夏の新鮮な家と大きなテラスガーデンは、夏のキッチン、バーベキュー、ガーデン家具が備わっています。 Vansに流れる流れ（Bourdaric）の近くで、家はNavesの美しい中世の村の下にあります。 家の裏側にあるテラスガーデンへのアクセスは、本物の環境（古い石灰の木、乾燥した石のテラスの壁...）で日陰と静けさを保証します。 それは村に直接アクセスできます。 90年代に復元されたこの家は、古い石造りの家の特性を保持しているため、夏には気温が高く快適です。

We had a wonderful stay. We loved the traditional stone house, the rooms were spacious inside and we had everything we needed.The location is stunning with beautiful views. The walk to Les Vans was highly enjoyable and it was wonderful to have Naves so close (at the back of the garden). It's such a pretty town with great ice cream! The house is situated in an ideal spot for swimming in the local rivers and hiking. The only small negative for us was that the terrace and outdoor kitchen are situated up a steep bank behind the house (around 30 steps)... We had to go back down each time we forgot something in the house that we needed Michéle was an excellent host, greeting us on arrival and showing us around. Many thanks!

Beautiful house with lovely shady garden

We had a wonderful two weeks staying in this glorious house in the village of Naves. Inside is very comfortable with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. The terraced garden is gorgeous, with plenty of shade and space for alfresco dining (the outdoors kitchen is a huge bonus!) Opposite the house is a little path which leads through vineyards and olive groves to Les Vans, a small but bustling town with lots of cafes, boulangeries, regular markets and shops. Nearby is the Chassezac for swimming (never too busy) and lots of opportunities for good walks and cycles. Michele was a really kind and helpful host. A wonderful spot to spend a truly relaxing holiday.

Lovely stone house in beautiful setting

We stayed in Naves for 9 days at the beginning of May and had a wonderful time. The accommodation is beautifully designed and located in a dreamlike setting!Communication in advance was very friendly and quick, and we were warmly welcomed by Michèle upon arrival.Regarding the facilities, we didn’t miss a thing and were especially happy to have both a washing machine and a dishwasher.The highlights are definitely the garden behind the house with the outdoor kitchen and the view from the living room. The location was perfect for us – by car, you can quickly reach Les Vans (a lovely little town!) and other places, but you can also head straight out on foot and find yourself immersed in nature – a dream!We did have a few chilly days and needed the heating, but Michèle was very quick to help us out.To mention one thing we would have wished to be different: upon arrival, we learned that – contrary to what was stated in the listing – there was no Wi-Fi. Michèle was very helpful here as well, and in the end, we managed with mobile data, but of course that wasn’t ideal.That said, this point faded into the background considering how lovely the accommodation was and the fair value for money.Thank you, Michèle! :-)

The hosts are super friendly and the house is spacious and clean.

We loved our stay in the Stone House with all it's different levels and access to terraces and an outdoor kitchen as well as an indoor one. Lovely rooms and very spacious. The views are beautiful overlooking vineyards, cliffs, trees and the main town of Les Vans which nestles in the valley below. Above the house is the village of Naves with it's beautiful ancient cobbled streets, archways, church and courtyard where locals play patanque? of an evening. There is one bar with a raised terrace run by Jacques who is extremely friendly and helpful....There are various walks around this 'village of character' including a botanical one....which we did....and will never forget! Our knowledge of the French language is limited to say the least and we should have checked the warning signs more carefully....this walk was more of a cliff climb and scramble up loose rocks and narrow tracks by sheer drops. We left it til 8pm to start our 'evening stroll' not realising that we would be facing such extremities and finally completed our climb some 3 hours later by the moonlight and the skin of our teeth! It was, however, extremely exhilarating and despite me walking at a 45 degree angle in order to avoid seeing the sheer drop beside me I enjoyed the challenge. We even found a glow worm up there! The cicadas are deafening with their song but we came to miss it when they rested....we saw many coming out of their burrows and climbing any surface they could to slowly emerge from their old skins and transform into beautiful winged insects...mesmerising. We would gladly come to this wonderful house again and enjoy all it's treasures....

Les points forts : communication, arrivée, emplacement Les points faibles : propreté de la vaisselle, pas de wifi contrairement à ce qui était indiqué sur l’annonce lors de la réservation !Le point qui a posé problème : La maison est envahie par les phlébotomes ! Après 2 nuits nous avions tous de multiples piqûres et mon fils en avait plus de 200 sur les membres, le cou et le visage. Après consultation d’un médecin, nous avons eu la confirmation qu’il s’agit bien de piqûres de phlébotomes. Je pense qu’il est urgent de traiter la maison en profondeur car une bombe d’insecticide n’en est pas venue à bout. La seule manière de se protéger un peu est de faire la chasse tous les soirs afin de diminuer un peu le nombre d'insectes.

Hervorragende Erholung in schönem Steinhaus

Der Check-In war sehr einfach, da das Vermieterpaar zeitweise nebenan in ihrem Zweithaus wohnt. Das alte Steinhaus aus dem 18. Jahrhundert bot viel Platz auf drei Etagen und im Terrassengarten. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. In der 2. Etage ist das "Fernseh"-Wohnzimmer mit fantastischen Fernblick und zwei Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett 160 x 190 und 1 Doppelbett 140 x 190). Unter den Dachschrägen der 3. Etage finden sich 3 Einzelbetten 90 x 190/200 cm (Ca.-Maße). Diese Etage ist über eine steile Stiege erreichbar und hat keine und am Bodenklappe. Bettlaken (und am besten auch Bettdecken) sowie Handtücher mitbringen, denn es gibt nur die üblichen großen französischen Tagesdecken. WLAN-Empfang gab es zur Zeit unseres Besuchs nur ganz schwach in einer Zimmerecke, das soll aber ab Okt '24 geändert werden. In den Hauptort Les Vans kommt man über die Ortsstraße (1,6 km) oder einen Wanderpfad, der in einen Wirtschaftsweg mündet, der mitten im Ort herauskommt. Gehzeit ins Dorf runter ca. 15-20 Min, zurück 20-35 Minuten. Auf dem terrassierten Hang gibt es auf einer Etage einen aus Steinen gebauten Grill und eine Sommerküche. Aufgrund eines Sommmersturms war die Wasserversorung, wird aber mit Reparatur der Stützmauer wieder hergestellt. Außerdem gibt es Flaschengas und Strom sowie ausreichend Geschirr. Insgesamt ein formidabler Urlaubsort. Und übrigens absolut ruhig, da an einer Sackgasse gelegen.

