakech à cette époque de l'année, 13 degrés dans le logement. C'est juste lamentable, nous avons été pris vraiment pour des imbéciles. Nous sommes très déçu.

Parfait pour un séjour à Marrakech

Très beau Ryad à Marrakech dans une résidence sécurisée, calme, avec de nombreux services et restauration. Piscine appréciable pendant les fortes chaleurs tout comme la climatisation Très bon accueil de Khadija pour la prise de possession des lieux et les bonnes adresses Place Jerna accessible en moins de 30 minutes à pied Msemen chaud tous les matins... Bref, nous reviendrons certainement !

Très pratique et charmant

Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans ce riad residentiel, acces à une piscine collective, medina accessible à pieds, petite epicerie et restaurant dans la residence. Le plus : la gentillesse de Khadijia aux petits soins pour nos estomacs qui nous a fait explorer les bons petits plats marocains à domicile et une équipe de chauffeurs pour explorer la region. Juste 2 tous petits bemols: la piscine ferme vers 17h donc pas possible de se rafraichir au retour de balades, et intérieur qui gagnerait à être éclairé avec plus de lampes dans la pièce à vivre. Au global, très agréable et tres pratique. Nous sommes ravis de nos vacances.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und unser Aufenthalt von 5 Tagen war sehr angenehm. Das Objekt liegt zentral, um die interessanten Punkte in Marrakesch zu erreichen. Eine Taxifahrt ins Zentrum dauert maximal 15 Minuten.

Résidence agreable

Nous avons aimé le logement hormis quelques points négatifs comme le manque de propreté ( cheveux dans les lits, cuisine et ustensiles assez sales ) , Clim qui a fui dans la chambre du 1 er étage , eau froide uniquement au dernier étage durant tout le séjour. Hormis ces désagréments, cela reste un joli logement et la résidence est très agréable et bien située . Le propriétaire sympa et disponible pour répondre aux questions.

Residence agréable type village vacances avec toutes les commodités à proximité.

Location spacieuse et propre, procédure d accueil et de depart très bien quelquesoit l heure. La cuisine manque d équipements ( une seule poêle un saladier pas de presse agrume....) pas de chaines TV francaises ce qui est dommage pour avoir un minimum d information, la piscine collective a dû être fermée une journée suite problème d entretien (eau devenant verdâtre). Location très bien située, à 1/4 heure en bus de la place et 25 minutes de Gueliz. Je recommande si vous souhaitez visitez, la petite agence à l entrée de la résidence en la personne de Safia au top et très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Amazing place to stay All the things you'd need Pool closed at 6pm when we stayed for the week On-site restaurants and corner shops were nice Toilets had low pressure but not a huge issue Have to buy your own toilet paper Towels provided AC in every room and it was so helpful

Formidable

Nous avons passé une séjour formidable dans le riad. Le riad est conforme aux photos. Seuls hics, nous n'avions pas accès à la piscine à cause du ramadan (j'aurai aimé être prevenue) et les prises qui ne fonctionnaient pas donc tous les appareils devaient être chargés dans ma cuisine. Grand merci à Khadija qui nous a concocté un délicieux couscous et le petit déjeuner. Elle nous a également recommandé un chauffeur qui nous transporté durant tout le séjour.

Excellent location needs property needs some refurbishment

We stayed in Feb'20 and enjoyed our overall stay. The location is just outside the old city but can be conveniently reached via a taxi. The Riad is within a gated community and very secure with easy access to shops and restaurants. The property is very spacious and has all basic amenities that one would need in a holiday. We enjoyed staying at the property and the caretaker Safa and her daughters made every effort to ensure our stay was comfortable. However the property could be made much better with some renovations. Electric points needs attention as many sockets doesn't work and are hanging out of the wall. The plumbing of the wash basin in the downstairs toilet also needs attention, kitchen feels very dated etc. . overall we enjoyed being there and would recomend this to other.

Bulle de tranquillité dans ce séjour aux mille et une découvertes

Nous recommandons le Riad de Jack qui est une véritable bulle de tranquillité après des journées de visites bien intenses. Le Riad est propre, très confortable et tranquille, seuls les sifflements des oiseaux vous réveilleront le matin. La résidence dispose de toutes les commodités: petit déjeuner complet marocain au marmarah pour seulement 20 dirhams, épiceries avec tout le nécessaire, agents de sécurité à l’entrée serviables. Notre réceptionniste Safâ s’est montrée disponible et accueillante. La piscine sécurisée nous a permis de nous rafraîchir plusieurs fois avec petite sieste sur transats. Nous avons même trouvé au sein de la résidence, par l’intermédiaire d’une française, une marocaine spécialisée dans l’art du henné sur les mains qui a ravi notre grande fille. Sachez que le Riad se situe à seulement 15 minutes de marche des souks centraux en passant par le quartier des tanneurs. Le bus ligne 2 vous ramènera de la place Djema el fna pour seulement 3 dirhams! Expérience à vivre sans faute, immersion touchante parmi les marocains! Et passé 22h, un taxi vous ramènera pour 50 dirhams maximum. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour, à refaire!
