The house offers a master bedroom and a large bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub as well as a walk-in shower, with direct access to the fenced garden.
On the mezzanine, you will find two other bedrooms and a games room.
The town centre, the harbour and the beaches are within walking distance (bikes freely available).
Le Pouliguen is a quiet commune with a family atmosphere. The jetty, with a direct access to the beach, offers several attractions for children.

excellente semaine au pouliguen

Même si la remise des clés se fait par une agence les propriétaires ont su nous accueillir chaleureusement (petit coffret de produits locaux et un sms au cours de la semaine pour prendre des nouvelles). Concernant le logement ni trop près ni trop loin des plages et commerces(on s y rend facilement à pied ou à vélo dont 6 sont à mis à disposition) Le logement est très bien équipé et on s'y sent très bien. Le logement est parfait pour 2 couples avec 4/5 enfants Pour résumé nous y avons passé de tres bons moments (agrémentés de quelques piqûres de moustiques)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez M. et Mme Guilbaud. Nos avons été très bien accueillis. La maison est très agréable et très bien équipée, on s'y sent comme chez soi. Le centre ville et la plage sont facilement accessibles en vélo et aussi à pied. Nous ne manquerons pas d'y retourner si nous avons l'occasion de revenir dans la région.

Maison très agréable

Cette maison correspond tout à fait à la description faite par les propriétaires. Aucune mauvaise suprise. Tout est neuf et en parfait état. Les propriétaires sont des gens charmants et toujours disponibles si besoin. Cette location est parfaite pour 2 couples avec enfant. Les commerces et la plage sont accessibles en moins de 5 min à vélo. Nous reviendrons dans cette maison avec grand plaisir.