Absolute Erholung in einem gemütlichen, urigen Haus

Wir waren für 10 Tage in diesem wunderschönen Haus und haben es sehr genossen. Die Ruhe, die Gemütlichkeit und das urige Ambiente ließen uns den Alltag sofort vergessen. Die Vermieterin empfing uns persönlich und gab uns sehr gute Hinweise rund um das Haus und die Umgebung. Sie war jederzeit ansprechbar und erreichbar. Im Haus fehlte es an nichts, die Ausstattung war super. Alles was man benötigte, konnte man gut im nächstgelegenen Ort Les Vans besorgen, ob zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto, je nach Geschmack. In Les Vans konnte man auch sehr gut Essen und auch lokale Sachen einkaufen. Hier und da gab es einen Markt oder eine kleine Veranstaltung auf dem großen Platz in der Ortsmitte. Am Fluss gibt es einige attraktive Badestellen, die in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen sind. Wir können diese Unterkunft als Familie sehr empfehlen und bedanken uns recht herzlich für die Gastfreundschaft.

Schönes Haus in zauberhaftem Dorf

Das Dorf Naves ist wunderschön, im Haus haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Les Vans lässt sich gut zu Fuß erreichen. Und zu diversen wunderbaren Orten kommt man recht zügig mit dem Auto. Den Kindern war der W-Lan Anschluss zu unzuverlässig.

Ich kann das Haus von Michele in Naves nur empfehlen. Wir hatte eine sehr schöne Zeit dort. Gute Kommunikation und der Empfang von der Nachbarin, die uns das Haus öffnete waren sehr herzlich.

Séjour agréable dans une demeure charmante

A la recherche d'une maison authentique dans un cadre calme et verdoyant, nous avons été ravis ! Le jardin reposant, la vue sur les vignes et les vieilles pierres font de cette maison une demeure agréable et chaleureuse. En empruntant les calades, nous sommes partis à la découverte des jolis villages de Naves et des Vans. La région est magnifique ! Michèle est une hôte attentionnée et bienveillante. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Très belle maison dans un magnifique village

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans la maison de Michèle. L'accueil était parfait et Michèle était toujours disponible lorsque nous avions des questions. La maison est spacieuse, agréable et idéalement située, au pied du magnifique village de Naves et à proximité des Vans (5 minutes en voiture, 15-20 minutes à pied par sentier de randonnée). Il y a même une petite place de parking privée devant la maison, ce qui évite de laisser la voiture à l'entrée du village. La région est magnifique, avec beaucoup de randonnées et d'activités de pleine nature. Un très bon séjour !

Très belle maison idéalement placée

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette grande maison typique en pierre. À deux pas du très beau village médiéval de Naves, et à quelques minutes de la petite ville très animée des Vans, la maison a été un très bon point de départ pour visiter l'Ardèche. La propriété a d'ailleurs un accès direct à certains chemins de randonnée. La cuisine d'été est très appréciable quand le temps s'y prête . Nos hôtes, M et Mme Mathieu ont été très accueillant et ont su rendre notre séjour très agréable.

Une trés jolie vue !

Nous avons aprécié cette maison pour sa belle vu sur la vallée, son confort simple, sa cuisine d'été sur le terassement au dessu de la maison, son accés au trés charmant petit village de Naves par un chemin de traverse, la proximité avec les Vans, les baignades en rivière et la beauté de la région. A noter : La fréquantation des lieux de baignades et du marchés par nombreux vacanciers au mois d'Aout. Nous étions ravis d'avoir pris l'option ménage dans cette maison en étages et pour profiter du lieu jusqu'au bout. Je recommande cette maison à qui à le pied agile du cabri et ne craint pas les marches d'escalier en tout genres. Nous aurions aprécié que les draps soit toujours fournits dans ce type de location avec un prix raisonnable pour le lavage. Que cette petite remaque ne vous trompe pas, vous aurez affaire à des propiétaires charmants.

Très beau séjour dans une maison de caractère....

Très belle maison en pierre, de caractère, située dans un superbe village et à 2 km des Vans. La maison est idéalement située pour profiter des animations des Vans et pour rejoindre des coins de baignade. Elle offre tout le confort , cependant attention aux familles avec des enfants en bas âges.... la maison dispose de très nombreux escaliers (à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur de la maison) non sécurisés. La cuisine d'été située dans les hauteurs du jardin offre un point de vue magnifique....Enfin, un chemin juste en bas de la maison permet de rejoindre à pied le village des Vans en 30 minutes environ. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour !

Très belle location bien située

Belle maison au calme et située dans un environnement très agréable. Elle est bien équipée et dispose de tout le confort. Le centre des Vans est proche et le village de Naves très sympa. Il y a plein de belles choses à faire aux alentours. Attention cependant aux personnes ayant des difficultés physiques car la maison peut être fatigante. Beaucoup d'escaliers à l'intérieur mais aussi à l'extérieur de la maison. En résumé, nous avons passé 2 très bonnes semaines. A renouveler.
