House of 63m2 well equipped with all comfort during your holidays with a large veranda overlooking a large wooden terrace and garden under the pines, located 1,500km from the beach and surf spot, 800m from the golf course, 150 m from the swimming pool of the residence free access open from June 15 to September 15, walk or bike ride and circuit around the lake, access to bike paths right out of the house, 5 minutes drive from the park accrobranches, 23km of Hossegor, 57km of Biarritz, 179km of ski resort of the Atlantic Pyrenees and about 117km of St Sebastian Spain.

El apartamento estĂĄ en general bien, aunque la sensaciĂłn que me dio es que es algo incĂłmodo: habitaciones no muy amplias, el Ășnico baño que hay estĂĄ dentro de una habitaciĂłn, cocina pequeña, y luego el detalle de los apartamentos franceses que no ponen ni toallas ni sĂĄbanas. El anfitriĂłn muy amable. La urbanizaciĂłn muy tranquila en las fechas que estuvimos y cerca de la playa de Moliets (5 minutos en bici)

C'est la deuxieme fois que nous venons en famille. L'endroit est toujours aussi agréable, la location trÚs bien avec tout ce qu'il faut.L'accueil est fait par les propriétaires qui sont trÚs chaleureux, aucun problÚme de communication.Vraiment chouette.

TrÚs agréable séjour

La location est trĂšs agrĂ©able, bien Ă©quipĂ©e, conforme Ă  l'annonce. SituĂ©e dans une rĂ©sidence de vacances calme mĂȘme au mois d'aoĂ»t, chaque maison a un terrain suffisant pour pouvoir se sentir chacun chez soi. L'extĂ©rieur de la maison est d'ailleurs trĂšs bien amĂ©nagĂ©. Une fois sur place on peut tout faire Ă  vĂ©lo. Les 2 plages sont Ă  10/15mn. TrĂšs bonne communication avec les propriĂ©taires. les Ă©changes ont Ă©tĂ© faciles et les rĂ©ponses trĂšs rapides. Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© le sĂ©jour et reviendrons sans hĂ©sitation si nous en avons l'occasion.

L’endroit est charmant entourĂ© de pins. La terrasse est super agrĂ©able ! RĂ©sidence familiale. Proche des plages , accĂšs facile Ă  vĂ©lo. TrĂšs bonne communication avec StĂ©phane qui a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs rĂ©actif pour solutionner le problĂšme laissĂ© par les prĂ©cĂ©dents vacanciers. Les vĂ©los Ă  dispo sont un vrai plus pour se dĂ©placer !

Charmante maisonnette de vacances trÚs bien située dans un environnement calme

Cette maison dispose de tout le confort et l'équipement necessaire pour un séjour agréable. Les vélos à dispo sont un plus. La résidence est trÚs calme et les commerces et les plages sont à proximité. Tout était parfaitement conforme à l'annonce. Les échanges avec les propriétaires ont été trÚs faciles et l'accueil trÚs chaleureux. Merci

Les propriétaires sont trÚs accueillants. La location est trÚs bien située, calme. La piscine est à 1 ou 2 min à pied. Tout est accessible à velo. Moins de 10min des 2 plages à vélo. Il y a de nombreuses pistes cyclables.

Séjour trÚs agréable

Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© notre location confortable, propre et fonctionnelle ainsi que le calme de la rĂ©sidence . Les petits commerces et les plages sont accessibles depuis la rĂ©sidence Ă  pied ou Ă  vĂ©lo. En voiture nous n’avons eu aucune difficultĂ© pour stationner. En rĂ©sumĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour qui a permis Ă  toute la famille de se ressourcer.

Jolie petite location bien située

Petit bungalow dans une rĂ©sidence trĂšs calme et boisĂ©e. Une grande terrasse entoure presque toute la maison ce qui permet d'avoir soleil ou ombre Ă  tout moment de la journĂ©e. La maison est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Il y a mĂȘme une machine Ă  laver ce qui est trĂšs apprĂ©ciable avec des enfants. Les propriĂ©taires sont trĂšs accueillants, Ă  votre Ă©coute et super rĂ©actif si besoin. Ils ont un vrai sens de l'accueil. Attention toutefois le ballon d'eau chaude est un peu juste Ă  4 et pourtant on coupait l'eau pour se savonner et chaque enfant restait maximum 3-4 minutes dans la douche. Heureusement qu'il y a un lave-vaisselle car douche Ă  4 personnes et vaisselle Ă  la main ne sont pas compatibles. La rĂ©sidence est trĂšs proche de la plage tout en Ă©tant assez Ă©loignĂ©e pour ne pas subir les dĂ©sagrĂ©ments. On est Ă  10 minutes de Vieux Boucau oĂč vous pourrez profiter des marchĂ©s tout les jours, des rues commerçantes et du lac marin. Au centre des landes : 45 minutes vers le bas Biarritz et 45 minutes vers le nord : Mimizan. Encore merci aux propriĂ©taires pour leur super accueil.

FĂŒr uns eine sehr erholsame Zeit in Moliets-et-Maa

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und wir haben die Zeit in Moliets sehr genossen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hat sich schon im Vorfeld telefonisch um uns bemĂŒht. Die Außenanlage des Hauses ist sehr schön gemacht und hat wesentlich zu dem gelungenen Aufenthalt beigetragen. Das Umfeld des Hauses ist auch sehr schön und vor allem ruhig. Der Pool ist ganz in der NĂ€he. Es sind gerade mal 100 Meter zu laufen. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, sogar ein Elektrogrill. Kritisch anzumerken ist, dass die Möbel, vor allem in der KĂŒche und im Schlafzimmer, dringend erneuert werden mĂŒssten. Sie sind in einem sehr schlechten Zustand und fallen schon auseinander. Ebenso hat das ganze Haus einen muffeligen Geruch, der aber vielleicht daher kommt, dass es schon lĂ€nger nicht mehr vermietet war. Wir mussten auf jeden Fall tagelang durchlĂŒften. Wir waren als Paar in dem Haus und fĂŒr uns war es vollkommen in Ordnung. Mit zwei Kindern geht es vielleicht auch noch, aber fĂŒr 4 Erwachsene wĂ€re es mir zu klein, da das zweite Schlafzimmer kaum Stauraum bietet und das Durchgangszimmer zu den Toiletten ist.

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien accueillis par la responsable sur place de la location, de bons conseils et trĂšs sympathique . Cependant , l'accueil n'a pas effacĂ© notre dĂ©ception Ă  l’arrivĂ©e . Des rĂ©parations n ont pas Ă©tĂ© faites : plusieurs ampoules non remplacĂ©es ont rendu l'appartement sombre , une prise deboitee du mur , la porte coulissante de la S.deB. qui se bloque et un manque de propretĂ© ( toute la vaisselle Ă  relaver ... ) En revanche, la situation de la maison est idĂ©ale, la terrasse agrĂ©able et la grande chambre trĂšs sympa.
