Villa ideally located by the river and 10 minutes walk from Les Vans (village where you will find all the shops necessary for your stay).
The 90 m2 house includes a large living / dining room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a shower room and a separate toilet.
Terrace on the living room side and swimming pool and terrace on the kitchen side with magnificent views of the ChĂąteau de Chambonas.
A beautiful 2000 m2 garden with fenced chlorine pool of 7 x 4 m.

Maison agrĂ©able, mĂȘme si certains Ă©quipements sont un peu vieillots.La maison est bien situĂ©e et spacieuse pour 5 personnes. Jardin agrĂ©able, tables en extĂ©rieur des 2 cĂŽtĂ©s de la maison, table de ping-pong.Pas d'Internet et pas de TNT (on captait trĂšs mal).Le filtre de la piscine ne devait pas fonctionner correctement. Lorsque le pisciniste est passĂ© le jour de notre dĂ©part (il passe toutes les semaines), l'eau Ă©tait bien plus propre et certaines buses semblaient actives, contrairement Ă  durant notre sĂ©jour.Nous avons passĂ© un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour dans une bien jolie rĂ©gion.

Maison familiale trÚs agréable et trÚs bien située (à 5mn en voiture de la plage des Cornillons, 10 mn à pied du centre de Les Vans mais au calme). La piscine est belle, les deux terrasses idéales pour avoir un coin ombragé à toute heure, barbecue à gaz impeccable, cuisine fonctionnelle, trÚs bien équipée et literie confortable. Jeux mis à disposition (table de ping pong, jeu de molki etc). Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. Contact pour l'accueil et le départ top!

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in der Villa – die Umgebung war traumhaft ruhig und das Haus sehr gepflegt. Besonders das Pool war ein Highlight: sauber, erfrischend und ideal zum Entspannen. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man fĂŒr einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht.Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Es gab recht viele Insekten, was wahrscheinlich an der natĂŒrlichen Umgebung liegt. Trotz Anwendung von Insektenspray waren sie stellenweise etwas lĂ€stig. Das hat unseren Aufenthalt jedoch nicht wesentlich beeintrĂ€chtigt – wer die Natur liebt, wird sich hier trotzdem sehr wohlfĂŒhlen.Insgesamt eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, die wir gerne weiterempfehlen!
