Delicately poised where the ocean Atlantic meets the small town, and caressed by the soft breeze of their pure waters, this quiet chic flat brings a restful dimension to the Pays Basque life, in the soft climate of the French southwest. UNDER THE WARMTH of a old & lovely Hotel (-1907-, with lift), singular & elegant reflex of one century ago, with the splendour of their interior high & hospitable stays, two ancient gathered rooms constitute now this Apartment, 32 sq m., on the third floor. View cleared. At the foot from the beach, beside the hill of Sainte-Barbara, wonderful for take a walk. Environment wooded. A short stroll from parks, inside grove zone. Peaceful oasis of calm (in reason of its location) and, at same time, close to the shops, restaurants, city centre. Garden. Space to park. * It's composed of an entrance on living room, with equipped kitchen & corner meal, bedroom, 1 shower room & a washbowl, independent Toilet. TV High Definition (‘Sony’, 55cm), with more than 120 channels. DVD Player-recorder. Washing machine ('Miele', 1500 rpm). Pieces of furniture. Two double beds (the one, armchair). Big wardrobe & office desk. Access Internet WI-FI (High speed). [To see: www.itsasondoan.com] * The water, gas and electricity (& heating) consumptions, WI-FI, every taxes and expenses are included. ---- * In 300 meters from the flat, bordered on the beach, there is a centre of THALASSOTHERAPY, wonderful for the health, with their treatments of sea water, baths of mud and seaweed. It works during the whole day, 20€ (12'30h to 14'30h) or 40€ (whole day): Hammam, Sauna, Aquagym… * The scenery of a city reveals us different and full of surprises from the renewed perspective of a new and singular hotel, born for the accommodation and to shelter from the raids in unexplored areas, or between the near waves ---- * About the TARIFF & OCCUPATION: The flat is suitable for two people, and it's thought of them for the tariff settled. Beyond, for more people (adults/children -no more than 4 in total-), it's settled a fixed supplement of 6€/night. * The Reservation is firm as soon as it's transferred (or sent the cheque) 30% of the sum of rent. The remainder, the day of arrival. Asked deposit: 250€ at the beginning of the occupation, which is handed back at the end of stay, if there are not defects. * In the delivery of keys, it's signed a CONTRACT in which is accredited the state of the flat, its equipment and conditions, as the terms accepted of duration and price of the accommodation. This contract is sent before for its reading and approval, by e-mail or/and mail, to agree if everything it's alright. ---- * DISCOUNTS: during the whole year, 2 weeks: 10 % (Low season = 45€/night). Three weeks or more, during the Low season (from October to May -except Xmas & New Year-): 22 %. (= 39€/night); out of Low season: 15%. (maximum: 3 months). If there were included weeks of the Middle, High or very High Season, in these weeks 15% would be applied. ---- * SHORT STAYS: only in Low season and from Saturday to Saturday: SIX nights: 55€/n., FIVE nights: 61€/n., FOUR nights: 68€/night. There are not weekends of/or less than 4 nights. * It's accepted WEEKS WHICH OCCUPY A SPACE OF TWO WEEKS, only throughout Low season, with Middle season’s tariff. Extra Night in this case, at 57€. ---- * The BASQUE COUNTRY is ideally located, in the heart of the South-West of France, with lively traditions, customs and gourmet food. The region boasts world famous surf beaches, seaside golf courses, and seawater therapy centres. The Pyrenees are close at hand and offer great hiking in striking landscapes. Belle situation près de la plage, et de la promenade en bord de mer. Proche du centre et du quartier historique.Le terme "chic" est surfait. Les revêtements des sols des 2 pièces sont défraîchis.
Appartement idéal pour une ou 2 personnes. Emplacement parfait, à 2 mn de tout (plage, centre ville...), très bien équipé...Le calme fait du bien. Le soir, le bruit des vagues est apaisant.Quant au propriétaire, que dire .... Très sympathique, à l'écoute, adore cette région et en parle très bien. Je recommande !!

Superbe séjour à St Jean de Luz !
Appartement que nous recommandons vivement, de par ses nombreuses fonctionnalités et son équipement, le calme de la résidence, la facilité pour stationner sa voiture, mais aussi son emplacement à deux pas de la mer et à proximité de la ville, vraiment idéal pour les balades !
Cerise sur le gâteau : les bons plans et bonnes adresses donnés à notre arrivée par le propriétaire (d'origine basque !) nous ont permis de redécouvrir la région de façon bien plus authentique que lors de nos précédents séjours et de sortir des sentiers touristiques habituels.
En ce qui nous concerne, nous réitérons déjà notre séjour en 2015 à cette même adresse !!

sejour réussi grace a cette location tout a fait conforme a la description.
le propriétaire est trés accueillant et aux petits soins pour nous:autant pour le logement que pour les bonnes adresses et les lieux a visiter.
location proche de tout:la plage,les commerces,les restos etc...
l'appartement est trés bien équipé:draps,serviettes,produits ménagers ...rien ne manque.on se sent comme a la maison.
bref,une excellente adresse.

Location parfaitement adaptée pour 2 personnes, même si 4 couchages sont prévus.(Lit click-clac, 2 places, dans la cuisine....)
Malgré un aperçu-mer très restreint, le logement est idéalement situé en bord de plage, et à 500 m du centre ville. Il ne manque rien puisque le propriétaire fournit le linge, les serviettes les draps et Internet ! Signalons simplement qu'une plaque de cuisson plus performante et une cafetière de plus grande capacité, seraient les bienvenues.
Enfin, particulièrement en juillet et aôut, attention aux places de parking "disponibles" (et non fixes) à l'intérieur de la résidence. C'est assez vite saturé!
Mention particulière pour le propriétaire , d'origine espagnole, très sympathique et prolixe, qui reste toujours attentif au bien -être de ses occupants.
Adresse à conserver car le rapport qualité/prix de la location reste très attractif. Séjour réussi.

une merveille de sejour en cote vermeille
idealement situee entre collioure et port vendre le sejour dans cette location nous a permis de decouvrir ces deux villes et leurs environs en realisant d'agreables promenades a pied.
