Loved the place and the view. My daughter didn’t want to stay in some massive hotel. This building only having 5 floors was nice. Definitely has more of a home feeling to it. In the second bedroom we did find a thong behind the dresser and in the master bath clearly one of the glass panels for the shower had broken and a shower curtain was just thrown up. But neither are a big deal. I would go back again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the place was pretty decent for a last minute booking. The biggest issues we had were the water pressure in the master bathroom, the chairs on the balcony that were very flimsy, and the towel bar constantly falling in the master bathroom. Outside of that the room was nice, clean, and had good amenities for its size.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was clean, but the all the furniture was so uncomfortable, one of the bed’s mattress was very uncomfortable. Towel rod in the master bath was not attached to the wall. We told management about a lot of things that was wrong and they came out to fixed a lot of them but not the towel rod. In my opinion if you have three people this place is not the place to stay.

First of all, the room was not “Newly Renovated” as advertised. The patio furniture was switched out for plastic chairs and a rusty table. The couch had a mysterious white residue on it ( I would not sit on it) and there was obvious water damage in the hall bathroom. The kitchen table had what looked like melted hard candy stuck to it. The beds were very firm and both my husband and I sunk down into it and it was hard to get out. I think the smaller bedroom’s box spring needs replaced because it was very very squeaky. As far as the building goes, the back stairs were a rusty nightmare and a tetanus shot waiting to happen. But the best part was an old dried up contact lens on one of the night stands. But, the pool and spa were nice. I think the whole condo needs a refresh.

Close to the beach.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed here. It’s not a huge place but it’s quiet and right on the beach. The view is amazing and the people are very friendly.

Cozy place on the beach

We had a very good stay! Loved waking up, sitting on the lanai sipping coffee, watching the waves roll in. Beach was clean and not too busy. Pool was the perfect temperature. We had a very nice stay! Just wished we could of stayed longer.

Beach condo

Next to beach, beach view from condo, balcony with patio but furniture on patio not as pictured and not in great shape. Still enjoyed stay and the ocean view. Check in and out easy.

Windy Hill Atea

We loved the location and the condo amenities. The kitchen cookware was limited and needs to be updated. The floor was not cleaned properly. We had good weather and a good time overall.

Smaller than the photos indicate

Great location, and a decent condo, but a bit worn and rundown. Probably could use a bit more "renovation." Nice pool and hot tub, and a short walk to beach. Close to Barefoot Landing. Many restaurants nearby. Great view from deck overlooking pool area and beach. The description says "Newly renovated", but I would say the renovation needs to be competed.

Great Experience

Overall our stay was great. We do like to eat breakfast and lunch at "home" while on vacation and do recommend some updated cookware and some plastic dishes. We have a 3 year old and glass isnt the safest bet. But the view was beautiful, the staff at North Beach Realty and APATB were super friendly. The space is small but worked well for our family of 4.
